The owner of the accomodation was extremly friendly. We enjoyed our stay at tregorran guest House.

A friendly welcome, very comfortable room, delicious breakfast. Good parking at the property with a short walk down into Mevagissey. An ideal base for the area. Also within walking distance of Lost Gardens of Heligan.

Great location and great value for money! Hosts couldn't do enough for us. Would definitely recommend and go back again.

This is a great place to stay. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, the accommodation is pleasant, and the food is excellent. The property is very well placed for the town with its harbour, shops and restaurants and for the Cornish coast path. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are a few minutes by car or can be reached on foot.
4.7
Overall, very good indeed. The location is only a very short walk (although very steep) to the harbour. The hosts were both pleasant and helpful, and the premises themselves very smart and spotlessly clean. There was also many thoughtful small personal touches, like the daily weather forecast on a sign in the breakfast room, a full range of leaflets for local attractions, etc.
Because of the location being so close to the harbour, the approach road is narrow and the car parking can be tight at times. Both are prices worth paying for, to be close to this close to the town and the harbour.

Lara cooks a fabulous breakfast, high quality ingredients. Bed was very comfy and good quality linen. Everywhere was very clean. Highly recommend. Nothing was too much trouble.
Nothing to add here,

Good nice selection of food
,I had a fall during our stay and Gary and Lara looked after me and patched me up, they were kindness itself.
We did not realise we had booked a budget room booking.com . did not give us a choice. Not the fault of Gary and Lara

Gareth and Lena made a great effort with thier guest house
It was on top if a steep hill and they only changed one towel after three days while we were there

nice friendly owners, cleanliness and location
4.7
The room and bathroom were very clean and the breakfast was yummy. Lara & Gareth are lovely people and you can see that they really put a lot of effort into their little guest house. It’s just a few minutes walk into the cute fishing village where you can find a lot of local shops and the harbour.
One breakfast option was a croissant with butter and jam - which was yummy but not quite enough. The other two options were very filling though! The room was a bit small for two people but lovely and very clean nonetheless!

The walk to the harbour was only five minutes away through lovely narrow streets. The customer service was second to none. The food was great and we were made to feel very welcome from the minute we got there. We were very impressed.
The property was on top of a very steep hill.
