Perfecta estancia en el corazón de la Mancha.

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en la Hospedería, la relación calidad-precio es buena, las vistas a la plaza espectaculares. Sirven desayunos en el bar de la Hospedería. La habitación está limpia, la hacen cada día y el lavabo es grande con una bañera muy grande.

Altamente recomendable por el entorno y la amable atención de todos en la Hospedería.

Muy ricos los desayunos preparados con amabilidad por David, que está pendiente de todo y todos. También me gustaron las viandas del restaurante. La habitación, muy limpia y confortable, con un baño grande y calentito. La Hospedería está situada en en entorno espectacular de bonito.

Sin quejas; todo ha sido estupendo.

Decepcionante

El lugar bonito en una plaza increible de bonita. El personal muy amable.

La ubicacion en medio a la nada, no hay comercios, restaurantes, bares..... Parece que el unico bar de la zona es la hospederia... A unos 10 km de LA SOLANA donde hay algo de vida. La cena decepcionante despues de todo lo que habiamos oido. Tardo muchisimo en llegar la comida, pedimos especialidades que no nos gustaron, de sabor fuerte y salado... Las camas muy duras.... dormimos mal. Y cuando llegamos de un largo viaje en coche por la tarde, la habitacion no tenia calefaccion y hacia mucho frio. El calentador en el baño no funcionó nunca.... Una grande decepcion....El desayuno ni hablar, lo teniamos incluido en la reserva pero nos fuimos sin tomarlo. Pedimos yogur, no tenian, luego se tomaba a la barra, bastante incomodo, no habia buffet, ni fruta ni nada. Asi que un café solo y via....

Hermosa Localidad y alojamiento muy recomendable.

Todo estupendo. Apacible y hermoso lugar. Servicios excelentes. Instalaciones y limpieza muy buenos. Decoración muy agradable. Edificio histórico rehabilitado en la bonita Localidad de San Carlos del valle.

Me pareció excelente no sólo la familia encantadora que lleva el recinto si no también la habitación y la tranquilidad que aporta San Carlos del Valle.

Amazing building and church, excellent restaurant

Amazing building in Plaza Major adjacent to spectacular church. Excellent restaurant. very comfortable room Availability of bar service in square outside hotel.

Nothing of interest other than the hotel and church in the village - very poor facilities in village.

A hidden gem. Fantastic little hotel with professional staff and an excellent restaurant.

The staff made us feel welcome. The location was off the beaten track and was very interesting . The most surprising, and pleasant thing about the hotel was the restaurant. It offered a great dining experience with a refined menu and good wine list. The bar/canteen with an outside terrace at the front of the building was a great addition and perfect for a drink and a snack. The rooms were small but comfortable and well furnished. We could easily find a parking space in the streets behind the hotel.

Great hotel, great service, great value for money!

The room was much nicer than expected, so was the entire hotel, really wonderful stay, the staff were very friendly, considering we were english, using an app to communicate and their effort to please, was really great.

good for a one night b&b stay… plan / consider your meal options before you get there

beautifully restored building in the main town plaza by the church. easy street parking nearby. Bedroom and Bathroom were large, clean, and comfortable, easy to get warm ( we stayed in Feb). A basic breakfast of coffee, toast and jam was included in the price. All in all it was good value for money. Most of the staff were friendly and tried to understand our pigeon Spanish, no-one spoke any English.

There was an electric breaker board in our room which constantly hummed. the toilet roll holder was broken. There’s no drinking water provided in the room, so remember to take your own. There is a small bar and restaurant in the hotel - which was busy with locals when we arrived mid afternoon, and as such we had great expectations. We were shown the days menu when we arrived and told the restaurant was open all day… sadly this wasn’t the case. ..the menu we were shown - 35 euro set menu for 3 courses with a drink looked ok. however this finished at 4 pm. The restaurant didn’t reopen until 8.30pm and then offered an a la carte only menu, which we had as there’s little option in the village. the food wasn’t great, half of it was cold, and all very expensive for what it was.

Awesome experience

Wonderful bedroom. The bathroom with a bath is awesome. The location is unbeatable. The price for one person is really good for that level of comfort.
