snídaně dobrá, krásný výhled
odhlučnění mezi pokoji, byla slyšet klimatizace a tekoucí voda

Very nice and friendly staff. The pool was clear and nice. The view was amazing night and day:)
The hotel was undifficult to reach and many parkplaces had been found.
The breakfast was a bit poor, I missed vegetables and fresh fruits, whole grain products. The lunch menu was boring, after 3 days you ate the same with a bit variation. The taste was flavourless.

Excellent quiet location very suitable for families. Staff were very friendly. Dinner was good, but simple. Breakfast was great.
Wifi was in our villa was very weak and unusable. Ants on the bed (which may not be avoidable on the island) The private beach was cool, but I thought the cost of beach chairs ($30) was high for no facilities (washrooms, changing rooms)

Great location, air conditioning available, cleanliness, staff very friendly, parking , private and not so crowded beach, very quiet place , good for families.
Still old fashioned place , needs to be refurbished , bed not so comfy , minifridge now cooling properly , aircon is very noisy needs to be replaced and installed on different wall as actually is blowing towards the bed which is not so pleasant... no night mode available.

Great location, helpful staff, and the bed was actually pretty comfortable despite its basic appearance.
Nickel and dime you for everything; water, chairs on beach, towels, etc. terrible Wi-Fi. Rooms are very old, and bathroom smelled.

location was great with own beach, staff were very friendly and helpful. having the ability to eat at the hotel was helpful as there were not many options within walking distance
1 course option and price for dinner

Had everything I needed; staff were terrific
Inconsistent wi-fi and internet availability around the premises. There were a couple of things where the hotel staff probably knew something helpful to us, but which we were not told (only to find out later from others). The location of the hotel means there are few other options for eating - unless you have a car or a suitable bus time/table

The location and private beach were spectacular. We really enjoyed the breakfast and everyone at the hotel was very nice. The air conditioning worked very well. The water was absolutely wonderful, and we can't wait to return to the area.
The wi-fi was a little spotty in the room, sometimes we could not connect. You have to rent the beach towels, chairs and umbrellas, not a deal breaker we just wish this would have been more obvious at booking. It is a long walk up from the beach to the main hotel, this was not an issue just make sure to take the things you need with you to the beach in the morning, i.e. snacks, toys, water, sunscreen.

The staff was so nice, and even let us charge our phones when we didn’t have the right adapters! It has a beautiful view of the water.

The views from the hotel are truly fantastic. The problem is, these views are pretty much the only thing carrying this hotel.
The food in the restaurant is appalling. No other word for it. We got butterfly pasta with tomato sauce and it was chewy cold pasta with sauce that tasted like something from Lidl. The second course was a margherita pizza which could easily have been from Conad supermarket. Soggy in the middle and absolutely nothing special. This was served with a side of cold vegetables. The dessert offering was also pretty poor. Cost of dinner? €28 per person! And soft drinks at €3.50 for cans.
The room was pretty dated too with a very low ceiling and tiny window with a view of a roof and only a slither of the hills.

the best thing about the hotel is the beautiful view over the bay. There’s a kind of viewing terrace which offers a clear view of the sea and the mountains, and at sunset is wonderful.
There’s quite a quaint village vibe to the hotel with lots of small apartment style rooms scattered around a mountain side climb.
A private access to a pebble beach.
There is a restaurant onsite which is quite nicely decorated in a neutral tone.
The rooms are air conditioned.
The concierge staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Way overpriced. Definitely not worth what we paid. So much so I feel totally ripped off.
The room had mostly dead but some live ants all over it, including the bed and chairs.
The room itself was chalet-esque. This is fine if you’re expecting it. But definitely not if you want a comfortable relaxing room. The pillows on the bed were wafer thin and not comfortable.
The place seemed like maybe it was a really great place to stay in 2001 but maybe had stayed the same since.
The restaurant food was very very bland. I wouldn’t recommend eating there. You pre-order what you want during the day and then the restaurant just kind of prepares the food and hands it out as you arrive. So it’s not made on order, it’s batch made and then handed out. I also found it uncomfortable that the manager of the restaurant was anxiously wandering around the dining area the whole time, trying to make discreet signals to his staff but actually just made it feel like you’re being watched. also the desserts were poor. So bland and like nothing. One was like some whipped cream with some ice cream sauce on it like you get from a Mr Whippy. Another was a very dry and flavourless piece of cake.
I say I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant. However there’s not really any other options in the area. To be fair, although bland and completely lacking in flavour, the food was safe. It’s a safe bet to eat some food so you’re not hungry. But if you want flavour it’s not gonna satisfy.
The drinks at the bar were overpriced too.
The beach had quite a nice walk down. However it’s a very tiny pebble beach. The bay is also full of boats which made me question the pollution aspect of the water.
Overall it’s an ok place but nothing more. The outstanding feature is the view. But the amenities were very standard and definitely not worth the money.
I had much better stays in Elba in better locations with better rooms and better beach access and better food for half the price.

cabin had an excellent view of the ocean

great view and lovely staff.
the property isn’t close to much so if you’ve not got a car it is out of the way.

The hotel is located on a very nice bay, where the hotel has a private beach.
The property was clean but a little outdated. The food served at the restaurant is just ok, but the service was great.

Location is amazing.
The hotel is very nice and comfortable. Lovely space outside the room.
Claudio - the manger this year - is a very nice person.
Not many options to eat around there at the beginning of the season

Breakfast was not well organized with a long queue to get coffee and other things.

The location was good in terms of the private beach, but you need to pay 10 euro per day per bed to the hotel to be able to use it and they closed off the space where the beds are meaning there is little room on this small beach to lay down elsewhere without a bed.
The people working for the hotel were very nice and great at their job, that was the one positive other than the beach.
The price for the quality was horrible. This is like a camping vibe hotel, pay for everything and bring your own stuff like tennis racquets.
The bed creaked like I never had a bed make noise before and mind you this was in the more expensive room with sea view.
The WiFi was flakey, sometimes connection, sometimes not or hardly any connection.
The TV is so small you can’t speak of it and in a strange location in the room.
The towels are ultra thin, like a fish cloth, no joke.
The food in the restaurant was poor and repetitive.
I thought the price was 50% of what I paid because that’s what they reserved on my credit card. I thought ok for that price it’s ok, still not good price for what you get but average. Imagine me having to pay double(the full 100%) at the end of my trip.

We had a very nice sea view from thw balcony; and the room was spacious and nice. The pool was amazing and enjoyed the bar snacks too.
$$$, tough access to the private beach, far from restaurants - car needed

Amazing view from the hotel, perfect location with a 2 min walk to the private beach and 10 min walk to Sansone Beach. Also close to two nice restaurants by foot. The hotel rented mountain bikes for 10 euro/day. Super friendly staff and would definitely go back!

Access to private beach.
Beautiful view.
They charged us $2 per beach towel. We had to request for air conditioning.
Refrigerator did not work.

We loved the private beach that the hotel offered. It was such a special addition, and was relatively quiet most of the time. We shared many moments there, and for this reason alone, we would definitely come back to the hotel.
Some of the staff could have been a bit nicer. The man at the front desk could have been more friendly, and showed a bit more enthusiasm. I appreciate we didn't speak much Italian, but it would have been nice for him to be more friendly. That makes a guest feel more welcome. The rest of the staff were all very nice and friendly. However, as much of our interaction was with this man as the front of staff, it made us feel uncomfortable to ask for anything.
