Very good

Did spend only 2 nights at this hotel, and it is very nice and well located, walking distance from sanur beach. The food at the hotel was average but there are many options around so it's not a big issue.

Good place for few nights.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms were big and comfortable. Even the Breakfast had limited options, but was decent along with a live counter. The lobby was huge and had a decent sitting area around the pool. Though we didn't attend but Friday's there is light live music (not that would disturb you) Location was apt as it was near to most eateries and cafes, a supermarket and local market ..all was just at a walkable distance. Sanur beach is a bit far to walk, but over all a good value place for 3-4 days.

We had inadvertently booked an extra day, when we were to go to nusa islands, we had requested if the day could be changed/adjusted to a further extra day but the request wasn't accepted. But I wouldn't hold that against them. Overall a good place.

It is very customer friendly. For me the pool was too cold but it was always kept very clean and the breakfast was more than satisfactory

Needing to pay for the entire stay at check IN. Also needing to pay for room service , pool service at the time. Guests should be able to book stuff to their rooms and pay at checkout.

Nice hotel with excellent location

The hotel was amazing. It has a smart feeling. The facilities were amazing. They had a spa and I had a 30 minutes massage for 72.000 rupies! Pool was clean and big enough for a good swim. It has a bar near the pool. Room were big and nice and beds comfortable. We had bathrobes and sleepers. Breakfast offered a variety of options with veggies, noodles, rice and a continental foods as well as croissants and toast

Nice and comfortable hotel - friendly staff!

comfortable beds with good air conditioning and nice little balcony. staff are very polite and helpful. breakfast was good with lots of options. decent size pool.

the bathroom had a bit of a bad smell, so just needed to make sure bathroom door is always closed. it’s a fair walk to the beach and Main Street, obviously that isn’t the hotel fault!

Great hotel with amazing staff

Very clean hotel with spacious rooms. Also the pool is great. The beach is 5min walk from the hotel and there are also lots of restaurants and spas in close proximity to the hotel The staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful

Everything was great - lovely room, great facilities, comfy bed, extra friendly staff.

The staff were all wonderful. Convenient location, restaurants, shopping and beach all close by. Quiet hotel, quiet rooms, beautiful pool, delicious food. Such great value for money.

Stay here if you visit Bali.

Everything was great, but a special mention for the staff. Friendly, kind and helpful beyond belief. the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Credit to them all. If I was ever a millionaire, and could afford any hotel in the world for a vacation, I would return here. missing it already.☹️

Good ambiance and the location is close to the centre but not crowded.

The washroom door is hard to close and the jet shower hose is not fit the holder. So, quite tough to put back.

Good stay.

I loved the size of the room, and the overall service standard of the front desk and the F&B teams. The breakfast buffet menu was a mix of local and international-ish dishes, so that was quite interesting. My favourite item on the buffet? Fresh passion fruits!

We didn't get a pool view room as per our booking, as the hotel did not have a twin room upon our arrival. While the room we were eventually given (301, facing the street side of the hotel) wa huge, the bathroom felt disproportionately small and was insufficiently lighted - there was only one very dim, yellow ceiling light in addition to the also dim lights by the mirror.

Relaxing stay.

This was our second stay within the week. We did get a twin room as requested (although not quite facing the pool). The room (220) had a slightly better configured and better lit bathroom than the room we had previously stayed in - so we were happy!

A little suggestion - perhaps the management needs to look into refreshing the rooms a bit. A fresh coat of paint would do wonders.

Superb

I have been staying at the Taksu since 2014 and have always had a great stay there. It is consistant and placed in a great position for easy access to the beach and restaurants with a few bars sprinkled in. I dont want the frantic pace of other destinations so I love the chilled atmosphere of this end of Sanur.

The food at the Taksu is OK but is not as good since Bali Bakery lost the franchise there.

good value hotel with a nice pool and outdoor area. would be more than happy to stay again

good sized rooms, well located and excellent friendly staff. a big call out to the restaurant manager Antari who always greeted with a smile and remembered our names from day 1.

a short walk out from the main attractions but on the plus side it made us walk more although taxis were plentiful and cheap.

The room we had was big. There are many channel you can choose. The location were near to the beach just 10mins by walk. The personal were very friendly and helpful. We extended our stay and we upgraded our room without problems. The pool was nice.

The room smelled humid when we arrived. I guess it is because of they were closed due to covid. We also discovered the bed cover was dirty. There were not so much food to choose it could have been better. The toilet wasn’t clean as I discovered stains in the walls. There were problems with shower water. Either it’s too hot or too cold.
