Excellent weekend away in Gdansk with friends

Location was perfect, 5min walk right into the centre of Gdansk. Shops and small supermarket to stock up on essentials within 50 yards, and scooters outside if you want to go anywhere further afield. Apartments were modern, clean and had a great view over the river. Excellent facilities - wouldn't hesitate to stay again next time I visit.

The only small snag I had was with the air con in my bedroom - it intermittently just started buzzing in the middle of the night and woke me up a few times. I was too busy enjoying myself to report it tbf, so they may well have noticed and fixed it by the time you arrive! Everything other than that was perfect.

if you want technical work during your stay you are welcome

first of all management just informed me. ( please note - they did not ask just inform after booking was paid ) that air conditioner service will arrive from 10 to 12 next day. okay. those people were late. and “it should be pretty much fast procedure “. “fast procedure” lasted for 2 hours and while my trips were booked and paid. so I had to cancel. and watching 3 loud polish guys running between my bathroom and balcony and moving my items. hello. if you have service works just don’t rent it to clients this day. that’s extreme form of being greedy. so these guys just checked one ac and it took 2 hours. so I had to ask them to come back another day to check the second one. day was ruined. noise. waiting for those service people who were late and laughing and screening for 2 hours in my apt. a cherry on top is that management asked me a day before the departure what time I m gonna leave. sounds and feels like a kick on ass. usually those automatic messages are sent in the morning of a departure day. in general. good properties. disgusting and disrespectful management

great location - short walk to the center

The location is very good to the old town - maybe 15 - 20 min walking time to the center It was a nice apartment with a lovely view over the river and balcony 3 bedrooms and 2 sleeping sofa in the living room (we were 8 people staying ther)

The beds where not good - they were too soft and you could tell that there have been many people sleeping in them. There was only one bathroom and it was busy for 8 people - I would have liked to have another toilett.

it was warm, cozy and clean. Location is fantastic. A little supermarket downstairs to buy some groceries and only a stone throw from restaurants and the main attractions.

Great location, customer care could be improved

Great location, few minutes walk to old town. lovely view overlooking the river. Comfortable beds. Good heating.

Only one key for group of 6. Sofa bed was not made up although it was charged for full number of people sleeping. Staff on check in were not very helpful. Toilet rolls for first day only, were expected to buy your own after that. three nights but apartment was not cleaned or fresh toilets given during that time.

Excellent location for a city break

The location was excellent. Very clean. well equipped and comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower.

Not the property’s fault - but the Booking.com website states that underground parking is free, which is not the case.

Nice accomodation in nice place

quite silent place very close to center.

Sofa was broken, it was unconfortable for one person. 400 zloty reservation which only released after weeks, it is not fair I think. Cigarette smoke smell at early morning :( maybe from under balkony...

Lovely apartment in an excellent location, overlooking the river and 5 mins from the centre. Accommodation was spacious, clean, well appointed, with all amenities necessary. Would definitely stay again.

I think city tax should be included in the price, only apartment I've stayed in, in Europe I've been charged separately.

Good place

The location is great, just next to the old town. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. Parking available is a plus as well.

Maybe the apartment was designed for long term rent, but I was missing some small details in equipment. I would invest in some washing tabs, salt, some basic things like this which would improve the stay for short term rentals.

Spacious apartment with a lovely view close to Old Town Gdansk

Terrific location! Easy walking distance to Old Town. Our large apartment had a wonderful view of the river. Quiet at night, with restaurants and convenience stores just steps away. Free and safe parking underneath the building. The second reception clerk we spoke to was super nice and helpful, especially when our front door key quit working properly. Great price for an entire, two-bedroom apartment. Kitchen was well-equipped. Lots of storage space. Large couch. Decent Wi-Fi.

Initial receptionist forgot to give us a key to the trash room. Our biggest issue was with the bathroom. The door to the bathroom neither locked nor properly closed. The slope of the shower floor was poorly installed so it soaked the bathmat every time. A single towel bar was insufficient for our family's needs. The beds were ok but felt harder as the week went by. The placement of the microwave was so high up that removing hot things from it was a burn hazard (even my 6' tall husband had to reach up).

Ideal ubication in order to visit the most memorable points of the city. The apartment is so much beautiful and it has a wonderful view of the river. There are enough services and accesories and they are very comfortable. Thanks!
