Directions and information sound.
I felt the cutlery could be improved a little. Didnt see a cork screw, but always travel with one!

a real good deal price-quality. It was clean, and nicely furnished. A kitchen, a bathroom, good bed, all very comfortable. and great to have this experience to stay in a cave house. also easy parking in front of the property.
3.7
Pretty cold, but there is heaters, fireplace. Unfortunately there was nothing to use for fire in the fireplace.

The whole experience from start to finish. Sergio is a very satisfying host.

The owner is very attentive and always trying to meet the guests' needs

There are 3 cave houses to choose from but our host arranged for us to have the cave house that had an enormous patio and garage for safe storage of our motorbike, however the area is quiet and safe . Very friendly and helpful proprietor .
The cave house which slept 6-8 is a Warren of many rooms and it was a memorable experience . Very quirky and well equipped and amazing value for money. There’s just one bar nearby which was closed when we were there 2 nights but a 20 min stroll will take you into Guadix and it’s many restaurants and great sightseeing
Highly recommend

We liked that it was traditional house type for the location. House was quite big and quiet. Nice view on sunset over the city.
Owner sent us different adress than we had on booking. To our own surprise he put us in the different house than we booked (one we choose not to stay in). Owner tried to cover the fact that he put us into the different house without a word of sorry and generaly was very unpolite about it. The cleanliness of the house was also an issue - the bed sheet havent been changed before we arrived (we found quite a lot of hair on the pillows) and smelled funny. Some dishes were dirty. There was garbage in some drawers.

Outside space was good and parking. Easy access to centre by foot. Pool open.
Front door was stiff and difficult to open and had holes in it. No towel rails and bathroom sink very high. Picnic table not usable. BBQ filthy. Property very difficult to find no sign at end of drive. No internet. No information in house about amenities. No hand towel only one sink plug. Cupboard smelt awful.

No bedding other than a thin blanket. We were cold. Toaster nearly blew up this morning. No information was sent until late about gaining access (it was a late booking, 7pm, but shouldn't advertise if don't get in touch with access instructions). Spent 2 hrs worrying we'd have to sleep in the car, and calling other hotels, but had paid a non refundable fee. Got access code a few hrs later with no prior communication.

Very nice authentic cave house. Nicely furbished with everything you need. The pool is a big bonus. Easy self check in. Great location.

The location was amazing. There was a bbq and a pool. Our room was nice and cosy. Everything was clean and well organised. Recommended!

Communication with owner was good. Car parking at property. Location was good and only a short walk to restaurants. Above the property was a paranamic viewing site.
Ok. it is a cave house and was very basic (as it should be) however it could be improved with a small coffee table and a low wattage table lamp (main lights were very bright)

So fun staying in a cave house as we never have done that before. It’s just as an ordinary house, just cooler! The beds were okey, the WiFi was free and worked fine, the house was clean except for a few minor places. So we really liked it, we will definitly come back next time we’re in the neighbourhood.
All minor drawbacks were compensated by the low price

Very colorful, cozy and nice place
It was a bit cold, but we were there in the mid February.
3.7
good value for money, lots of space. we was allowed to bring the dog
3.7
The location is perfect and there is ample parking space available.
The cave is not really a cave but a tiny hut next to a hill. It is not really clean, is badly equipped and the bed is really uncomfortable. There are thing you don’t really need like a laundry machine, but basic kitchenware is not available.

the idea of staying in a cave.
there was only a curtain on the bathroom. internet was non existent for a day of our stay. the crockery was all oddments. The mattress needs replacing as you automatically roll into the middle. the lights went out, so we discovered the fuse box was dangerous. Although the property had a washing machine, this was full of washing. The towels were poor quality and only shower towels, no hand towels nor tea towels. I suggest the owners should upgrade the property.

Very nice stay, lovely little cave house, good location and car parking on the territory. You can sit outside and dine, enjoy the evening. We were very satisfied.
3.7
Great location with parking and most requirements provided
A little over rustic for my taste but amazing overall
3.7
Great location with plenty of space. A few little niggles but overall great value
Toaster!

There is a nice place for barbecue and 2 Minutes away there is a view point.
The cave was very humid and cold. There were not enough blankets for everyone. The kitchen was bad equipped. There are no doors inside the cave (except for the bathroom), just curtains, so it is basically just one room.

The facade and the mirador behind the house
Guys i will highly recommend before you even consider booking this place- please read all the negative reviews- unfortunately i didnt and regret it- it turns out to be true! All what other people have to say- photos does not match,we were expecting something different. In the bathroom they were only 2 towels ( 1 per person) but no hand towels,no SOAP! Only 2 small disposable bags of shampoo which is totally insufficient. In the kitchen no instant coffee or tea,not even a bottle of water. Be careful when touching/using microwave not very clean. You can see a lot of dust everywhere, very little light and squeaky bed. If you need an extra blanket- open the chest ! There you’ll find some dirty old ( not even folded sheets) and smelly blanket 🤮
As i learned from other guests- when they found out that accommodation is different and does not matched their expectations, they tried to sort things out with host, didnt turned out and he reported on Booking.com that guests never show, simply to avoid negative feedback.
Thats more than enough.. i wish i read all this before booked.
No Covid measures at all!
Avoid

Nothing! No aircon as advertised,no soundproof ( as advertised) dogs next door barking all the time. No Wifi ( as advertised ) Awful experience
I wish i read all the negative feedbacks - turned out to be true!
It took as a while to find the location. Once we arrived we had problems opening the door. I called the host - explained i am calling regarding our booking and having troubles- they were very confused on the other side and hung the phone. We kept trying with the key but no success. I sent a message via Booking and decide to call again- instructions has been given and finally we managed to get in!Guys i will highly recommend before you even consider booking this place- please read all the negative reviews- unfortunately i didnt and regret it- it turns out to be true! All what other people have to say- photos does not match,we were expecting something different. Be prepare to bring your own hand towels ( since not provided in bathroom/kitchen) no soap!! Or bath mats- not very clean either. Now with Covid all the places we stayed were extremely clean- this NOT! If you’d like to have a wine better bring your own bottle opener. If you’d like to have a coffee or tea- bring your own ( not provided) although some people were saying that coffee machine is broken-no idea-havent tried it. Overall- not recommended! Please take some time and review what other people said-its 100% accurate

This stay I will remember for a lifetime. We settled down, went for a bike ride, came back and see a woman bringing one meter high speaker on the carriage (!!!), right to a neighboring cave, followed by 6 young children. Meanwhile neighbors on the other side, play full volume music from a car … and smoke maria. We realized that instead of an apartment, we rented a disco on Christmas Eve. So, decided that baby Jesus wouldn’t be born to us tonight and went to sleep. We worried only about one thing - because of the disco, that was happening till late night (or morning), the cave could fall to the ground half a meter deeper. But the smell of maria from beyond the other wall, that went through the ventilation, calmed us down. We slept quite well :)
It was fun to listen sevillanas and to find out, that cave has really good sound isolation in such conditions!
The cave is unique and nicely accommodated, the service was excellent, but you will not choose your neighbors.
The yard environment could be slightly tidied up.
If you want a disco expierience- choose to stay there on public holidays. If you want peace - choose the rest of the days :)
