Alojamiento que precisa reforma integral

Las fotos publicadas en web, no tienen nada que ver con las habitaciones que ofrecen. Accedes a oscuras a la habitación, tienes que subir el diferencial y algunas bombillas no funcionan, las lámparas de las mesillas de noche están desconectadas, en el baño el jabón de manos te lo ofrecen en un envase de plástico viejo con una cantidad ridícula de producto, la puerta de la habitación que no se cierra y pueden acceder desde el exterior que es donde me ofrecieron la habitación fuera del pasillo general a través de una puerta acristalada y junto a la escalera metálica de incendios .......El parking que hacían referencia cuesta10€ la plaza y por orden de llegada lo colocas en zona de gravilla, uno pegado a otro y también abonas 2,88€ de taxas turísticas. Ofrecen desayuno a 12 € que has de pagar siendo que clientes GENIUS 3 lo tenemos incluído.

En realidad nada fué de mi agrado, habitación muy pequeña sin un colgador para poner un abrigo, toallas en no muy buen uso, en la limpieza se pueden esforzar bastante más. En zonas comunes o ascensor ofrecen un servicio extra de limpieza por 7 €.......no me extraña. Una experiencia no muy grata, este estsblecimiento necesita una reforma urgente para disfrutar de una estancia en condiciones en una ciudad preciosa con interesantes propuestas para visitar.

Ideal for a short stay to explore the beautiful city of Orleans.

A clean and comfortable apartment, quiet and with good facilities. The walk into the town centre is not far, and there’s a little supermarket across the road. Orleans itself is stunning!

I was unable to access wifi. There were no instructions so I asked reception but the details provided didn’t work for me either. There was no facility provided for recycling my rubbish.

Easy to deal with. The booking said they required a 150€ deposit, but this was not asked for., and the staff were very relaxed. The building is actually halls of residence, which isn't made clear, but the students were all on holiday and it was perfectly peaceful. The appt was well appointed but my only complaint was that the bed was tiny. Pity the poor student who gets lucky!!!

Tiny bed. 10 minute walk to town centre.

Good for an overnight stay

The parking is very secure. The hotel is in the second row from the street, very silent. The furniture and room are very nice. Cat is allowed with extra charge. Walking distance to the city center.

The missing aircon makes it hard to stay in summer. It was very hot in the room.

Location was great for us. Near the ice rink and walking distance from the old town. Relatively spacious and quiet.

The bed was small (160x190). the shower was small. I actually hit my head getting out. (I am 193cm tall). dust on the lamp covers. water cooker didn't work

adequate for overnight, but not great overall

convenient overnight, large bathroom, warm, adequate kitchen area with kettle - as long as you bring coffee, tea and milk! we didn’t try the breakfast, 12 euros seemed a lot.

uncomfortable bed! the business and utilitarian atmosphere makes it ok for one night or a quick business trip

Orleans is a beautiful city, we had dinner on the square and watched the people dance which was magical. The apartment

Had everything we needed, including a kettle and was sparkling clean.

the bed was not comfortable and it was difficult to park.

Everything was perfect. Starting from staff. It was clean. Good location. Except the bed. Bed was very bad one.

Bed was the only thing that I didnt like. It was worn out. Very difficult to have a good sleep.

Good

The staff were very friendly, particularly at breakfast time. The building felt secure and was well located for the station and town (each about 10-15 minute walk) with a supermarket just over the road. I was able to cook dinner on a grotty evening so didn't try to find a local restaurant. Bed was comfy and wifi was good

Some things were missing, for instance no forks and the coffee machine was dirty. The breakfast was fairly mediocre with cheap rolls and machine coffee. Overall felt like student halls but I guess you pay for the cooking facilities.

Good stuff

Pretty much everything. Comfy bed, quiet location but close enough to old town that it's easily walkable. Great deal for the money. Good cafeteria, 24h laundry. Workable in-room kitchenette, good enough to make basic meals which I did most days. (Pastas, salads, sandwiches, traditional bacon & eggs breakfasts, even made a decent steak dinner one night). Powerful room heater and one touch I really liked was the towel heater/dryer in the bathroom which easily doubles as a clothes blowdryer for doing light laundry in the sink if you don't have enough laundry to justify doing a whole load in the laundry room downstairs. It blasted a tshirt dry in about 20-25 mins or a pair of boxers and a couple socks in 15. Door between the entryway and main area made for a quiet stay. I didn't hear much noise from the hallway at all. Front desk staff isn't always there as it is an aparthotel, but when they were, they were very friendly and always gave good recommendations. Because it's an aparthotel you don't get daily maid service free (from what I could tell you could book it for a bit extra), but I'm putting this as a plus because I am among the type of travelers that mostly prefer to be left alone. No overbearing maid service is a big plus for me. Looking for a well priced quiet place to lay your head as you explore Orléans? Look no further. Spent a week here, would come back again.

WiFi was fairly weak in the room I was in, though the speed fluctuated greatly from usable to barely a trickle. I feel like it may have been my room location as I was at the end of a hallway. Ended up using cell data for a good portion of the stay, which wasn't the worst as I had a 180gb plan. Staff was nice enough that I probably could have asked to switch rooms, but I also spent a lot of time outdoors so I didn't bother. If one were to be doing a lot of online work or video calls, one would likely prefer a room closer to a router point. Just ask when you check in. If they have the space, they will likely make it happen. Currently writing this from an Airbnb with no WiFi at all, so I guess it could also be worse.
