Amazing food! The hotel itself is OK.

The food at the hotel was exceptional.

The room was very hot so we had to open the windows and found it very noisy in the early mornings - delivery trucks and various noises outside our window

cozy stay in the hotel, had very tasty food

The staff ( in the restaurant and the front desk) are friendly and helpful. The room is cozy. The price is reasonable. I had the dinner twice in the hotel restaurant, very pleased with the quality and taste. :)

my neighbor from upstairs was walking around in the room till very late ( midnight), because it's wooden floor, i could hear everything. i had difficult to sleep for two nights, got woken up very early because of the noise. Fortunately, the hotel staff helped to talk with the upstairs customer, it was better.

Can highly recommend this hotel. Staff so friendly, nothing too much trouble.

Good choice of options for breakfast. Dinner was extremely good as well, ended up feeling very full most nights! Very traditional Austrian hotel so don't expect modern - has a charm to it which adds to the experience. Mostly quiet although the apres ski in the bar was quite lively. Also a very nice bar/restaurant next door which was good for a change.

Noting to dislike here at all.

Excellent stay for a family of four in a comfortable hotel

The food was excellent and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff became familiar with the family and there was a lovely atmosphere at the hotel. Dietary requirements were also well understood by staff. Rooms were made up very nicely every day. The sauna in the garden was wonderful.

The dining room was always hot, so no need to pack jumpers for dinner

very authentic and cozy atmosphere. we arrived in the evening, the sauna (wooden hut outside the main house) hours were extended just for the two of us. very friendly hosts.

Great location and wonderful facilities. Meals were excellent ! The staff were exceptionally wonderful.Because we were so impressed we returned a week later for two more nights on our same European trip. EXCELLENT !

Good

Lovely old fashioned Alpine hotel in the vollage, with a warm welcome, and great hot food and cold beer in the restaurant. Plenty of room to park, and places to store equipment, dry boots, etc. This is our home base in the area. Breakfast was good - but I would have liked an omelette. Good selection of cold food, some hot, but the hot stuff is not a big deal in Austria, so don´t expect a full English.

Only one typoe of pillow, and it was both very soft and rather small.

Family break in beautiful Alpbach

Superb location. The staff were all wonderful. Views from the balcony were amazing. The hotel food was really good. Try the Goulaschsuppe!

1 room was a little old fashioned. The bathroom was very small.

Awesome and cute hotel with great food and vibe. Really comfortable furnishings and friendly staff

The reception staff did not tell me about the possibility for half board which was a shame as we would have liked to have had it

The food was really good and Fanni our waitress was the sweetest.

Guest are allowed to smoke on their balconies, therefore our whole room smelled like cigarettes. We had to leave the door open because of the heat and no ac. The whole hotel could use a doover.

Comfortable, clean facilities in a perfect location with excellent service in all aspects.

We had breakfast and dinner included. The meals were excellent, the staff courteous, helpful and engaging. The facilities were spotlessly clean and the pool and pool area very user friendly. All amenities functional.

A view to remember

Staff was very polite! Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was abundant, with various dairy products, salamis, vegetables, fruits, marmelades. Decor was authentic and nice. And the view... Perfect! I would definitely recommend this place and would like to come back again. We arrived late, but staff was nice enough to serve us dinner even after we were quite late to check in.

Pillows were too soft and uncomfortable to sleep on. It was so soft that it felt like there were no pillows at all...

For the price we expected a bit more.

Nice swimming pool and good restaurant (delicious Schweinebraten on Sundays).

A bit old. Bad view (and noise from the kitchen fan) from our balcony. Breakfast OK but only one way to cook eggs: you have to boil them yourself. If you prefer an omelette they charge 6,50 EUR extra.
