O Hotel é ótimo mas com alguns problemas pontuais que comprometem a sua qualidade

Quarto muito mal iluminado e a noite não tem água quente no chuveiro. Fiquei no apto 505. No café da manhã, tem uma variedade boa de comida, mas muito mal distribuída. Os pães maiores ficam longe da tábua e faca pra serem cortados. Não tem um pano pra segurar o pão a ser cortado e todo hospede tem que segurar com a mão. Não adianta pedir uma pano pra segurar o pão e um lugar maior pra serem cortados. As funcionárias do café estavam sempre de mal humor e cara fechada. O ovo mexido vinha frio e o sal fica no balcão das frutas. O local estava sempre lotado e não tinha mesa e cadeira suficiente. Fui jantar no dia 03/05/24 e o bacalhau veio com muitos espinhos, frio, com pele mal cuidada. O polvo pedido da minha esposa veio duro, sem tentáculos e frio. A sobremesa pedida era um merengue com morangos que veio sem suspiro e sem morango. O garçom, Sr José Evaldo ( se não me engano) foi extremamente educado e ficou até constrangido com a cozinha.

Bom custo benefício, mas pode melhorar.

Localização e tamanho do quarto. Recebemos um upgrade para a Suite Júnior, que é muito grande, ampla, com varanda, sala de TV etc.

Hotel com aspecto já um pouco cansado, cheiro de mofo em geral no quarto e banheiro.

Hospedagem cinco estrelas.

O hotel é excelente. Sempre que vou a Salvador procuro ficar hospedado lá. Dessa vez fui brindado com um upgrade de quarto, para uma suíte júnior, e o quarto é maravilhoso. O cardápio do hotel é excelente e os funcionário são muito prestativos.

Nothing special, not worth the value of the money spent.

Definitely NOT a 5 stars hotel, it has an inside parking for cars that is helpful in an area where it is not easy to park

Breakfast not at the level of a 5 stars hotel, rooms not comfortable and clean. No light in the corridors to reach the elevator. We cannot suggest this hotel comparing with others in the city.

Muy buen hote y buena relación calidad precio

Las habitaciones muy amplias, camas muy cómodas, desayuno espectacular, piscina abierta hasta las 21:00 con servicio de bar. Régimen de media pensión con cena correcto.

Comida de uma forma geral: tanto o pequeno-almoço como o jantar buffet com pouca qualidade de confecção. Pequeno almoço acaba às 10h e ás 9:57 de um dia já começavam a tirar tudo do buffet…

High expectations, not fulfilled.

Food was good.

Hotel is old and not well taken care of. Unfortunately, the pictures and appearance online do not match the hotel. It is located directly next to a busy main road. The windows are old and not double-glassed, therefore you hear everything from outside. Relaxation zero. Also the location of the hotel is poor. You must book an Uber in order to reach basically anything. Pool area not inviting, music extremely loud. Staff only turns the volume down for 5 minutes, then back to like it was before. Smell of old and cold smoke in the hallways. No recommendation from my side!

only the bed

the service was terrible. we arrived at 5am and the room was not ready, missing an extra bed (we reserved a triple room), we were tired from an overnight trip and had to wait to sleep. then the shower was not warm enough and we had to switch rooms. the new room also didnt have a bed and enough towels, we ordered more and they wouldnt deliver in the room. we arrived at night again and the extra bed was still missing. a total mess and really not what I expected from this hotel considering its price.
