Un déçu car il essaye de gratter les clients aux maximum l’honnêteté n’est vraiment pas leur point fort

L’emplacement parfait en plein centre ville plein de magasins et restaurants à proximité

Les personnelles ne communiquent pas assez nous avons prix la formule avec le petit déjeuner, à notre arrivé nous réglons la chambre et le petit déjeuner mais surprise à la fin du séjour on nous facture le petit déjeuner enplus nous leur demandons donc pourquoi le réceptionniste nous informe que ce qui est compris dans le petit déjeuner juste une boisson chaude boisson froide et 3 croissants pourtant le serveur n’explique rien au moment où nous lui demandons la carte

Bien dans l’ensemble

J’ai bien aimé l’emplacement à proximité de la route de Ngor non moins de plusieurs restaurant à 15 min de marche, le personnel était sympathique, chambre nettoyée tous les jours

Peut sembler insignifiant pour certains mais pas de sèche cheveux ni de fer à repasser dans la chambre peut être que c était sur demande je sais pas

Decent hotel for business travellers (also for family)

Locality. Friendly staff, neat and clean

The billing system. The food bill is not added in the total invoice. We need to pay separately. The issue is in their system bug. Hope they will rectify shortly as they committed

I booked a hotel for a stopover in Dakar . I saw good reviews but was let down when i went to the room . I slept the whole night with no AC as it was only blowing air and i had a baby . I was expecting at least a kettle to boil water for my baby which i requested for and it never came. The floor was slightly dusty to which i requested for slippers and was advised that it's not provided . For complimentary drink , they provided 1 small bottle of water . I wouldn't stay or recommend the hotel.

Exceptional

The spacious room with balcony looking out to the swimming pool. Mini bar. Large shower and toilet. Laundry service. Friendly staff, especially young Rama. Friendly Security officer. Helpful reception. Nice choice of food. Bar at the restaurant area. Affordable budget room rates.

The open shower is not too ok, maybe. At least install a shower curtain or sliding glass door to add a touch of creativity and liking. Most TV channels are in French. Considering multi and international communities, a choice of a better English movie channel apart from the 'BBC World' would be very appreciative. As in my stead while I was there enjoying all of the above mentioned. I like to watch TV but was limited because of the choice of English TV channels. There's always room for improvement, we all believe.

Garden scenery, restaurant area.

We were very disappointed that we didn't get what we ordered. A pool side view with balcony/patio, including breakfast. We received a street view that wasn't at all pleasing to our eyes in any way. They had to ask if we wanted breakfast included, and we were treated like we just walked in off the street and needed a room. When we complained to the manager about our disappointment she told us that the reservation said nothing about a pool view or breakfast. She asked if we made reservations through a service, and showed us what they received from Booking.com. It simply stated "Superior room". What we received was not what we anticipated walking into. This makes us skeptical about hotel reservations going forward with booking.com. Regards

Overall good value for money

The staff at reception were extremely helpful and kind. very accommodating and supportive even though I do not speak French😉

what I did not like was the service in the morning at breakfast. Very unorganised and not accommodating at all. Had to wait for more than 15 minutes before being able to place an order. It was more important to take away dishes even from the table I was sitting at but then not to take the order. This also happened to my colleague. Also even though it was very apparent that my colleague was Muslim she was given an omelet with bacon and that was twice in the time we had breakfast at the hotel. Really very weird and disrespectful.

I stayed there for 6 days and it was good experience

what I like the most about the property was the staff,very helpful and friendly(specially Rama and the Ghinean guy )..this place really make me feel like I was in luxury hotel, you can order food and drink until very late ,very comfortable and the swimming pool gets cleaned up everyday .

We were given a quiet room away from the main road. Staff at the restaurant was very helpful and friendly. Some good food. Nice garden and pool.

There is no buffet breakfast and no free coffee refills. Great effort had been made to update the rooms (it's an older establishment built in a western resort/ motel style) but the rooms still lacked some basic interior touches to make them more inviting and pleasant.
