Camas incómodas, se escuchaba mucho ruido, no había señal de celular ni de internet dentro de la habitación, no cuenta con ningún servicio de alimentos, la atención mala, en general no me agrado, no pude descansar y fue una pésima experiencia, de acuerdo al precio hay mejores hoteles cerca y no esta mucho más caro que este

Great place to stay

Very well located! Installations are worth for what you pay. Clean and tidy, staff are friendly and helpful for whatever request you have. Location is perfect, we could do everything we wanted by walking , no need to take Uber nor the car.

It’s not about the property but yes about other guest staying at the place, they’re were noisy and loud after hours.

De último momento al llegar a nuestro Check-in nos informan que no podríamos hacer uso de sus instalaciones por un falló en el piso entero en el que se encontraban nuestras habitaciones y no se nos notificó con previo aviso.

Se hablaba acerca de que el personal era amable pero fue todo lo contrario. Todos atendían de muy mala manera

Decepcionante, no lo recomiendo, falta de capacitación del personal

Solamente una persona del hotel fue amable conmigo, que pena que el resto haya sido grosero

La forma en que el resto del personal se haya dirigido conmigo y no haya tenido consideración o empatía, ya que había comentado que la llave de mi cuarto la dejé en la plaza las torres, no que "se me olvidó" como dijo el empleado José y Rodrigo y procedió a decirme HDSPM

Very convenient location for my purpose

I liked that it was in the zona piel it was very convenient for my shopping

The room supposed to be ready for us at 3 o’clock but did not we had to wait almost 20 minutes after 3 …… and the next day they were asking us if we are ready to live 15 minutes before 1

Plain and simple but clean and conveniently located close to bus station. Comfy bed.

It was extremely clean, just across the street from the bus station. Room was very spacious, very plain, simple, no amenities but good for overnight stay to catch bus next day.

Could have used an extra towel. Some guys playing loud music in their car late into the night right outside window of room, can't blame hotel.

2 minute walk from bus station good price

noise noise i was on the 3rd floor and there was a constant noise all night good thing I had earplugs also no curtain on room so all the light from the corridoor msde it even more difficult to sleep

Basic, but clean. Great price and close to bus station!

Proximity to the bus station wad incredibly convenient, just walk 100m. It was basic accommodation but the price was amazing for the location. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot. Perfect for one night.

The room was pretty dark (just one small window facing a wall), had some issues with the toilet, the fan was loud, and its location is only really good for the bus station and if you want to buy leather goods.

Yea, the room was clean! Very convenient! across from the bus station! Every thing is nearby!!!

The only main complain I have is the beds are like a ROCK!! I staid here 2 times and not staying here again because of the hard beds!!
