A very good stay at this apartment, however it could be excellent with a few tweaks.

excellent location, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The host gave us access earlier than expected, great shower, comfy bed and great living area. Plenty of storage in bedroom, warm and welcoming, the lift was always available as the apartment was on the fourth floor. Quiet, did not hear any neighbours!

There was a sewer smell in the bathroom, also the plug would not hold water in the sink. We did report both of these to the host. Someone came to have look whilst we were out, that's all they did, but the smell remained and the sink still didn't hold water. The kitchen is lacking a sink drainer (there is nowhere to put washed crockery and pans so had to put them on the only tea towel, which then became another problem, no dry tea towel). There were no cereal bowls and no dishcloths, which meant that you had to wipe the worktops down with the scourer, not ideal! Spare pillows were available in the wardrobe, but no pillow cases and the pillows themselves were stained, so did not want to use them. It would be helpful to provide some tea, coffee and sugar. We bought a full bag of sugar and had to throw it away, as we were only there for six nights. I appreciate that this is an extra cost to the host, but an awful lot of tea, coffee and sugar is being thrown away as the host asked for nothing to be left behind. The host informed us that we were entitled to a free bed linen and towel change. We were told that they were coming on the Friday, but they didn't, so we informed the host. The host sent us a message and was quite rude, saying that towel and bed linen was not normally changed if you were there for less than 7 nights. We responded by saying that we didn't expect this, but that they had told us this would happen. The host relented and the towels and bed linen were changed on the Saturday. We left early Sunday morning, so a bit of a waste of time!

I'm surprised this apartment has such a high rating. Not worth the price

2 separate air conditioning location - central part of the city center opening the apartment using a code possibility of early check-in

I didn't receive what I have booked. The room was supposed to be 69 m2 - it was smaller. When I reported it in the complaint, the manager changed the room description on the booking website. There was an disgusting smell from the sewage system in the apartment or it is the smell of mold The pillows and sofa were very worn and dirty - as can be seen in the photos. The photos showed that the apartment had a dishwasher - unfortunately it did not. The photos show a different room than the one I received. For example, the photos and description of the apartment indicated that there was a large dining table with chairs. Once there, it turned out that there was no table and only metal bar stools without backrests. There is no really coffee machine as described. There is an espresso maker

I didn't receive what I have booked. It was different apartment that was extremely dark and had "city view" to the wall of another building (attached photos were done in the middle of the day). Instead of wooden floor, as it was mentioned, apartment had very cold ceramic floor. Large double bed was barely 1.4 meters wide - definitely too narrow for two adults. The staff were communicating rude. One of the worst accommodation experiences in Malaga.

Good location, uncomfortable apartment

The location is great, right in the old town. Communication with the host was efficient

When booking the apartment you don’t know which one you are getting. Some pictures looked very good. But we got an apartment on the first floor, very dark and with the weird layout. It was so uncomfortable and we were only coming there to sleep, because hanging out there was out of question. There was a smell from pipes. Which I eventually fixed on the third day by pulling water lock down. I wish I would’ve figured it out sooner, but it was there job to begin with. There is no soap next to each sink. It is an old building next to a busy street, so be ready for all kinds of noise and bring ear plugs with you. We won’t be staying here again.

La localisation hyper centre de Malaga Bien chauffé

Appartement au 2ème étage tout en longueur. 2 fenêtres sur rue très étroite donc pas de lumière naturelle. Heureusement bon éclairage. Pas de torchon dans la cuisine.obtenu après demande par whatsapp. Pas de consigne bagage. Obligation de le déposer à 600m et payer le commerçant. Et partir avec la poubelle à la recherche des poubelles de ville avec son bagage. Du jamais vu pour moi qui voyage beaucoup.

Bra läge och stor lägenhet.

Rent och fint och bra läge. Det var enkelt att komma in med kod. Lägenheten var stor och rymligt och kändes ny och fräsch. Stor dusch och separat toalett. Lägenheten ligger centralt och bra inne i en smal gränd och det är bra för då slipper man de värsta larmet från gatorna. Ingen trafik.

Golven är kalla och på vintern bör det ligga mattor på golven. Värmesystemet värmer bara upp luften, golven förblir iskalla. Det var en stank från ett trasigt vattenlås som inte åtgärdades. Lägenheten är mycket lyhörd.

Idealna lokalizacja. Dobre wyposażenie - czajnik, toster, mikrofalówka, pralka, zmywarka, lodówka, suszarka, żelazko Łatwy dostęp do apartamentu, bez potrzeby martwienia się o klucze.

Ogrzewanie (klimatyzacja) na piętrze w sypialni praktycznie nie działa, co w chłodniejszym okresie roku sprawia dyskomfort, szczególnie nocami (w kuchni działa bardzo dobrze). Brzydki zapach wilgoci z odpływu - ale to chyba wada większości apartamentów w tej lokalizacji. Pomaga włączenie wentylacji pod prysznicem i szybko można się go pozbyć.

Looks like, but the details need some work.

The apartment itself looks very nice and new. It’s quite spacious and was clean. Our first impression was very good, but during our one night stay there were many details that ended up being negatives.

First, the WiFi wasn’t working. Reading other reviews, it is clear that the WiFi was out all weekend and that the staff knew it wouldn’t be fixed on Sunday when we checked in and most likely wouldn’t be back on by the time we checked out Monday. However they didn’t tel us before we checked in on Sunday, and we messaged to let them know it was out, they just said they would work on getting it fixed. Then, another big problem was that there is a shower and sink right next to where the bed was located. When we first arrived there was a lovely scent sprayed in the room, but after that wore off there was a gross smell that came from that area and bothered us when we tried to sleep. Other things: the shower door didn’t fully close (no magnet or latch), there were usb outlets in the wall that didn’t properly function (showed on our phones that they were trying to charge, but the percentage never actually went up), and there wasn’t any soap in the dispenser in the shower and the hand soap was watered down.

Very pleasant apartment in a great location

The location is right in the centre. You’ll have to walk the last 100m or so as vehicles can’t access the entrance. It’s very spacious and comfortable.

The stairs to access are a bit narrow, so tricky if you have large luggage pieces. You’re not able to access until the electronic keypad activates. I had to wait about 30min to enter even though the apartment was ready and I’d notified of earlier arrival time.

Har bott här flera gånger. Boendet är toppen både läget samt själva lägenheten. Kommer alltid att återvända dit när vi flyger tidigt hem från vårt boende i Almunecar.

La ubicación es perfecta, tiene todas las comodidades, Está reformado con muy buen gusto. La cocina parece que está recién instalada.

El primer tramo de escaleras es bastante empinado, y llueve dentro. Lo único que eche en falta, era una cama un poco más grande. El olor del baño, a cañería, es lo único que no me gustó

Perfect choice to discover Malaga from the heart of the city

The apartment was brand new, clean, with all the necessary equipment we could need. It was easy to find and get inside with the given instructions (on Streetview you cannot see the entrance, so I attached a pic). The bed was very comfortable, too. The airconditioning was also perfect. The room was cooled down to 16C, which was a bit low for us, but it could be easily switched off.

Apartment in the city center of Malaga

The location is very convenient, walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The apartment was spacious and with fully equipped kitchen & washing machine. Easy check-in with codes, near parking garage and good value.

There was a strong moldy smell in the bathroom and in the kitchen (the moldy smell in kitchen is not as strong, we think the moldy damp smell comes from the wooden panels in the ceiling) The bed was a little small for two people. My girlfriend is petite and I’m average build, but the bed is little small for our preference.
