Disappointing

Worst experience with self check-in. for exactly 1.5 hours, we solved the malfunctioning system of registration and activation of the card for the open door via the communicator with dispatch. We were outside the whole time. We were tired of traveling from Italy. It started to rain outside and it was cold. In the end, the cleaning lady saved us. They could do that now and call her. She had to come out of the house and let us into our rooms. It wasn't just a problem with our registration, it didn't work for other clients either, they just arrived when help was already on the spot. I think there should be some compensation from B smart. Otherwise, the hotel is clean and new. That breakfast is included in the price, so it's just coffee and juice and cereal.

the room had all is really liked - two single beds..it would have been nice to have the possibility to join them to have a larger bed.

the breakfast - fruit and a bit more croisaants or pistolets ,-)

Great concept! No issues whatsoever checking in. Great clean room, comfortable beds and good shower. Breakfast options not wide, but all that one needs is covered. WiFi works good as well and location is ideal. Just cross the bridge and you will be in Liechtenstein

Windowed shower? I mean, fine if your by yourself like I was, interesting to say the least if your traveling with friends f.e.

I did not sleep in the hotel because I am allergique to the smoke and the room was not clean.

I did not take the breakfast becauswe of the set up and the area smells of cigarette.

Convenient, clean, straightforward accommodation

The staff-free approach is not new to me, so I knew what to expect. Checking in only takes a few minutes, and after that you're on your own. But everything you need is available, including coffee and tea 24/7. Breakfast was OK, but did result in a lot of trash, due to the single-use plastic packaging.

Although it's convenient to be right by the railway station, it is also noisy, as trains went by several times during our stay. Bicycle storage was limited to a rack in the parking lot, again, right by the railway station.

Nice and tidy

The room was nice, comfy and tidy. For me the location was good because I had access to couple of grocery stores.

At my arrival I couldn’t made the self checkin; I had to call at the hotel service for help, but everything was fixed in 30 minutes.

Smooth check-in using the kiosk 24/7. Beautiful rooms, spotless. Parking on site and proximity to highway without any noise make this place perfect for a good night rest on your trip. Breakfast was good as well and the fact you did not have to interact with anyone is a plus in covid times.

Bathroom doors is made from clear glass. You can see what business is your partner up to while lying on the bed. The train station nearby can attract wrong crowd in the evening. Would prefer a double bed.
