Great value for money.

Peaceful. Nice pool and great breakfast.

There were some mice droppings in the bathroom one morning, but there were chickens behind the property, so can’t be helped.

Location, amenities and staff trifecta!

Great location, close enough to walk most places but set back enough that you feel secluded. The staff were amazing and very helpful. I will be staying here again

Nice place to stay

Nice stay with a good location on phu Quoc island. The pool was very nice and clean and the staff was lovely. They helped us book tours and also our onward travel to Cambodia.

In general, we really liked it at Bauhinia and we would have given a 10 but we had difficulty to sleep well at night. This is because there were a couple of Roosters who were making noises basically all day and night. During our first night we were in a bungalow where it felt like the rooster was right in front of our bathroom wall which made sleeping impossible due to the noise. The next day the staff kindly let us switch rooms which made the noise a bit less apparent but it was still quite loud and since I am a very light sleeper I was not able to fully relax unfortunately.

Behulpzaam en aardig personeel, schone kamers, lekker ontbijt en fantastisch zwembad. Locatie is ook super

Wij waren met 3 en kregen steeds maar 2 handdoeken, maar dat deed niks af aan ons geweldige verblijf

Leuk zwembad. De laatste ochtend moesten we vroeg vertrekken waardoor we het ontbijt zouden missen. Ze hebben toen speciaal ontbijt klaargemaakt voor ons om mee te nemen. Dat was heel lief

Het hotel zit in een rustige straat maar de kamer zelf was erg gehorig. We hebben meerdere avonden last gehad van luidruchtige hotelgasten en in de ochtenden housekeeping die voor ons erg vroeg en luid langs alle deuren ging. Ook was de badkamer aan wat reparaties toe

Excellent English speaking and helpful staff - good location

Very helpful staff who made sure we had a great time! Excellent English speaking staff. They provided with a very detailed and perfect plan of what to do and how to do the sightseeing. They even arranged cabs at reasonable price for Northern and Southern Phu quoc tours. They even prepared and packed us breakfast since we had a very early flight to catch. Good central location.

Уютный отельчик с домашней атмосферой и вкусными завтраками!

Отличный отель! Милый уютный с хорошим расположением, до пляжа 3 минуты на байке (Гавайи бич), пешком 15 минут. Завтраки суперские, полноценный шведский стол (фобо, омлеты, сосиски, бекон, блинчики, нарезка, фрукты, ….). Персонал максимально клиентоориентированный: любую просьбу выполняли всегда! Встретили бесплатно в аэропорту, бесплатно перевезли в другой отель, … Брали два бунгало с видом на сад и бассейн, они маленькие, но есть все необходимое, где поспать и помыться, холодильник, сейф и бассейн! Матрас - очень удобный , кровать большая!

Небольшой, но не критичный минус- скромный ремонт, отсутствие шкафа для одежды.

Great location, great staff, fantastic facilities

Everything was amazing! The staff were super helpful with everything, the free airport shuttle was a great bonus. The resort was off the main road so it was very quiet at night. All services needed were nearby.

Really nice place to stay !

Beautiful place with a nice location next to restaurants and supermarkets. I booked 2 rooms big enough for 2 people each and it was clean and tidy. Staff is nice and really helpful. I recommend +++

The reception staff is very warm and welcoming, the rooms are nice. The market is nearby and there is an Indian Restaurant around 400 meters. You can take a free bus to the grand world and Vinpearl safari from the bus stand which is close by. Highly recommended for a cozy stay. The pool is neat and clean too.

If staying in Phu Quoc I highly recommend this hotel for its great central location right in the centre of Duong Dong, which makes it easy to walk to the beach and the abundance of local restaurants and entertainment. The rooms are quiet and they are cleaned and serviced daily to a great standard.

Great pool, the bungalows were perfect for us overlooking the pool while our son slept during the day. The staff were fabulous and went out of their way to accommodate requests, even providing a pedestal fan for our balcony (and an extension cord!) and extra seats for us to sit outside kn out balcony. Wr eoukd stay here again if we return to Phu Quoc.

Great quiet resort with a top-pool and good value for money

For sure, this gains a "10". So great value for money, fantastic pool, large rooms with balcony, nice staff, quiet but central location, 15 min walk to a good nearby beach. Modern bathroom, good wifi, a fridge, kettle, coffee, really all perfect to feel good here. I should have stayed longer. Despite the very hot weather (35 degrees +) aircon worked fairly well, but had to put on lowest temperature.

All was ok, just a few minor things : not enough plugs and room a bit empty, no chair in room, only chair outside.

The room was very clean and bathroom was exceptional . They gave us a garden villa which was very comfy for two people. I would highly recommend this place for your next stay in phu quoc . The hotel is also very close to the bus stop to travel to night market , vinwonders , grandworld
