Wir haben eine Junior Suite gebucht und sind sehr enttäuscht über unser Aufenthalt.

Es war in der Nähe vom Flughafen

Spa und Wellness Bereich war geschlossen. Das wurde auf Booking.com nicht angemerkt. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit einem Laufband ausgewählt, doch dieser hat nicht funktioniert. Im Bad waren Ameisen! Das essen im Restaurant, war für ein 4 Sterne Hotel, nicht gut.

Malgré le petit désagrément au bar je ne regrette pas d’avoir choisi cet établissement

Choisis pour sa proximité de l’aéroport prestations très bien

Tout le personnel était accueillant sauf la personne d’un certain âge du bar et du restaurant par la suite était visiblement pas très motivé et plutôt désagréable avec les clients

The hotel is really close to the airport.

Unwelcoming hotel. Boring bar, impersonal staff. In short, not recommended for us, especially if you’ve just enjoyed the hospitality of Puglia.

Good location for airport

I really only stayed here because I had a 6:30am flight - they have 24 hours reception and a free shuttle service to the airport so it was very easy for me to get to the airport so early in the morning. The room was clean, modern and spatious.

I was a bit disappointed that they were unable to provide me with a breakfast I could take with me in the morning considering I paid for breakfast (I have had other hotels who were willing to give me a take-away breakfast when I have had an early check-out). I didn't feel like the staff were super friendly and had one communication issue whereby they didn't respond to my message.

Perfect stay for and early flight

Excellent location to airport. 5 minute drive away. Rooms were clean and comfortable. 24 hour shuttle runs to airport. Handy if you have an early flight out of Bari. Friendly staff.

Disappointing for the money charged as service and food were poor.

Nearby to airport and train station into Bari town centre. The free shuttle service.

It was poor value for the amount paid over £200. The dinner meal and service were poor. and the morning breakfast was poor due to lack of choices. Dining room was vast but tables all close together. No atmosphere in bar area either. Seating area outside whilst waiting for shuttle was for smokers both sides . None for non smokers. The pillows were lumpy.

Beautiful historic property that felt like your own apartment.

The location was great, we could walk everywhere and we had a huge balcony to soak up the sun and relax with a nice drink.

2 words... mini bar

Beside the fact that the hotel design is very cold and sad most facilities you need on a business trip are like they should be. It is an airport hotel so there should be a coffee machine at least at the lobby for the guest who have to leave early.

Mini bar is empty and the vending machine at the flour accepted only coins. That sucks, asking the actual prices for a room the minibar should provide at least some vine and snacks ( you are in Italy for god sake ). The price is now on a level which indicates a service and standard that the hotel is not providing.

Located near airport, excellent service and comfortable

Honestly, we were not expecting so good stay conditions and comfortable relaxation opportunities from such a big hotel like this. Although the price was quite high, it was worth it. Warm water in swimming pool, really relaxing SPA centre, very good quality food and service in restaurant. In addition, it is located just a few minutes drive from the airport and offers free airport transfer if necessary (cannot say more as we did not use this option). The main reason we booked this hotel was the possibility of early check-in and relatively late check-out times. In between, we managed to visit Bari old town, to enjoy SPA in the afternoon and had a dinner in the evening.

Exceptional

The hotel is situated next to the Bari international airport. The free shuttle is very convenient & available within minutes of a call. We just called the reception and the free private comfortable shuttle picked us up from the airport to the hotel. If you want to walk to the hotel, you can do it in about 20 minutes. The great bonus is the heated indoor pool which has a hydromassage corner also. Very relaxing after a long flight. Breakfast is fine related to the Italian standard. The waiters were very friendly.

The pool opens at 11:00 on Saturdays. I would be glad it to be opened earlier.
