Localização e Staff

O hotel diz ter academia / Fitness center. Não tem. O que tem são dois parelhos de musculação aleatórios, uma bicicleta, uma esteirae um elíptico. O wi-fi foi a pior de todas as experiências. Fiquei no oitavo andar e o funcionamento era horrível, não suporta uma ligação via Skype. Para quem viaja a trabalho, esqueça. Café da manhã é no máximo, honesto.

Un escape a Palermo

La ubicación, el desayuno bueno y la atención de la recepción. Barrio tranquilo y bonito, cerca del metro y lugares de interés.

Si bien la decoración está bien, es demasiado mínima y fría, no es un hotel acogedor, faltan toques , plantas y la alfombra del pasillo es horrible. Al realizar el aseo de la habitación al personal siempre se le olvida algo una toalla, los palitos del café, etc. Le falta una actualización al baño sacar la tina y revisar detalles, debería estar impecable. El sonido del refrigerador es muy molesto.

Excelente o quarto com roupas de cama e toalhas muito boas e confortáveis! O Mateo funcionário q fica na entrada do elevador muito simpático e solicito, nos ajudou muito tirando nossas dúvidas com relação a cidade e a locomoção!

Servicio de parking y la falta de información precisa. El descuento terminó no siendo tal. Un día no limpiaron adecuadamente el baño. No pude conectarme con el WIFI con mi PC. El aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido.

Bom hotel, acomodações muito confortáveis e espaçosas. Café da manhã simples.

Ótima localização, staff muito bem preparado e localização acessível a maior parte dos pontos da cidade. Acomodações extremamente confortáveis, conservadas e bem equipadas. Perto de bons restaurantes, metrô, supermercados e demais conveniências como casas de câmbio, kioscos e chinos.

O café da manhã é bem simples, com pouquíssima variedade - principalmente para frutas. Pelo preço cobrado pela estadia, esperava um café da manhã mais generoso. O hotel possui estacionamento cobrado a parte que faz um som alto na entrada e saída de veículos, ressonando até dentro dos quartos.

Location, rooms, staff, almost everything. The young guys at the reception (Manuel&co) are great.

Very nice option in Palermo!

The room was very spacious, it had its own living room and kitchenette. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is good, with easy access to main streets and transportation options.

convenient, nice hotel

great location (very close to the Palermo subway station, but maybe a 20 minute walk from Palermo Soho). the bed was comfy and I liked that the outlets could fit different prongs/voltages (you can use a US charger in the room)

the breakfast was pretty bad - I wouldn’t bother and just go to a local cafe instead. the bathroom was also quite small, and the shower just has half a glass wall so water gets all over the floor

Perfect location and lodging to explore Buenos Aires day or night.

At first I wondered if the location was far from the sights. However, I stayed 8 nights at the Dazzler Polo and was extremely happy with my location. It was 2 blocks from a Metro line and buses that took me to the historical center yet was walking distance from beautiful parks and the best neighborhoods for dining and nightlife. I felt safe walking near the hotel late at night. The reception staff was always present and helpful. They gave tips that I appreciated. The morning breakfast was available throughout the morning. There was a good choice of good to eat. I’d definitely stay at the Dazzler Polo again and recommend that you do too

Pretty alright, breakfast could be a bit better.

The location is good if you’re looking to discover the Palermo neighbourhood, with parks, cafés and restaurants close by. The rooms are clean and staff is friendly.

The hotel was packed of course because of the long Easter weekend. The breakfast area is not suitable for the number of rooms and guests. It’s very uncomfortable with no space to walk around the tables, stucked with people and constantly colliding with one another. As the space is limited, it also gets a bit loud. So having a slow, peaceful breakfast is not easy. The cleaning staff starts to make noice in the corridors pretty early with their carriage and walkietalkie radios which was a bit annoying.

Excellent value for money.

For Muslim travelers, the hotel is located at a very good location. Mosque is located at about 10 minutes walking distance and the famous park plaza is also located at about 5 minutes walking distance. The area is safe with a lot of shopping centers close by.

Breakfast options could be better but are good enough. Lighting in the room could be a little better as it tends to get dull and dark at night.

Very solid experience overall. Rooftop pool and recreation area are great. Staff very friendly and particularly helpful with retrieving a lost item.
