Zeer plezierig verblijf op een verrassende locatie, midden in het centrum

Hele fijne schone ruime kamers, prachtig hoog plafond, een goed bed, en dito douche, met fijn aparte toiletruimte. De kastruimte was echter zo hoog, dat ik met geen mogelijkheid iets in kon hangen of leggen, maar voor deze ene nacht ook niet nodig;) Mooi zicht op de tuinen; stil aan achterkant. Prachtig gebouw, midden in centrum gelegen. Parkeren heel makkelijk als je aanwijzingen site opvolgt- het is wat duurder dan het voorste deel, maar je staat wel meteen in het hotel, en beveiligd. Ontbijtruimte is heel aangenaam, leuke zitjes, prettige stoelen, rust, veel ruimte, en veel keuze, ook in verse producten. En een heel vriendelijk team in gehele hotel.

Degene die ons ontving, rekende initieel het 4 dubbele aan toeristenbelasting, en bij aanspreken dat dit niet kon kloppen, ging er de helft af, maar nog steeds was het veel te hoog voor toeristenbelasting. Toen ik later hier een andere medewerker naar vroeg, loste die het meteen heel netjes en correct op en kreeg ik het teveel direct terug. Het verbaasde me echter dat de 1e medewerker zelf niet door had dat dit niet klopte, en geen idee had van de prijzen en wat gebruikelijk is.

Zeeppompje in de douche was leeg! Ik had zelf niets mee omdat ze op site melden dat dit aanwezig was. Ik heb me moeten wassen met de zeeppomp die in de keuken stond. En koffieapparaat was defect! Er kwam overal koffie uit behalve in het kopje!😊

Stilvolles, gepflegtes Hotel mit Sternerestaurant

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Hotel, das auch unsere beiden Collies erlaubt. Wir waren während der Fastnachtszeit dort mit einer lauten Discoparty auf dem Marktplatz. Trotzdem haben wir in unserem Zimmer kaum etwas davon gehört. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und wird im Speisesaal des ehemaligen Klosters serviert. Am Abend wird der Speisesaal als 2-Sternerestaurant genutzt.

Alles war in bester Ordnung. Wir können keine negativen Bemerkungen machen. Wir werden jedesmal dort übernachten.

Heerlijk hotel, mooi, vriendelijk goed locatie

Goede ontvangst, met hond geweest. Mocht mee in prachtige speciale ruimte voor ontbijt en een drankje/eten. Vriendelijk personeel. Locatie midden in Sittard.

Garage speciale plekken voor hotelgasten(15 euro) Tarief stuk minder in dezelfde garage op een andere plek: dagtarief(5,00 euro).

Very nice hotel in the very city centre. Comfortable, spacey, but a little bit expensive.

Expensive brekfeast, better to go few meters to the quare and eat there.

Good location next to the Market Square. Room was acceptable with complimentary coffee and tea

Arrived late and was given a room on the top floor. The electronic key would not work and had to return to the reception 3 times before it worked. There was a discarded food tray outside the elevator for two days. I reported it twice before it was removed. I requested an invoice by email which also never arrived.

amazing location and super friendly staff!

the hospitality of Xavier is above and beyond what anyone could imagine! He took care of us like we were the most important guests, even after arriving about midnight. The facilities are clean and comfortable.

Awesome central location. Rooms should be made more sound proof you can hear neighbors talk.

Awesome location. Cool that the building was transformed from a monastery to a hotel. Restaurants are within walking distance. Room was clean. Good heating airco.

We were staying in a corner room which had a door to the room next to us. Like that the rooms can be used as a family room which is nice if you are with a family. However we weren't with a family and the disadvantage of that door is that all sounds come through. Our neighbors were quit but we could still hear every word they said and their television even though the TV wasn't on loud volume. When this was discussed with reception they said they could ask the neighbors to be quiet, but I told them this wasn't the problem. The problem is that the rooms should be better isolated sound to make it more sound proof or at least don't rent out the rooms to two different couples/ families until this is fixed. Issue solved itself because neighbors also went to bed early. We also heard everybody walk on the stairs and hallway. For this quite high price level better sound proofing is expected.

Disappointed as a repeat customer, likely the last time I stay there as it is no longer special.

Breakfast was very good, room was nice and spacious.

The webpage still shows the hotel as being where it was. When I actually arrived, the hotel had moved to a newer part which is completely different than the beautiful hotel I was used to staying in. Had I known, I would not have booked. The service is no longer as good, parking arrangements are through a machine, no complementary water in the room and a lobby which is not welcoming, On arrival in a dark (also painted black) hallway, the small of marijuana was almost over powering, same in the evening and even early the next day.
