Good value for money, probably better stay in summer

Modern, safe, hot drinks to be made and taken up to room, heater, nice modern windows. Nice fruit and juices for breakfast and gluten free cereal option. Beautiful big tiled marbled bathroom

The set up for bathroom steam to escape is non existent. Instead non insulated windows which make the bath as cold as a freezer and when having a shower it steams up. Better to seal up all windows and reorganize ventilation. Omelette and sausage option not very nice

Comfortable hotel in good location

The room I had was very large. It had a exceptionally large bed. Was pleased to see the room had a fridge. The location is excellent for the main square and cafes and restaurants.

Breakfast was not the best I've had. Still, not bad.

Very close to main square. The staff are nice and friendly.

The building is rather old. The room we get look nothing like the picture above.

They let us check in at 7am when we arrived by night bus. However, we had to wait for the reception staff to arrive for approx 30 min. Big room. Breakfast buffet was really good for being south America.

There was a water leakage in the ceiling of our bathroom. Water was dripping from the ceiling. It was impossible to fill the bathtub with even luke warm water, the pressure was to low. Also no plug in the bathtub drain... Cold in the room. There was a radiator, but too small for the room. Did absolutely not feel worth the money.

Great place to stay

The room is large, very well equiped with table, sofas... There are many windows and the bathroom is large. The breakfast is a buffet which is very good with a lot of choice and the location is perfect in Puno. This is the ideal place to stay, rest and enjoy the city with good value for money. I recommend.

Good value option in central Puno with hot showers and good breakfast

Comfortable bed and hot shower (tricky to find a moderate temperature!) in a good location near the main square and restaurants. Good buffet breakfast and hot tea/coffee in the reception all day. Organised a tour for us to the Uros islands and Taquile island.

Breakfast could have a few more vegan options :)

The location was very good, and the breakfast was also decent.

The room was outdated. The bed was not comfortable. It was mostly very clean, and our basic needs were met, but there are likely better options for the cost.

Good and bad 😊

After we asked for a change the room was very good. Some of the people from the reception were very nice and helpful. Location was very good

First room was a very small one, even if we paid for a large room. After requesting a change the second one was very good. One of the receptionist did not speak a word in English which is very unusual and unfortunate. Breakfast was quite plentiful but nothing was good quality or tasty.

Highly recommend

Room and bed vas very nice and spacious. Thermal windows which not only keeps out the cold but it also keeps out noise. There was a heater to warm up the room. Helpful and kind staff whom let us hang out for some hour in the lobby after checking out.
