Приехала отдохнуть и остановилась в своём любимом отеле, встретили как всегда замечательно, заселили в мой уже родной номер,всегда по моей просьбе, дают тот номер который прошу,на ресепшен есть прекрасная девушка Александра,которая поможет в любой ситуации и решит ваш любой вопрос,обращайтесь,от бронирования до заселения всегда поможет,и во время отдыха тоже всегда поможет,всегда предоставляют комплименты от отеля,что всегда радует и очень приятно, поэтому возвращаюсь в этот отель вновь и вновь,завтраки отличные,есть отличный спа,всегда хожу на массаж,бассейн,релакс полный, очень рекомендую посетить,персонал очень вежливый, уборка каждый день,на все просьбы быстро реагируют,спасибо за отдых!

Non pensate di trovare lo standard Ramada, in Italia sarebbe uno scarso tre stelle

La posizione, spiaggia privata e non troppo lontano dal centro (circa 6 manat con Bolt)

Due settimane prima, Avevo chiesto la possibilità di un check-in anticipato e mi avevano detto nessun problema se la stanza pulita. All’arrivo la stanza c’era ma volevano 120€ in più… Al check-in richiedono il pagamento anticipato per l’intero soggiorno, gli dico che possono prendere un deposito sulla carta di credito ma niente. Ci accordiamo per pagare la prima notte e il resto del check out… dopo due giorni mi chiamano (mentre stavo dormendo) dicendo che dovevo saldare tutto. Infine su Booking offrono servizio di transfer per l’aeroporto a 40 AZN ma poi al banco ne chiedono 55 AZN (nuovo listino dice il manager). Attenzione quando prenotate

Отель замечательный, просто все супер,заселение очень быстро,номер большой с прекрасным видом на море,очень тихо и комфортно, уборка ежедневно, на этаже хозяйки Гульнара и Хатира,всегда помогут и все принесут и уберут,и всегда очень доброжелательно и с улыбкой,очень отзывчивые!Александра это прекрасная девушка,которая решит любой ваш вопрос начиная от заселения и заканчивая любым вопросом по отдыху,обращайтесь,это лучший работник отеля,всегда все быстро решает и помогает,такие работники на вес золота, благодарю руководство отеля за всегда приятный и очень отличный отдых,возвращаюсь всегда именно в этот отель, потому что как дома,благодарю!

Отель чудесный,погода в это время прекрасная, персонал очень внимательный,много русскоговорящих сотрудников,всегда помогут,на ресепшен быстро реагируют на любую просьбу, завтраки всегда можно найти что поесть,есть румсервис, что удобно,бассейн, спа и зал,можно все использовать, отдых очень комфортный,спасибо огромное!

Overall we had a good time but there was some disappointments.

Location -right outside of the city and on the Caspian. Nice courtyard and playground. Great breakfast (coffee, croissants, eggs, breakfast sausage, etc). Kid friendly in my opinion.

Some parts of the facility were rundown, for example instead of a peephole there was a bundle of toilet paper to cover where the peephole should have been. Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in, which wouldn’t have been that big of a deal, but after waiting they said they were going to put us into a different room than we reserved -one without a view of the Caspian and closer to the highway.

Good but lower than my expectations

The hotel has great potential to be a very nice 5 stars hotel. The indoor swimming pool and the turkish bath were very nice.

Very poor cleaning. Several things in the bathroom needed fixing. The matress was damaged The staff has lack of experiance (especialy the cleaners) The mini bar was empty The menu at the restaurant is very poor. There is only an antenna TV, mostly with local channels. I couldn't exchange money using my bank card. The room was only cleaning after my percisted request. The outdoor facilities were dirty and not working (including the outdoor swimming pool).

Staff at the time of Admission told me that they would give me a Tax Refund invoice stamped so I could get a refund at the airport. As I’m not a citizen I don’t have to pay taxes and get refund on taxes I paid for above 300 AZN while exiting the country at the end of my trip. At checkout they didn’t provide any Receipt and lied that we didn’t say anything like this.
