Nothing
No lights at night, very dangerous uneven pot holes unable to see Moved 3 times in 7 days due incompetent staff, place was dirty No hand rails on steps into cabin,
Tv was so small it was like an old laptop screen. staff member not very truthful, blamed everyone else not themselves
3.7
Staff friendly. Location was good for what we wanted to do in the area. We used the pool. Decided not to stay.
The room wasn't what was advertised. We booked family cabin. Cabin was very small. Had cabin near dog park run (dog run good idea, but...) and could smell dog poo. Laid down to rest on double bed and saw what looked like tobacco spit marks on the wall. I ended up scrubbing off, so kids didn't touch.

the water park was absolutely amazing for the kids, food vans in the afternoon where sooo yummy for dinner. the kids had the best time
absolutely nothing

The pools were awesome.
The cabin was very basic. The plastic chairs were ordinary. There was no sofa to sit on and we are in our mid 70s so were not comfortable.
The wi fi wasnt working.
3.7
Good location and amenities
Rooms were small and only fit the beds which meant we had no room for portacot

Great location with plenty of open space. The open main pool was fantastic and used daily by our family.
I have visited this park three times now and this was my first time out of dry season. Due to wet season, some of the park’s facilities and sites were closed and the open facilities probably weren’t as maintained as they usually are. Nevertheless, our family enjoyed our stay and loved the pool - which we used daily.

We love staying here. The kids love the buggys to take around the park. The pools are amazing and splash park so much fun

Once again I was in a position of having booked a Cabin for accommodation and required an area to keep my Vehicle and Caravan safe.I was provided an area within sight of my Cabin. I appreciated this, as it relieves any problem of security. The Management and Staff were fantastic throughout my visit.
The cooperation and facilities at Howard Park Holiday Park would see me enjoying future visits.

double bed in both villas was so old and so uncomfortable
bouncy pillow not up disappointed the kids

Pool
Room was disgusting and bed has springs in my back all night

we stay here often as its great for the kids with the pools and play equipment however the jumping pillow wasn't in operation. its also a great location
the room wasn't clean -the shower water pressure was barely enough to get it to come out of the shower head , there was holes in the wall just had a picture put over it .

Kids enjoyed the park and liked the pools. Nice and quiet at night time.
A few things out of order including laundry machines, camp kitchen BBQ, jumpy pillow. Kids had to return the karts by 4:30 but this was the coolest time of the day to hire/ride them. Beds and linen definitely need updating not very comfortable.

the property is populate for caravan travellers. the cabins were in good condition for those who do want to stay in self-contained accommodation.
it’s a good stay for us. Darwin’s accommodation is very expensive. This property provides value for money.

Awesome family holiday park with awesome pools!! The cabins were super spacious for a big family!
Nothing

Pool, location
No handrail on cabin steps or swimming pool. This makes entry tricky for anyone with mobility issues. I had a fall down cabin steps.

Nice and peaceful, great pool and lots of stuff for the kids to do.
3.7
This is an excellent property for children

Cabins were very clean, staff was amazing, considering they were locked down due to covid - we got phone calls to ensure we were happy and all under control - loved the garden and peacocks - amazing and beautiful
nothing - grounds were beautiful and cabins were clean and tidy

The pool and water park lived up to the expectations and reviews from friends.
The room was a little small. Bathroom a little small for our family size.

Liked the swim pools only.
We booked in a apartment but got a room with bunk and kitchen in one room and I double bed in another room.for $150 per night.
It was not pleasant with two kids n two adults for 5 nights.
Just wasted my money as they wouldn't cancel my booking.
Not happy and I don't think will ever stay in there again.
Not enough cutlery for cooking. Oven was working n had to ask twice to change the sauce pan as the one in the room has rust in it.
Parking next to cabin was not great as some black stuff kept falling in the car and the beads of the palm tree would fall on the roof all night keeping us awake..
Not a good experience at all.
3.7
Pool facilities,
Still waiting to hear about a refund for the cost, charged for visitor pool access, that was not used due to cyclone at the time. Were advised by front office staff, they would contact us to organise?

Swimming pool was great, and staff were amazing..
Big 4 should carry out some kind of audit as this place is run down and needs a lot of work.
Cabin.
All curtains had missing clips, so unable to close, rips in flooring, cobwebs everywhere, sofa had broken at some point and fixed white an old bit of white mdf, very uncomfortable, and absolutely filthy that it’s actually change colour.
Beds were so uncomfortable that the kids actually pulled the mattresses of the beds and slept on the floor for last three days.
Park.
Squash courts are permanently closed, recreational room is actually a dumping ground for old furniture, the waterpark is half working and the big water bucket is held together with black tape.
From the price we paid we could have spent less and still stayed in a top quality hotel in Darwin city With access to all of the water parks at the front.

A good distance from the heavy traffic , shopping close by great staff helpful will be staying there next trip to Darwin
