A peaceful hotel off the beaten track

The pool was really clean and nice to swim in. The food was quite good for buffet style.

The location is up a hill which is quite difficult to reach unless you have your own transport. It is beside a bus stop but be prepared for a difficult walk up.

Fine for a few nights

Pool with the olive trees around, the staff was really friendly and nice, the bed was comfortable and bathroom a pretty good size

AC goes towards the bed making impossible to turn it on during the night so it was really difficult to sleep, we couldn’t leave the window open cause there was no mosquito net in the room Food wasn’t great at dinner, but better for breakfast - it would have been nice to get proper Greek products instead of too many British options

Good stay!

Food was good and the receptionist was realky nice. Room was spacious and nice.

Not that we did not like the place, but I would say it is not for familys. Our kid was the only one and we ourselves felt really young there. Overall not a bad thing. but for example the dinner staff overly organized everything and it made us feel weird because with a kid, nothing is never perfect

The cocktail bar was serving a very good alcohol, I can highly recommend the Mojito and Mai Tai drinks. The barman Vasilis is the kindest person in the world and I felt really fortunate to be able to know him and have some nice conversations. The staff serving breakfast and dinners was absolutely amazing, always very guests-oriented and so kind. The bed was huge and comfortable, dinners were full of vegetarian options which I absolutely loved.

Breakfasts were delicious, however, there were almost always the same products and dishes in the buffet. There was a very bad smell from my bathroom (especially shower) and I could find some spiders there. I didn't have a sea/mountain view from my balcony so it disappointed me a little.

Great stay in a lovely, well managed hotel

This is a lovely hotel and its position away from the bustle of Gouvia was a plus for me. Decor in the room was fabulous and bed was really comfy. The location gave options to travel on public transport in a number of directions. Buses were frequent and pretty much on time and the cost of a ticket was really good value . All staff were charming, helpful and informative. Great holiday!

5 star experience in a 3 star hotel

The hotel was in a great location - super close to Gouvia town and right by the bus stop which takes you into Corfu town centre. All the facilities were super clean, the staff were so friendly and the outside pool area was very nice, always had enough loungers for the guests and easy access to the bar! 100% would completely recommend this hotel to anyone thinking about visiting!

My review under has stated very clear. As this is my second review so just in short: there were a lot of things I like, the distance to the bus stop, the hotel garden and the staffs.

The room this time we wasnt able to book the Superior room like before so we only had the Standard room which was cheaper than the other one so of course we cannot expect the same. I have seen the photos before (the old-fashioned design) and didnt really like it but still decided to book it because we really like this hotel from our first stay. However, the Standard room was not as nice as the Superior one so I recommend everyone to choose the Superior if its available. The cleanliness of the room was okay, I just didnt like because of the design.

Staff was really friendly and kind.

Food for breakfast and dinner was not meet our expectations. It was almost the same food every day, especially for breakfast. Also, for breakfast, just coffee from the machine was an unlimited drink and every person gets one glass of juice. Water was not included in the price at all. At the pool bar, you can buy just a glass of something (not in the regular bottle). I think it is unprofessional to serve drinks from PET packaging (hygienic reasons etc.)

the pool and the staff make it a great experience. nearby to walk to Gouvia beach approx 15mins.

pool stunning. breakfast and dinner provided and both good enough for being provided. staff absolutely lovely and always interested in having a chat. the room itself is absolutely lovely and has great facilities.

new club hotel has opened down the road and you can hear loud house music sometimes. otherwise nothing wrong with the hotel itself.

very relaxing hotel with pretty views

rooms were good size and very clean, pool and bar area great with lovely views. staff mainly happy and friendly and especially reception staff and maids

the food could’ve been better and not keen on open wardrobe in our room. seemed to be a bit short on staff which may have affected service (eg clearing tables, drinks with dinner)

Good hotel run by great staff

The pool, pool area and views from there were lovely; surrounded by beautiful palm trees and olive trees. We booked a renovated room and it was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were disappointed with the quality and taste of the buffet food. The bread was good, we missed being able to have feta at breakfast. We didn’t like the walk across a dual carriageway to get to the main resort area of Gouvia from the hotel; but then we didn’t have a good experience in Gouvia town area and it was much nicer at the hotel

the staff are extremely nice I will not deny that. the superior rooms and also nice and comfortable.

the Food, the breakfast is ok but the dinner is really not worth paying money for it in my opinion. the taste isn’t there and there s not much choices. i felt Like i was eating food from a school cafeteria but i wont deny the fact that the breakfast is fine.

Amazing customer service! Very good experience

Excelent customer service, we had to cancel our car and they replied to all our emails with questions about tranfers, car rentals, tours etc. The process to rent the car at hotel was much easier and very reasonable price. Everyone at hotel is very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are nice and clean. The drinks are good and at reasonable price. The swimming pool are area is very nice and peacefull.

The beds are not very confortable, the food wasn't amazing but was good. In general a very good experience.

Very very nice

Paradaise Hotel is a pearl among the hotels on the island of Corfu !!!. The hotel is situated in a wonderful location - close to many attractions. close to the city of Corfu and close to the airport and also very intimate on a hill. It is a well-kept property, in a Greek style. Modern room recently refurbished with a balcony overlooking the Kommeno Bay. Cleanliness everywhere !!!! There is a fairly large clean pool on the premises and numerous sunbeds with thick mattresses !!!! which is unheard of even in 5 star hotels. The hotel is situated on a hill in a beautiful garden with old large olive trees and huge palm trees. The restaurant is both inside, on a partially covered terrace and outside under the olive trees !!!. The hotel has a large outside bar where you can buy cold and hot drinks, drinks etc. The hotel owners and all the rest of the staff are people with a big heart, working with great commitment, cordial and kind, always available to help. Food in the form of a buffet, very tasty and varied. The Paradaise Hotel was the third we visited during our holiday this year. The first two hotels were 5 star hotels, however the Paradaise Hotel is the one I will come back to as soon as possible.
