we thought the view from the room was spectacular snd if the bed were better it would almost make it worth it. We enjoye

beautiful scenery, well decorated room, private. staff was lovely. pool was nice and private

Bed was not very good. Restaurant food was poor (tough, burnt octopus, overcoooked meat). Hard to get to rooms (stairs). felt

guys, create some checklists of the room, whenever you are expecting somenone.

it’s damn close to the beach … inside the water in practice. :)

When we arrived our fridge was broken and they couldn’t change for another one. clearly that room wasn’t verified it everything was ok

an amazing stay a bit off the main path and close with nature! love the people

the property sits in a beautiful area along the shore all tucked in. the main building is beautiful and great food and bar. there are only two rooms per bungalow and all have a view of the ocean. They will help arrange anything you want. We had massage, helped book restaurant and brewery tour, and hottub. they could also help with yoga and surfing lessons and equipment.

Great hotel in a unique location

Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was good but pricey. Rooms comfortable. Staff outstanding.

Very comfortable, helpful staff but disappointing restaurant.

Once we asked for a simple version without all the trimmings it was good but the eggs and toast should be hot.

The dinner menu was small and all dishes had many ingredients the hero of the dish got lost. With plenty of fresh fish and seafood available, this aspect was poor.

not worth it

the place is fine, the manager called me today to threaten me and wanted to charge me 100s of dollars in additional fees

clarity on charges, i paid 979 for 3 nights i found out later that the rack price was 185 per night, they offered to reimburse the extra charges and that is when the manger of the place called with threats

Good exetp for the price and final charges. They lie about it and charge doble price instead the price I book in booking. No one answer me

Having a good time in Punta de Lobos

very good location, just next to the beach. very nice hot tubs in the pool zone. all the staff were very kind all the time. really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner!! in the hotel you have a surf school with and excellent teacher.

it was a shame that the pool wasn’t available, but it looks in a few weeks will be completely renewed.

The location is excellent. The hotel is great for relaxation

We had to pick the time of the breakfast the day before (it was 9, 9:30, 10, 10:30) so we didn't have a spur-of-the-moment decision

The location is amazing - right on the beach front. Well thought out design and facilities. Eco friendly and friendly staff.

The service in the hotel restaurant was slow. Otherwise, overall awesome stay.
