Horrible :(

Upon arrival had to wait 4 hours to be given a room , when I originally asked could we check in early , BOOK AT ROYALTON CHIC UP THE WAY DO NOT COME HERE NOT ACCOMMODATING AT ALL

Great place to visit i really enjoyed it

Everything was good the food isn't that great but its ok for resort food! The best meal is the breakfast buffet I wish I hadn't waited until the last day to try it. If you want to eat dinner at the Japanese Teppanyaki you have to reserve it the day before

The beach is wack way to much seaweed and if you eat at the bar on the beach the mexican raccoons will jump all on the table to get your food

Toda la experiencia all inclusive, excelente!

En un momento necesitamos ayuda del conserje con la entrada de un vehículo pues unos amigos pasaban a recogernos, y no tuvo buena actitud, no nos ayudó, ni mostró voluntad de colaborar a solventar la situación. Fue el único personal que no fue amable en nuestra estadía.

I would recommend, if the price is right!!

I thought the place had good food and the rooms were very large and top notch!! Beds were comfy and the buffet food was solid!! Beach was just ok. The resort was the perfect size for my partner and I!! Not super big, but still enough people having some fun in vacation.

The sea weed at the beach was a little aggressive and unpleasant. Also one night at the Italian place the server was fantastic and let me add prawns to my pasta.. we went back 3 or so days later and the next guy did not and suggested there was no way that happened.. lol. A small inconvenience and the food was good, but still not exactly consistent and really, what’s it to them to throw a few prawns or chicken in a pasta?? All and all there wasn’t a lot to complain about.

The staff are exceptional, Adolfo, Diego, Abi, Manuel , Bryan , Geremel, Israel, Christian all made us feel like family.

Satisfying stay and stress free vacation resort. Really good food, some come ready to eat and be pampered by a wonderful

Tropical. Pools were very nice and easily accessible. Really good food and 24/7 bar was convenient. Beautiful structures and close to the beach. Staff was very friendly. Great massage at the Spa. Security staff was impressive. Felt very safe.

Large cockroach in room. Service desk didn’t seem to see it much as a concern. Their explanation was that we were surrounded by jungle. My coffee maker broke on 3rd day and I was promised it would be replaced by the next day, but it wasn’t. The dress code strictly for men. Had to buy a pair of pants in order to take advantage of the Fine Dining. Could be a little lenient by allowing dress shorts and flip flops for men, especially because of the heat.

Great value for money

Great hotel They upgraded our room because we are in honeymoon free of charge! Facilities and beach are great. The room is amazing abd comfortable. Food and drinks were not premium but were good.

The main pool doesn't have much beds with shade. But there are lots of smaller pools.

Very good

Really loved the scenery of the property. Drinks were really good. The room was clean and had a wonderful view.

The food was ok at best TAO was the best option for dinner. The buffet was the second best option.

the platinum menu sucks fish and seafood options are barely there the snack bar good options could be better and the coati are annoying

Overall the stay was amazing, we loved it and definitely would come again.

The food was amazing at the restaurants and at the buffet. Also the customer service, was good. And the shows were breathtaking. Would definitely come again.

It was supposed to be a smoke free resort but we kept smelling cigarettes, swishers and weed from the rooms around us when we were on the balcony on the last few days of our stay, so couldn’t enjoy time on the balcony at those times. It’s not the resorts fault but wish it was controlled.

The property & staff was nice.. it wasn’t that far from the airport.

I didn’t like that the resort closed early for an adults only resort it was nobody out past 11. The food was decent. The liquor was cheap.

what a great vacation. other than the taxi service which was not good.

Was adults only so which was the first time for that. will definitely recommend that to any adults. everything is close by, no long walks to get anywhere.

more seating around the pool would be nice

Overall pretty nice size resort, I loved the green lushness all around and it was very well maintained. Common areas are nice ad clean Nice size pools: they have a party pool and a quiet one.. with nice beds Staff was friendly Great coffee!

This is not a true 5 star hotel. - The room was outdated and not very clean, it constantly smelled like mildew/mold - The buffet restaurant was tucked away and the food quality wasn't great. - The beach was full of seaweed, making the beach not a desired destination and very different from what was displayed in the pictures. The hotel really didn't do a great job of removing the seaweed, whereas nextdoor hotels had clean beaches. - I tried to reach concierge/front desk (you need to call for beach towel change) and many times these calls would go unanswered; and we were stuck with same towels for days.

Top Entertainment - Decent Food/Drinks - Huge facilities

The room itself along with the fact that we had access to a piece of a private pool was amazing! Entertainment was over the top! The live bands (mariachi, jazz reggae) were fantastic! and these always led to the main 10:00pm show which were also really good. Food and beverage wise I'd say it was good but nothing extraordinary Staff was mostly friendly and very attentive. Especially Diego & Israel (bell boys)

The place is huge so at least from our room to the restaurants and beach it was a 5-10 min walk. The beach just outside of the Yucatan Platinum is ugly, you need to walk towards the other resorts to get a decent beach and also to the volleyball court. Wi-Fi Connection is terrible! Not even in the main lobby was I able to have wi-fi signal

The best hotel experience ever

It was the best hotel I have ever stayed. Everything was just great, starting from the room, through hotel facilities and restaurants. I felt really pampered. Starting from the beginning, the room was spacious with big bathroom and comfortable bed. The mini bar was filled for us including soft drinks, beer and local spirits. There was like 5 resturants to choose from for dinner plus all inclusive one. Just one required special reservation as it was degustation menu settled for specific hour. The swimming pool area was just great, plenty of pools. The decoration was very classy and luxurious. There was a beach bar and in the hotel area there was a family of opossum.

There was sargassum at the beach and it could be cleaned early in the morning, while during our stay it was made quite late in my opinion. This was the only drawback.

The buffet was good. Standard AI foods. The best was the wonderful shower!

WiFi… It was horrible, even with paying for the extra service.

Too many drunken people. Even if the alcohol is watered to the end. Food was not nice. Maybe a three Star Hotel. Dirty room.
