Exceptional

Family friendly hotel with a nice garden. Very clean, staff was always there for service. On walking distance to the beach with many beach bars. Many thanks to Fotini, the owner, we have a wonderful holiday.

Exceptional

It was a very positive experience. Despite being a one star hotel, they cleaned every day and changed the bed linen every 3 days. Very nice staff. The beach is 5 minutes and the sea is very good, I liked it better than the central part. The walking street is about 2 km. Beautiful garden surrounds and very good BBQ or sitting out in the garden in the evenings. I recommend it to everyone.

An okay place to stay if you don’t mind being a little far from the centre of town.

-Friendly staff - Nice garden. - Near some good beach bars - Balcony

- 30 minutes walk from town centre - they didn’t clean under all furniture. I moved one stool/chair and found a lot of dirt. - overpriced for its location and quality (it was high season though)

Fantastic holiday in Sarti and in hotel Barracuda

Nice, communicative, informative and proactive owner, and very friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Apartment was very clean, location is far from noisy downtown but close to beach, which is great. On of the best greek restaurants in whole Greece (Evros) is very close to hotel. We will come again, for sure :)

Parking could be crowded, even if it's in hotel backyard, so it's private. There is no privacy on any balcony in any apartment. Bathroom could be bigger.

We'll come back next year.

Very nice and clean, the amplassament is about 3-4 minutes walking from the beach. The rooms are big and nice, with AC in all rooms. The garden is very beatifull, it's a pleasure to sit there. The personal is very nice, polite and understanding.

Fantastic Garden greenery, large beds, wooden terrace furniture, well equipped kitchen, fridge working while card electricity off, excellent host.

Clean, and close to the best part of the beach

Clean rooms with all the necessary appliances. The host is very nice and responsive! The hotel is very close to the beach where there's beach bars and restaurants and a supermarket. It's a bit far from the central part of Sarti where there's a lot of restaurants and fast food bakeries but it was also is very crowded there so we didn't miss it much.

The hotel is very close to a main road and sometimes it is a bit noisy.

Superb

The room was as described, clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and welcoming.

The cars passing on the road wouldn't let you sleep at night but with the door closed it's not a big deal. A hairdryer in the room would be helpful if you don't bring one like me. :)

Very good value for the money. Good place for families with children

Very clean Nice kitchen Spacious balcony (nice place to chill when the sun shines on the other side) Big yard with plants, trees, waterfall, barbecue area

The owner is super nice, she reply really fast on our request. She gave us a map with the different beaches and things to do in Sarti. There was a free parking and also a brand new air conditionner which I liked. The location is confortable and there is a beach behind the hotel. There is also a balcony with table and chairs which is really cute. The location is quiet and the beds are confortable.

Due to the coronavirus the cleaning was every 3 days so it gets dirty really fast. I don’t like that the rooms were small and there was not enough space. Without air conditioning it was boiling hot in the room, and in the bathroom. The bathroom doesn’t have a shower curtain neither a glass and after shower there is water everywhere. The sink was damaged and the toilet was really noisy after using the water. The bathroom wasn’t good at all
