Excelente atención y buen trato, habitaciones geniales .

The hotel was beautiful and well located in the heart of Cuernavaca. Inside the hotel was like being in a quiet, peaceful oasis, far from the noisy center of the city. The staff - hotel and restaurant - were excellent, friendly, helpful, and attentive.
The only issue we had was the poor WI-FI connection. Not sure how much of that was the hotel’s fault since we had poor connectivity throughout Cuernavaca.

The food at the restaurant was excellent.
The general ambiance is very quite and chill.
The swimming pool was nice.
Our room has a lot of humidity, and it was quite basic (for the price we paid). It also lacked of light.
And then there are little details (but once again, for the price you look into details...).
The humidity caused the paint in the bathroom to be crackling, the shower curtain was difficult to slide...

the restaurant was absolutely outstanding, I tried the best black mole I have tasted in my life.
all the meals were awesome, every plate for breakfast and dinner was presented like a work of art and the flavor was just as good.
the room was super clean kinda small but very comfortable. the only downside was that it was kinda loud from street noise.
the very unfortunate situation was that the downtown area of Cuernavaca is completely trashed. there are piles of garbage everywhere and it gets very, very crowded in the afternoon.
but the restaurant is so good, that I would come back for the food.

Small boutique hotel right downtown. Quiet and excellent location. Room was nice and confortable. Not much view. Garden and pool small but very nice. Food was a very nice surprise. Spa was also nice
Maintenance is not great. A little expensive

Great location, wonderful facilities and exceptional rooms. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
Some rooms can be a little noisy from nearby bars at night.

It's just a gorgeous place. So quiet considering the street its located on! Pool is lovely, rooms are huge, balconies are gorgeous. Loved the welcome drink by the pool. My favorite thing was having breakfast on our balcony. Super comfortable beds.
The only thing I would say is that it is quite expensive for Cuernavaca. Would be nice if there were room slippers included or a discount at the spa.

Lovely, beautiful and quiet
Not having our rooms next to each other

Beautiful hotel with a super friendly, engaged, and responsive staff. Big, stylish, comfortable rooms. Great pool. Good food. Great location in Cuernavaca, just a short walk to the zocalo and the Museo Robert Brady.
The bed in the suite we stayed in was too soft for me.

Service was on top and very helpful. Breakfast was good, lunch the same. We definetely can recommend the hotel las casas.
The pool heatpump is just under the balcony. No chance to have the doors open during the night. this is a minor point as the most people will close the doors anyway and turn on AC :-)

The property is very cozy and comfortable, is the second time we stayed in the hotel and we love it!! the rooms are very modern and comfortable. all the amenities are next to your room.
we had a little bit of noise in our room from the outside, the road next to our window was very loud.

This hotel is amazing!! The location is incredible! In the middle of the Centre, so you can walk anywhere you want. The ambiance is amazing, they really pay attention to all the little details. Our first night there we had dinner in the restaurant, and it was the best dinner I've had in Mexico ever. It was a fun twist between traditional Mexican with Mediterranean. It was delicious. Especially the mushroom taco was so good. I've eaten A LOT of taco's in Mexico, but this one was by far the best. Afterwards we decided to eat here our second night as well. They also texted us a few days before our arrival about the check in process, covid rules, our reservation in the restaurant, and any questions we might have. The waiter was so so incredibly sweet, and really tried to make our night extra special for us. Both nights we had a beautiful table, with a board with a personalized message written on it! Then the room. It is so clean, beautiful interior, and very comfy beds. When we checked in, we got a welcome drink as well in our room. Really, I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. My boyfriend is Mexican, and he was in love with the hotel as well and wants to come back here with his parents in the future.

Very small room. The bed and towels does not smell very good. Too expensive for the experience.

I stayed here during the week for two days to relax and refresh. They gave us a room upgrade which was perfect. Room was beautifully designed and equipped with a nice view. The pool was really nice, and the quality of the food and breakfast was great. The staff is super friendly and they have very strict covid measures. All in all, it’s a peaceful and beautiful hotel for those who want to spend a few days and want to be close to everything
The wifi quality is really bad in the room, i had to be in some online meetings and had to use my phone data. I wish my room had a fridge too
