The setting of the estancia is extraordinarily beautiful: its wide, ever-changing skies and the view of the Torres del Paine are marvellous for a pre-dinner (or pre-breakfast) stroll. Ignacio obviously loves the place and is most helpful: recommending a short day's walk from the accommodation past a small lake with flamingoes, the small farm accommodating the horses, up the hill through the woods and back on unmarked trails - all with the World to ourselves. The packed lunches were enormous - Chileans are hearty eaters - and we had one between the two of us next day.

Excellent staff, rooms clean comfortable and with amazing views. Nacho (who seems to run a lot of the show when he’s around) was an exceptional host and gave very knowledgeable recommendations on where to go in TDP- especially since some sites were closed due to the park guard strike while we were in. Meals also exceeded our expectations- they were surprisingly gourmet!
Very remote location down a rocky road- thankfully we had an SUV, but taking a standard sedan would be slow going. The 15-20 min drive in means you need to watch gas, but also that you’re surrounded by nature in a remote location. It’s gorgeous. Wifi is slow but I expected that.

Beautiful location looking into Torres Del Paine Park. Clean room, helpful staff, good food.
The 7 mile road to the estancia, off the main gravel road, was very rough & bumpy & took more than a half hour to drive each day. It was pricey for a large basic room. Had to ask for toilet paper & waste removal. No drinking water or cup provided in room. The tap water had a hard mineral taste.
The breakfast was exactly the same every day.

Nice location, pretty building with views.
Non working wifi. Frequent power outages, even at night with no backup system for emergency exits. Heat only on in evening. Nights are very cold.
Being asked to leave room so they can fumigation the hotel on my last day, eventhough the next day the hotel would be vacant. Had to stop that no sense by insisting for a new set of linen and towels as I did not want to sleep in a room, building just fumigated for insects.
Nice people, but dont seem to think about how their management de isiobs adversely affect customers.
Too expensive for what you get.

Alisandra was an amazing host. Her english was perfect and she was thorough in explaining what to expect living on the ranch, how to make reservations for some activities in the National Park, getting us fuel when we ran out of gas, and always including us in their dinner menu plans. One of us were vegetarian and they happily accommodated our special dining needs.
The wifi only partially worked one out of 4 nights. There is a solar powered repeater tower on a nearby hill and it's a windy place so I imagine it's a very tough problem to solve. We liked being off the grid though.

Everything, from the vast land, the view, the hospitality, the friendship and the food! They were just great with our daughter as well.
We didn't like the fact we didn't had the time to stay there longer. This place is so majestic.

The food was delicious and the staff were very attentive.
It is a great location with views of the Torres and access to horseback riding. If you want to do daily hikes it’s about an hour to one end of the park and 1.5 h to the other entrance.

It's a beautiful place in the middle of the nature. Yes it's more pricey than Puerto Natales, but I can totally recommend to stay here. It was a big part of our experience when we visited the national park. The staff is very friendly, the beds big and super comfortable. You will wake up with the sun rising up upon the mountains. The dinner was really good, the staff really friendly and if you are lucky, you can see an armadillo or a skunk around the estanica! Thank you for everything!

Cosy lobby and very friendly people at the reception and the restaurant. Dinner is offered at reasonable price, important because of the remote location. Day menu is served of surprisingly good quality. The wine list includes good wines at good prices.
The private access road is a 12 km long unpaved road in very bad condition.
