Nice spot. Good location

Location. Clean room, tea, coffee etc . Quiet .

Check in directions. No one answered the door when we arrived and had to wait a bit. Then got sent away to return at 3 for room. Could leave out bags at the front door but If room was reasy at 2:15 when we arrived it would have been easy to just let us take our bags up.

location very good , near train station and city centre, near the meeting place of our travel bus, the host friendly. the host called the taxi for us , very helpful. breakfast at 8-9am, we have to go to trip before 8am , the host open the breakfast room for us, so we can have milk, orange juice, cereals, fruit, bread etc. And we can make coffee tea at our room. So very good service

the heater of the room works only by control of the host, we had heater the first nigh, but not more heater the second night

Great location but average accommodation

We were very close to shops which was great. The Guest house was quite delightful, The owner was a very nice man.

Smallness of the room. There was no window that could be opened so room got stuffy up in the attic room at top of house. Three flights of fairly tight stairs, tiny bathroom with no ventilation. Beds were not to our liking.

Altogether very nice. Owner very friendly and helpful

Nothing to do with Armadale but footbridge over river was closed. Meant a longer walk. However I would go back if in Inverness agai.

The single room was extremely small and we weren't aware that it would be this small and cramped. The other room with a double bed was a good size!

Superb

Location was right in heart of everything. Beds were comfortable. Our greeter was very pleasant and helpful and still had a smile after we couldn't open door at 10pm and we had to ring the bell to get in. Ps... we felt bad having to do that

Excluding sour and unfriendly staff the location and room was acceptable.

The room was not small, it was more like a tiny chamber. There was no place to put or hang stuff.

Comfortable relaxing stay near central Inverness

Good central location near downtown and quite quiet too. Room was tiny but completely outfitted and really well designed. Laundromat across the street and big Tesco just 2 blocks away. Owner Naim and his family do an excellent job.

It would have been nice to have breakfast included in the price.

Definitely recommended!

The location is perfect, on a quiet residential road just over 5 minutes on foot across the river from the train and bus stations and city centre. The room was a good size with two comfy armchairs, a table, a kettle and tea bags & instant coffee sachets, milk and biscuits. A good view too! The room was also well heated (we travelled in winter). The bathroom was clean and had a great shower. I would definitely recommend!

My travelling companion thought the mattresses were a bit soft but I had an excellent sleep so they were certainly comfortable for me for the one night we stayed. Nothing else to add because the experience was extremely positive all round.

Comfy beds, close to the city centre and free parking

The kettle cord didn’t reach the plug that it was next to so either had to put the kettle on the floor or put the kettle next to the bed, both were hazardous. The shower when turned off falls down so can hit your head if you are tall

Great location. Great breakfast. Friendly

Single room is very small. Limited street parking. Auto lights turns off immediately - must use smartphone torch. Entry door has low and dark code panel.

Bed linen very fresh and clean. Shower was strong and Hot

Bedroom was small and the carpet looks that never been cleaned it vacuumed really, really dirty. We arrived 8pm some cooking was on which spread over the house and into the bedroom, terrible. About 3am somebody was walking on the first floor which we thought was a passenger leaving however this went on until 6am. Scotland has five stars B&B great accomodation and friendliness however this wasn’t what we experienced.

Disappointing

The cost was far too much for what was a basic bedroom plus very small bathroom. I don’t like the fact that money was taken before we arrived. taking advantage of cyclists for the etape. it was probably a £50 a night , not £90! room was clean , no breakfast on offer.
