Great location and great restaurant!!

Great Hotel, Jana in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff were efficient and friendly! Hotel is convenient to the bus and train lines and to the Altstadt.

All was good.

Great location but not value for money.

Great location. Safe parking.

Fragile kids bed which hadn’t been assembled properly. Tight space for kids bed which could only be accessed from fragile bottom end. USB ports at bed weren’t fully functional. Would have been nice to have more hot options on the breakfast buffet given the price.

Bad air conditioning: The only reason that made me consider this property and location was the air conditioning feature, however the air conditioner was extremely poor and didn’t really make a significant difference, we had to buy fans to cool us down at night. Housekeeping: we stayed for three nights and they only cleaned once although we requested the service several times. We had to go and pickup towels late at night from reception, Hassan was very helpful and he brought the towels to us. In the one time they cleaned, they did a below average job. Definitely needs improvements.

Modern hotel with well appointed, spacious room with large comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was of a very high standard with plenty of choice. Car parking in public underground car park but right next to the hotel. A very short walk into the old town which has a good choice of eating places and hostelries.

The address for the hotel is a pedestrian only zone. If it were given as the road on the other side of the hotel, which is Muhlentalstrasse, where the main entrance is located as well as access to the car park it would be easier to locate by car.

Nicely located next to the station and close to the downtown

I stayed in this hotel 6 or 7 times. One thing I really dislike about the place is the staff attitude in the reception. Quite arrogant, very very slow and not friendly at all! The last time I stayed there was today July 27, 2023. The room was ok but the washroom were not cleaned properly ……..

Very good hotel well located in the town of Schaffhausen.

Very pleasant hotel well situated in the town. We booked a meal for first night which was excellent. Restaurant closed for our second night but there were places to eat in town. Very good breakfast. We were allowed to park our motorcycles outside the front of building which was very acceptable.

Big appartement. Super friendly staff. We were allowed to park our bikes next to the reception desk over night (super safe parking 😃) . Great restaurant! Great for families.

they messed up our check in and gave wrong room so we missed mattress at first. the sockets In room next our bed did not work properly. at check out they were busy arguing so nobody was at the desk. no decent human interaction all stay.

Superb

Room was lovely. Really cosy and spacious. We were able to have breakfast a day early (day of check-in) as we checked out at 3am and would've missed our breakfast which was paid for. We appreciated that. Location close to train station and we were able to check-in at 10am which was great.

Somebody tried to come into our room with a key whilst we were sleeping and woke us up. He had a key which suggests reception had checked him into our room despite us being there. We were unable to sleep after this. We made less fuss of it than we probably could have because we were too tired. Also the toilet continued to leak water after flushing continuously which was really annoying to listen to when trying to sleep.

A well appointed hotel in a good location for exploring Schaffhausen, visiting the Rhine Falls and .

The room facilities were excellent, breakfast buffet was very good and the hotel was an easy walk to the historic centre.

The property met our needs for an overnight stay.

Fulfilled expectations.

The staff was so kind as to store my luggage at the lobby after my leaving time, so that I could do some tourism around Schaffhausen before my flight departure.

The Wi-Fi should have a password, instead of being open. Otherwise it is not very secure against hackers.

nice location - needs more staff training

quite new and very well situated in the town (close to the city center and train station)

washroom set up is incorrect - ok for a solo traveller otherwise not sure about the thought process of the architect who thought it’s ok to have the sink in the middle of the room!!!!!! but the main issue can the staff - quite indifferent about the guests, not welcoming at all.. in general not a most mindful customer service on site.
