They have cats!

Lovely hotel in Taipei! The people who run the hotel are very friendly and the hotel has everything you need including coin laundry. They offer great amenities including an insulated bottle to use during your stay, free snacks and face masks. You are also free to play with the cats.

No window in my room, there are rooms with windows so be aware when you book.

A very comfortable place to stay. Highly recommended to stay if you're in Taipei

The room is very comfy with big beds, a beautiful view and a comfortable warm toilet. The toilet bowl comes with a strong bidet and they also provided 4 very hydrating facial masks which is a bonus.

Location could have been better if it's nearer to the train station. It's still a distance from the train station which could be a strain if you are pushing heavy luggages from the train station.

super hôtel à Taipei

l'hôtel est bien situé, les instructions sont claires. il y a possibilité de laisser ses bagages avant et après le check in. nous avons pris une chambre pour 4 personnes mais nous n'etions que 2, l'espace était très grand et c'était très agréable. de nombreux snacks et boissons sont mis à disposition ainsi que des masques hydratants pour le visage. il y a également un distributeur d'eau et une petite salle où l'on peut caresser des chats.

Perfect boutique hotel for our family

Tucked away in a vibrant neighborhood full of dining options, this boutique hotel is perfectly located between two MRT stations, making it a convenient base for exploring. The rooms are spacious, offering a dining area and ultra-comfortable beds, alongside a large bathroom complete with a high-tech Japanese toilet. The staff here are exceptionally welcoming and go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. A unique feature is the cat room, a hit with our kids, where they enjoyed petting the resident cats. The hotel also generously provides complimentary snacks, drinks, and even face masks, a thoughtful touch that was much appreciated after our long flight. We were so taken with the hotel's charm and service that we chose to return here at the end of our Taiwan trip, even though it was a bit more expensive than our original plan. This decision speaks volumes about the hotel's ability to make a memorable impression on its guests.

Good stay overall. Easy check-in, kind staff, convenient location. Would return again.

Friendly staff. Easy self-check in. Great instructions sent with lots of detail and contact phone numbers.

There is some mold buildup in the shower room that is visible and that you can smell after showering, otherwise, the room is fairly clean.

原定週六住宿沒有取消，更改日期週一入住竟然加價兩張大床兩條被子四個人想要多要兩條被子工作人員說一條被子$200 提前到達一個小時，希望入住也被告知提前一個小時 $200 馬桶不可以丟任何東西這可以接受，但是被發現一張衛生紙要罰$3000 房間內餐具不足一張床是沙發床很硬，應該要事先告知沙發床與另外一張床軟硬度差很多

The interior design is lovely. The free snacks, drinks and facial masks in the fridge were very thoughtful.

The cleaning can be done a bit more thoroughly, especially around the corners and under the beds.

Great value top-floor hotel in busy Taipei

Very clean and comfortable soundproofed room No window in our room but efficient air-conditioning Excellent help from very friendly reception ladies, Sabrina and Molly Great location, just a quick walk to the Yongshan Mall and MRT, and an excellent night market close by.

Good value with metro near by.

We lived in No.5 rooms, the size is very big, and super enough for 2 people. There has windows in the room and able to open them. The staff is very helpful and kind. Metro is 500m away which is perfect for us.

The windows are facing big street which has very busy traffic. So even close the windows, we still can hear the noise from outside. If you are very sensitive of voice, should keep it in mind.

comfortable stay, there are small things that can be improved, but i’d book this hotel again for my next visit to taiwan

* room size is spacious. i managed to bring my colleagues and work in the room, cos the room is big enough for us to work there. * bathroom is really spacious. space for shower is big too. plus they have electronic bidet 😍. the hair dryer they provide also quite big and good, which is not typical in most hotels. my thick and long hair dried quickly. * generous with teas, coffees and snacks. their coffees and teas are rrreally good too! * there’s also small fridge in my room. so i could buy food from 7e downstairs and keep it in the fridge. * cats! there’s a room of clingy cats where we can play around with. * location is amazing. even my local friends praised how strategic the location is. * right on top of 7e and poya. pxmart and famima are 1 block away. the poya is one of the biggest i’ve seen during my short trip. * saw the other rooms when they were cleaned, other rooms were really good too. i’d love to try next time. * lots of good japanese restaurants and coffee shops around.

* not as clean as i expected, there are some corners that are dusty. but i’m a clean freak tho, so my standard is quite high. * internet is not the fastest, keeps on getting cut of. the internet didn’t reach my toilet as well. * admin is not operating 24 hours, but they’re reachable through Line.

Exceptional

Lovely little hotel in a great location - MRT station, lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby. Really enjoyed our stay here, due to the super nice and helpful staff and the comfortable, quiet and nicely decorated room.
