The staff was amazing everything was just set to meet your comfort breakfast was great and dinner was super good.
The car park is an issue if you are going there by car also the beach beds down the beachfront at the hotel were not free

The pools and food and drinks around the pool were good. The breakfast was good, all except the coffee!
It is VERY noisy at night. I got a fright a couple of times during the night, thinking someone came into my room. You can hear people talking and walking down the hallways.
I tried to phone for room service one night. I phoned reception 6 times, they picked up once and put me through to room service, again, no answer. This was around 10:30 at night.

The view from our room was amazing , the suite was big and clean. All the staff was lovely. The food was ok. The position is perfect. We loved our stay.

No tengo quejas

Good area around the pools. Sun chairs normally available. Breakfast was excellent! Good service at reception.
Pool could have some earlier opening hours. As adult the infinity pool was somewhat crowded.

Seaside view room was lovely, we had half board included food was really good & had variety cannot complain , rooms spacious and the cleaners would come every day make our bed and clean around🥹, for my sister’s birthday they brought us cake Champagne and a lovely letter from staff which we didn’t expect, they had dance , cinema and other activities! Pool was clean and they had the one for kids and adults. Shops , party , exchange, beach right outside the hotel ! They sort out your taxi or car rent very smooth and easy!
The prices of the drinks left in the fridge i think a bit too expensive, we paid 200£ for 2 rooms and didn’t stay much in the room , some water & few cans in 6 days. Hope the TV had youtube or Netflix lol

I stay here often as a solo traveller. Staff are always great, very receptive and helpful. It normally has a great Mediterranean feel, and is complimented by Nicki Beach next door.
There was insufficient beds during the busy period and some beds had towels placed o the at breakfast time and hardly used. A sign should be up stating towels will be removed if not used within 1hour (allowing lunch break etc). The feel has changed since the towels were changed to green. It appears a little washed out and needs a bright blue, orange, yellow or other.

Very nice and clean Hotel.
Great breakfast, as would you expect.
Beach access and Kids club.
Was affraid, it'll be noisy at night, but the Hotel is off the main party route, so no issues at all.
Beds could be more comfortable.
Elevator accessible only after few steps.
No vanity kit in the room.
Wi-Fi in our room was terrible. Almost no connection at all, you can forget about streaming.

Great breakfast (al carte) and happy hour at The Level Suit. Very friendly staff who gave us good tips on places to visit and eat in Palma.
Left the sign to get our room serviced but wasn't serviced to point we had no toilet paper and had to physically go to reception to ask for toilet paper despite calling to reception to get them to bring a few rolls to the room.

everything was perfect 👍 the front of house staff where amazing
I was stood outside when a lady very rudely told me I cannot stand outside the hotel and would have to cross the road and smoke or smoke in my room which is a bit confusing, she could have spoken to me in a calm and professional manner

Very good breakfast, excellent location. The hotel consists of 3 large buildings, but enough facilities. As allways not enough sunbeds. It is worth to book the halfboard, quality was excellent.
There was an incentive group of 150 pax, mostly young and noisy. They took the beers and other drinks to the pool. Hotel staff was deaf and blind.
