Cenově přijatelné a dostačující ubytování

Poloha nedaleko od metra a autobusu, v okolí pěkné přírodní zajímavosti (Prokopské údolí), ochotný personál, čistý pokoj s pohodlnou postelí, v objektu velmi pěkná restaurace s výbornou kuchyní a dobrým pivem, přijatelná cena.

Auch bei einem mäßigen Preis gegenüber anderen Unterkünften kann man hier nur sagen: Nie wieder.

Keine Möglichkeit zum Verdunkeln - an einem Fenster fehlen Gardinen komplett, von draußen kommt helles Licht. Die Toilettentür mit abfallender Klinke, Heizungskörper nicht regelbar z.T. defekt, lauwarm, katastrophales Umfeld (Eingang kaum zu finden, am Moteleingang aufgeklebte Pistolen, anrüchiges Ambiente), innen Baustelle (Flure)...

This hotel is a great option if you're on a budget and need a place to stay for just one night. The room was well-maintained and tidy. The hotel's proximity to the metro station was a huge plus, making it easy to get around the city and explore various attractions. Having a restaurant within the hotel premises was convenient. Free parking available.

everything was under level for the price we paid

Rude, unpolite and once we left we’ve been charged 20€ for a “late check out” (check out was before 10am and we left at 9.55am). When I came back to ask for an explanation I’ve been pushed out physically of the “hotel” if you can even call it so……

Budget stay in Prague

Perfect place for groups of friends / Interrail, looking for cheap sleep!

The reception guy is amazing, very fun and creates a very nice vibe. The building, despite being old and with some imperfections, is very well maintained, and we especially liked the clear effort from the staff to keep the building nice and comfortable despite those imperfections.

Beds are okay, could be improved but fit price. The shared bathrooms could be cleaned better, though they're usable. About 30min subway from the center, but with the little the transport costs, definitely worth it.

The staff was friendly also there was a restaurant in the same building

The furniture is old but it's not an issue . The problem was when you sleep you wake with that old bad smell in your body and your clothes . W.c should be changed soon it's old and water for shower is horrible getting hot water after 15 waiting and the system of the water is closing by itself every 1min then you need to push. So if you forget you end up pushing again and wait for hot water.

The location was far from the city. And it would be better to provide all rooms with iron. And in my opinion, the price was too much for that place. And at night, because the main door was closed, I always needed to round the building to access the 2nd door. There was no easy way to reach door directly

Worst experience in Prague

It was my mistake to book for 4 nights and I wanted to leave right after check in.

Unbelievable rude staff. I don't understand how the lady at reception got that job. Zero customer service skills. WiFi doesn't reach all the rooms. If you're unlucky and get a room on the far end, forget about your WiFi. When I went to reception to let them know, the Czech lady said to me "that's not my problem". The lady started yelling and swearing at me in Czech thinking I don't understand the language. After that shocking episode, I was afraid to leave my room thinking the lady would steal my luggage in retaliation. Definitely not a place for travellers, they're all long term guests (homeless and dodgy thugs looking people) roaming around the place. Shower water temperature suddenly changes from either scalding hot to freezing cold.

Clean, big room, cheap, kind personal

The location is very good, not far to centre of the city. The motel is a few minutes walk from the metro station. The staff is friendly, helped me with a check after 19:00 - thank you so much for that! It is very cool that the shower in the room. Perfect stay for this price. I would love to come again. Galyna (Germany-Ukraine)

Maybe a strip of mirror attached to the closet door, so you can see yourself in full growth or at least the upper body.

Good

Extremely cheap. Comfortable double bed in your own room for the price of a bunk in a hostel. Spotless shared bathrooms. Decent pub next door with good food and beer. 15 minutes to the centre.

Thought there was breakfast as it was advertised on the booking site. But this was not the case.

Good timing

Mohammed, the receptionist, is very friendly and helpful. He tried to solve all problems as soon as he can.

Location is very far away from city center, but it is okay. You can go there by metro in 15-20 mins, but after midnight there is no metro till 5am.

You get what you pay for.

Mohammed was always very nice. Kettle in the room, Wi-Fi works good, big bed and clean sheets and pillow. The cheap IKEA lamps create nice relaxing lighting.

No heating in the building, only an electric heater that to be fair does a pretty good job. Hot water in the showers comes and goes and there’s a 5 second cutout to the flow, so showering isn’t ideal. Carpet floor in the room very stained, not sure if clean.
