Meadow Dance Lodge sleeps 4-8 comfortably [call for additional space information]. Great mountain and meadow views are out every window! We are less than 2 miles and within 5 minutes to downtown Leavenworth, grocery shopping, fuel, and nearby activities. Located on a quiet private road off East Leavenworth Road, you are within minutes from most recreational activities including Icicle Ridge Trail, cross-country skiing, snow shoeing, sleigh rides, tubing, rafting, kayaking, horseback riding, bird watching, fishing...

Meadow Dance Lodge has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, a spacious kitchen, and an open living and dining room floor plan perfect for family gatherings. Open the French doors, and expand the living area onto the deck furnished with a Weber gas grill and lounging furniture to enjoy the outdoors.

The downstairs includes the the master bedroom with a master bath/walk in shower. The mudroom near the entrance contains the 1/2 bath and washer & dryer.

The 2nd 3rd and 4th bedrooms (2 with queen beds, 1 with 2 bunk beds), and the third bathroom are located upstairs.

At the end of a fun filled day, enjoy the stars while sitting in the hot tub or gathering around the fire pit.

Wonderful stay! The house is much larger than the pics show and great layout for a large family. Master on the main is perfect! Perfect entry to kick shoes and hang jackets and gear before entering the main house helped to keep everything clean. Lots of counter space in kitchen and cozy couches.

We booked this house based on the fact that it allowed small dogs as well as its proximity to town. Our kids LOVED the hot tub and this house had a spacious main floor with a big kitchen and kitchen/dining table to have meals and play games. This is exactly what we need to escape from the busy hustle and bustle of city life! Our dog had the best time as well running around in the snow!

Arrived on time and was met by the owner. Unloaded into this beautiful home with easy access. Celebrated daughter’s birthday with her husband and 2 small children. House layout allowed for 2 on the main floor in a beautiful master suite with bathroom. Great 3 bedroom layout for everyone else. Wonderful outdoor area available but not used; though the kids love the snow and being pulled on a sleigh. Highly recommended for a family outing.

This house was awesome! Everything you need is there....fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, hot tub, even sleds for the kids 🙂 close to town too. Bonus! the house had Christmas decorations with a Christmas tree! It was really nice.

We loved staying at Greg's place! It was comfortable and cozy and great for kids and babies. The kitchen is spacious, the living room is comfortable with a great TV and the rooms are very comfortable. Three bathrooms was a plus and the hot tub was a huge bonus! Everything was clean and well stocked. Our host was friendly and responsive. Would love to be back!

What an absolutely beautiful place and surroundings. The design, layout, attention to detail and the comfortable air to the place made our stay wonderful. Greg, the property manager and builder of the place lives next door and is a joy to talk with. He's created a great place to stay, is a long time local and has some great stories if you have a chance to chat with him. Leavenworth is a fun area to be, and this place makes for a perfect base.

Stayed here with a group of friends and had an amazing time. The place is outfit with everything you could need. The space is big and was great for watching movies or eating dinner together. Backyard was amazing. Coffee on the deck in the morning was a definite highlight. Little far from town but that was the only shortcoming. Would highly recommend!

Great property. Really close to town and to the river for floating! Quiet for something so close to everything - even has daily visits by deer coming up to the house. Nice house to entertain, full kitchen and large open space dinning/lounge area. 4 Bedrooms so great for a group. Hot tub and grill - on the back deck.

Met up with friends at this house. Beautiful scenery and very close to the town of Leavenworth. The house was very comfortable for the eight of us. The owner was very helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Our stay in Leavenworth was a lot of fun. There’s so many things to do as a family, ride bikes, fishing, golf, swimming, and hiking The property inside was spotless and well appointed with a couple of exceptions.The thermostat did not work and so we were constantly heating or cooling the home to meet our needs. Additionally, the dishwasher did not work Well, hence, we just decided to wash dishes by hand. The exterior landscaping left much to be desired. Weeds everywhere. Clearly it is not maintained. The hot tub worked well and was used. Additionally, many wasp encounters limited lounging on the back deck. When we return to Leavenworth, We will look for other properties.

We had a great time at the property and loved the location. We had enough space for our family and we all enjoyed the hot-tub, especially the kids. There were deer that came to visit in the yard each night and it was fun to watch them while sitting on the deck. We had a few minor issues that were quickly resolved by the owner who conveniently lives on-site. The house feels private even though there are neighbors not far and it was very close to great hikes, town, and all other activities.

Had a lovely time here. House is well equipped and laid out. The backyard, hot tub, deck, and view over the pastures and to the mountains was so relaxing. Loved the giant dining table and all the lounges. Greg was so inviting and friendly. Great time!

Most vrbo experiences are a once and done whether good or bad but this place hits all the checkboxes for us. Very clean, quiet, spacious and functional. Only 7 minutes from downtown. Our stay matched well with the expectations from the listing. Hot tub, firepit, big back yard are all A+. Kitchen is super well stocked. They thought of everything including a generous amount of towels. Host is outstanding and communicative. Wish there was something I could recommend improving but i got nothing. this place deserves every 5 star review.

We met friends from different corners of the state, the house was perfect for our needs! Greg was nice enough to let us check in early and checked in with us to make sure we were good to go. We loved sitting in the hot tub in the falling snow next to the awesome fire pit!

Greg's Meadow Dance lodge was absolutely perfect for our extended family of 10! Plenty of space for everyone to sit and be comfy. Such wonderful and cozy blankets! Plenty of towels! Spacious and well equipped kitchen! And the location was perfect--close enough to downtown Leavenworth to enjoy that when we wanted, but also far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. We were mere minutes from sledding and cross country skiing, too! I don't usually wish to stay away longer from my own bed, but I was ready to stay forever at Meadow Dance!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. Greg was very helpful, met us for check in, and was quick to respond to any questions. Hot Tub was brand new, larger than what was in pic. Unfortunately Woodstove wasn’t working while we were there, that would have been nice as there was a ton of snow but Greg indicated repair person couldn’t get there until following week. Would def book again!
