Un lugar Maravilloso

Desde el momento que llegamos la atención fue excelente, el hotel simplemente es maravilloso, un lugar mágico donde realmente desconectas y conectas con la naturaleza. El restaurante de 10,un trato genial y la comida muy buena. El desayuno nos lo trajeron a la habitación y realmente abundante y muy bueno. Sin duda repetiremos y lo recomendaremos . Habitación cómoda y unas vistas de ensueño

Maravilloso lugar

La vista desde la habitación es maravillosa. El restaurante en la noche tiene un ambiente muy acogedor y exótico. Los alrededores y los paisajes de llegada son alucinantes.

Tuve que pagar un valor adicional para una habitación con vista al mar, la cual era la que aparecía en la foto desde la cual reservé.

Vue exceptionnelle - Calme assuré

Lors de notre départ, il aura fallu que j'insiste afin de disposer de la quittance détaillée du décompte final. Cela ne devrait pas être demandé mais transmis automatiquement. J'ai clairement senti que ma demande agaçait l'employée. Dommage !

Beautiful hotel - great food, staff and location.

The view from the room was incredible. The hotel room was simple but exactly what we needed - coffee, tea, water, nice bathroom, very comfy bed and a terrace you could spend all day on. Plus the breakfast was incredible!

There was nothing we didn't like - it was a great hotel and a great experience.

Molt maco però car la relació qualitat preu no s'ho paga.

Les vistes son espectaculars, l'hotel està en un lloc excepcional. El personal és amable i fa bé la seva feina.

Esperava un lloc tranquil (adults only a la descripció) i vaig trobar que hi ha el restaurant al costat (del propi hotel però obert al públic) que té la música tarda i nit a un volum que arriba a les habitacions. El manteniment de les habitacions és deficient: la porta exterior de la habitació no tancava bé, la pica del lavabo mig embussada, el interior de la habitació tenía reparacions mal acabades. Dóna la sensació de un lloc vingut a menys, una pena... donat le preu que es paga per una nit!

One of our favorite stops on our honeymoon- we can’t wait to come back!

Amazing location! Access to the oceanside pool and the beach is a quick walk away. Great food at the adjoining restaurant. The most comfortable bed and pillows of our 3 week trip to Italy and Spain. About a 10 min drive to the town of Begur.

Very good

The room was beautiful with a panoramic window giving a delightful view of the bay beyond. The bed was very comfy and the linen was gorgeous. All the reception staff were fabulous and very helpful. The restaurant and bar next door were fantastic - book early to get in. All the staff were great there too. And lovely paths to walk to other beaches and villages were charming.

Nowhere to put your clothes! I would recommend the hotel installs some drawers under the shelf unit to help. The room is very compact which is fine, but there were very few cloths hangers, and all the shelve in the wardrobe were taken up with blankets / robes / safe etc. We only had 1 teabag for the 2 nights. The bathroom sink was badly cracked and needs replacing. The decking outside had given way and needs repair to be safe, and there was some item stuffed under the steps that made it look less cared for and untidy. Just to remove these would make it look much better.

A beautiful location right on the sea and the view from our room was amazing

The area around the hotel could do with a good clean. Lots of litter everywhere. When we pointed it out to reception, they quick to point out it's not their litter. Point is you paying top dollar to stay here so they should make sure entrance area etc is always kept clean. Bin area for the restaurant is also situated right outside front entrance which is really unpleasant to walk past on your way down to breakfast. There is no space to put shower bottles in the shower so have to leave on the floor. Limited hanging space, hooks in the room so have to leave stuff lying around! I think because there are no other hotels in the area with the same.views and access to beach, they can pretty much charge what they want and not bother with the standard.

Superb

The view was sensational, the room super cozy and not cold, temperature was great and appreciated the non tiled floors. (We feared it would be cold since this is often the case in seaside hotels in Spring. The breakfast was wonderful, you could order as much as you liked a la carte. Fresh orange juice and many options. The dinner was great too, the service good and food very good. We were contemplating having lunch also, but decided against it in the end; it looked and smelled marvellous though.

At lunch, the waiters seemed a bit stressed out but that might have been due to the busyness.

Enjoyed it but felt it is overpriced

The view from our terrace and from the restaurant. the walk from the hotel to Sa Tuna was most enjoyable. Constant hot water in the shower and the coffee etc. The bed was very comfortable.

What PRIVATE beach there is no private beach only 3 small patches of green turf SHARED with occupents of the large apartment building. Having the store rooms for the bar and the cleaners opposite to our room

You have to see this view!

The view was.. I do not really have words - breathtaking. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable.

We had included breakfast but unfortunately there weren’t much vegan options.. but the staff tried.

wonderful views , nice room but make sure which room you get !

fabulous views !

we were not informed, that our room was next to the restaurant. Mornings and evenings where somewhat overshadowed from loud music and fumes from the restaurant. We felt a bit tricked and when we immediately confronted the host with the complaint we didn't even get an apology but where told the situation wasn't so bad because the restaurant operates only at certain hours.
