La ubicación es bastante centrica, el trato de las personas que lo atienden excelente.
las instalaciones son bastante viejas, el precio de una habitación doble bastante pequeña nos pareció caro. El desayuno es muy precario.

Excellent service and the lady at the reception is very kind. The location is great to explore the city. The rooms are clean and fresh.

The rooms were tidy and comfortable. In both buildings, there is a kitchen available for residents. The staff was super friendly and supplied us with a map of the main attractions of Evora.
The room was rather hot, also during the night with AC turned on.

Great location, kitchen facilities for guests, thorough cleaning, nice staff
If I really had to say something here, maybe I'm not keen on processed ham and margarine instead of butter....but for a couple of days these won't kill me, at least you start the day with something in your stomach

the welcome from the receptionist was so warm and friendly she went through all the necessary info very thoroughly . it was easy to find and just a small walk to the centre of the town. because we were travelling in a car and had a blue disable badge we parked outside the door. perhaps anyone coming by car might find parking a problem. it was brilliant to meet young travellers from all countries as we are slightly on the mature side (82 and 81) we had a private bathroom but it was a step outside our double room to the room next door. rate per night included a basic breakfast
because of our age we found the separate bathroom inconvenient. The small courtyard was immediately outside our bedroom and the very early risers, you know who you are if you are reading this woke us up at 6,00am talking very loudly about their next trip, as we did not see the shared rooms we cannot comment on them but guests who I spoke to were ok with the accommodation.

Location and price. Surprisingly quiet. As we came on weekend, free parking was available almost in front of hostel. Breakfast was included.

Go there if you want to have a clean safe space with a lounge area to work and eat.. You want to be 10 min walking from bus terminal and 5 minutes to major plaza.
Nothing it was great..

Close to bus station. Close to Tourist attractions and restaurants. Service minded staff. Clean. Quite. Good breakfast. Nice with locker in the room where you can fit a small suit case or big back-pack. Good WiFi. Heating everywhere except for in the bathrooms (Cold January day). That I could rent a towel for 1 EUR. Fully equipped kitchen. Good sorting of rubbish (sustainable). Keeping leftovers from previous guest in a special cupboard for everyone to use. Very good information prior to arrival. Once in you have a code so that you can get in and out at any time.
That there was no heating in the bathroom. I was told that breakfast was at 8 but it turned out to be at 8.30.

Nice to be in an historic honestly
Wonderful breakfast: I really liked the tosti maker to make a special breakfast
The hand soap was diluted so it did not wash properly and no other soap was available in the shower

location
staff was not the best in the world except one person (Sunday staff person), accommodation room was on another building far from breakfast and living room and the real good vibes, horrible bed, not so cosy, shower flooded quickly, cold at night , etc.

Covid is taken seriously here and that is a relief to the wary traveler. You will feel cared for by the staff in many ways. Anything you need is available and such a charming place to relax:)
The feeling in my nose from doing a self test, get a QR code for your proof of vaccination and you wont have to do that. They were very nice about it, just have to protect everyone!

No real coffee unless you pay. Had to pay for towels. Breakfast had no thought put into in. Cheap ham and cheese/ cereal
Towel should have come with the room. We were supposed to have a private room for 3 with a bath. They gave us a room for two without a bath.

It's a cheap option to stay, while it is really nothing special.
Small room without air conditioning with rather small and not so comfy beds. Stairs were not a problem for me, but they are rather narrow so taking your language could be a bit problematic.

Clean, good location. Only me in the dorm during my stay😊
The soundproofness isn’t good, noise from the central public space was very clearly heard.

I’d say everything good except the breakfast. Also they don’t provide towels (they ask you money if you want some towels).
The location is great.
Breakfast was very poor and late in the morning (starts at 8 am, no good if you have to travel early in the morning).
WiFi sometimes doesn’t work well.
Towels are not free, you have to pay.
If you chose twin or private room you’ll be in another building so not so comfortable because the main facilities are in the main building.

I loved the hospitality of the staff and they make the Hostel like a home. They are very kind and friendly. They make me feel like I am in a family.
