Localização excelente. Hotel extremamente limpo e organizado. Acomodações confortáveis. Hotel com elementos históricos

Ao tentar estendermos a diária, a atendente nos disse que os preços eram “incabíveis”. A palavra utilizada foi grosseira tendo em vista que , não havíamos falado sobre valores , apenas solicitado a renovação. Café da manhã esteve extremamente lotado e caótico no domingo de manhã. A variedade é mediana em relação aos demais padrões do hotel

Atendeu às minhas necessidades de negócio na região

Ótimo café da manhã. Sem restrições ou reclamações. O lobby e recepção perfumados digno de nota 10. Idem, decoração deste ambiente.

Falta de tomadas no apartamento ou ao lado da cama. Banheiro com banheira velha e com cortina de tecido com a barra suja. Não gostei destes dois aspectos da habitação.

Poderia ter sido melhor

Localização

Eu precisei antecipar meu check-in em umas 3 horas. Fui ao guichê, comuniquei minha necessidade e fui informada que a antecipação equivaleria a uma diária cheia. Não discuti, aceitei. Quando estava assinando o documento, chegou uma hóspede que relatou ao funcionário da recepção que havia me atendido, que precisaria postergar em duas horas o seu check-out, demanda próxima a minha com a diferença apenas dos momentos: o meu de entrada e o dela de saída. Ela continuou dizendo que já havia acertado a meia-diária. Para não me alongar muito, não questionei o fato junto ao funcionário para não criar um clima na recepção e nem constranger a hóspede. Perguntei ao concierge que me acompanhou se havia ou não a prática da meia-diária e expliquei o motivo da minha pergunta. EStava eu no meu quarto, quando o telefone toca e era da recepção. O funcionário comunicou-me que, devido a "polêmica" criada por mim em torno da questão, eu seria ressarcida do valor pago. Agradeci, mas não fui atrás e é nesse ponto que eu quero comentar. O que me incomodou não foi o dinheiro, assim sendo, a oferta do ressarcimento para mim foi mais ofensiva do que a cobrança. Eu estava buscando isonomia de tratamento e gostaria de alertar que esse tipo abordagem é frívola. A gentileza e a cortesia não devem ser pecuniarizadas.

With the relative exception of the front desk, there was no wi-fi service in the property. Other guests were bringing their phones and computers to the front desk due to the lack of connectivity, during our ten-day stay at the place, and although it was misleadingly announced that the property counted on wi-fi service. They came with a couple of excuses during our stay, promising, in vain, and again misleadingly, that they would provide internet for the guests. This was a very serious flaw.

Overall, very good value for money. Needs met, expectations, not so much.

Breakfast was wonderful, with omelets and tapioca pancake freshly prepared on order. I only missed whole grain bread. Location could not be better. Very good value for money.

The hotel Bar was kind of disappointing. Bed sheets too short for the mattress, which was not that comfortable. My offer for a room upgrade was accepted and paid on the spot, yet the room failed to meet my expectations (maybe it was not actually upgraded?)

amazing worthy hotel

it was so nice at kubitschek plaza. the staff was always so friendly and helpful, we got a big room with a great view (upgrade for only 50R$/night) which was always clean and well equipped. the breakfast was also wonderful, many fruits and pastries, and they prepared fresh omelettes/tapiocas for us. the gym was also good.

the only thing we didn‘t like is that we didn‘t stay any longer.

Decent hotel which could be great with some training of the staff

The rooms themselves, while a bit older, were good. We had a deluxe double which was spacious with a great view and a balcony. Good wifi, clean. Offers a nice pool with a sitting area and good view. Just difficult to get the water temperature in the shower stable - either too cold or burning hot. The breakfast buffet was really extensive and good. Excellent Churrascaria just around the corner from the hotel - absolutely worth a visit!!

The service in this hotel was surprisingly bad for an "international" hotel: - with all the staff in this large hotel, only one person spoke some English (we only saw her once for a few minutes). Fortunately we could communicate with the one person who also spoke French. - we got into the hotel late, so we ordered room service our first night. We only received our food after over an hour and multiple calls (at least the food was good). We did not receive an explanation for the delay, much less an apology. - The evening receptionist said he would book our family into a city tour the next morning, but when we showed up in the lobby at the time named, our names were not on the list. We had to re-organize our day and take the tour in the afternoon. - Our room keys were continuously not working. I heard from another guest that putting your key card near your phone somehow blocked the keys. As it seemed to be a common problem, surely the front desk could have told us that as well? Or, at least after we had to re-program the key a few times?? These are all issues good hotel management should be able to fix. It would be shame if they did not as the hotel has a lot to offer.
