Le condo est très beau mais l’équipement laisse à désirer.

La vue sur le lac

Manque de matériel pour la cuisine. Exemples: seulement 3 coupes pour le vin. Les poêles à cuisson sont très mal en point. Les lits sont très inconfortables. Le WIFI n’a jamais fonctionné malgré des « reset ».

Great price value, tons of room, could be high end with little effort from the managers.

Lots of room for the whole family, bathrooms were spotless, beds comfy, fantastic view.

kitchen poorly equipped and leftovers in the cupboards from previous guests. Bathroom toiletries and towels minimal. Very little service in the off season.

I love it!!!

I did the monitoring of a whole region. Ive search maybe 50 km around. this is the best option for this prise and even better. the apartments was huge, the view is perfect. I would love to stay here next time for sure! unfortunately it is a bit far from La Fortuna and more tourists part of Arenal, otherwise we would defiantly staying here more often

I can not reach the owner for some time? don't take my mistake. Text him to ask the code for the door write away you booked it. In other this apartment was perfect.

Amazing spacious apartment overlooking the lake and vulcano

Amazing view over the lake and the vulcano, the kitchen is spacious and there is a big washing machine / dryer. The apartment is very beautiful and there is a large balcony, but my highlight is the pool (three pools) overlooking the lake. There is an amazing seafood place very close: Lake Arenal Pizza and Seafood! The cocktails and the food are amazing.

The communication was a little slow, but we got a response and we got all the information needed.

A nice view over the lake for a 1 bedroom flat

The view over the lake is really great. The flat is clean and well equipped even for long stays

We booked the « flat with lake view » that is advertised has having two bedrooms which is not the case. The second bed is literally put in the living room with just a curtain as separation (the description shall be more clear). The mattresses start to be at the end of their life, the springs can be felt clearly when laying.

Views were beautiful and clean

Couldn't find staff to get shampoo, soap, toilet paper, clean towels,never saw a staff member. Property was 45m driving time from most destinations

The condo was very spacious and super clean.

The masters bathroom was clogged so we couldn't use it and its flood the room if we do .There is hardly hot water for us to use for shower. The pool outside was not heated my kids didn't swim because the water was freezing cold. There no stores or coffee shops nearby.

Nice place but very bad bed and pillows

View and facilities are fantastic

Top rate place with and old beat up mattress and pillows. The manager said the mattres was burned. Uncovered the sheets and no burns. Just and old cheap mattress. Lame excuse

Great overnight stay in a beautiful location

the location gives a superb view of the lake with Arenal Volcano in the background, from the balcony. The balcony is a great feature. Good facilities in the condo, we were touring around Cost Rica and we managed to do all our washing! Not a lot round this location but a great place to stop for a night.

It was so windy and there's was hardly anyone there. There was no guard in the front. It was hard to see anyone at the property. Feels little iffy.

Great views. Large space and well equipped kitchen.

The furnishings were odd to say the least. 2 red faded sofa-chairs, A very nice sofa and rocking chair. The colorful curtains matched nothing. Very small dining room table in a huge room. The microwave glass carousel is missing. No side tables or lamps anywhere and with all sconce lighting it was very difficult to read. The 2 beds were hard as rocks.

The room has a great view. The self check in process is easy and perfect. Also there are all the equipment that you need as an apartment.

The wind from the lake is so strong and noisy, specially at night.

We enjoyed are stay at the condos. It’s a very beautiful area and it was nice waking up to the lake view. We were very c

large size of unit. The view was amazing. Beds were fine. It was nice having a washer and dryer. Unit was quiet and private.

The master bath shower head was not good. Many holes in the shower head are blocked and squirt ever which way getting the bathroom floor all wet. There was no roasting pan in the kitchen. The recreation center wasn’t as nice as described.
