About this house rental

Great house for entertaining family and friends. Large deck with grill overlooking the lake. Great covered dock to fish from or just hang out and enjoy being on the water.

Bedrooms include 3 rooms with King Bed, 2 rooms with double beds and a bunk bed and 1 room includes two twin beds. The property has a den and living room along with an office for working if necessary. Wifi is included with televisions in the den and master bedroom.

Spacious yard with a fire pit for evenings outside.

Please note that pets are not allowed.

We enjoyed this property quite a bit. The views were amazing, the size of the house and all the rooms was great. I never once felt cramped in a room when all 8 people were together. Talked with property owner about several items and always received response. The only drawback was the water level which the property owner did call when we booked to let us know about it so we were aware. There is not much around the area to do outside of the lake. We had to drive about an hour to do anything for the whole family. I would rent this property again once the water levels are back up.

Good for large group. We had 6 couples travel from KY for a Revolutionary War event in Camden. Plenty of space great to have as a home base than a hotel. A few couples were tight in the bunk rooms better served for young people. The outside table for all to gather really made the house work great.

House was perfect for our event. Graduation at USC! Lots of beds, good-sized eating area, great dock to sit out and enjoy the lake with a speaker too! They are doing something to the lake so water was extremely low so not able to enjoy any water-type sports but that's not 'on the homeowner'. Highly recommend this getaway house. Jeremy was super nice, informative and had everything we needed.

My family had the BEST time here. If you are looking for laid back peace and quiet this is the place. The host is so accommodating and easy to work with. We are already looking at dates to go back. It was just perfect!!!!!

We have stayed at plenty of properties all over and the overall experience that we had at this property was EXCELLENT!!!!! The house was so nice and spacious and clean, we had everything we needed for six couples to stay very comfortably. The owner was so gracious and helpful and accommodating that it made us feel so welcomed. My husband and friends caught 11 catfish and a bass, not tiny ones but big ones. The deck and dock with speakers were great and spacious. We just had a great New Years, we will definitely be back soon.

Everybody in our group had a wonderful time it was roomy where we all had our own space a beautiful view and the host confirmed and told us some things that were important to know before arrival and stated to call with any problems or concerns. It really was over the top and made for a wonderful trip

We had 3 generations of family in tow for a local wedding at Rock Bottom Pond. We had tons of room to spread out. More than enough beds and bathrooms for a large group. Large deck with great views. Owner was very accommodating. Great stay and would highly recommend!

Worth the Stay!

I loved the home. It was large and spacious. Advertised to sleep 10. Easily sleeps 14. The lots is larger enough for outside play areas for kid. The deck across the back is a plus. The area is quiet and secluded on a short cove. You can fish off the private dock on the property. You have access to Walmart and restaurants about 10 away. Definitely will stay there again. Minutes away.

This was the perfect place for our families to be able to be near Columbia to celebrate not only Thanksgiving but our parents 50th anniversary. It had plenty of room for our 3 families and was kid friendly. Communication with the owner Jeremy was great and the place had pretty much anything you may need. The only downside is that it is a little ways out but it also made it nice and peaceful! We will definitely be keeping this place in mind for future get togethers!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room for all of us to have separate space and bedrooms and come together in the heart of the house when we desired. Definitely a game enjoying family and we loved all the options for entertainment. Five stars!

We used this property to house out of town family for a wedding in Camden, AL. Easy commute to various wedding activities. Beautiful lakeside with great outdoor areas. Terrific living space for our crowd of 11, to include teenagers. We arrived after dark and finding the property was tricky because the driveway was hard to see. The lake road is very curvy. Do your grocery shopping before driving to the lake house. Dollar General is closest shopping.

My family has been staying in rental houses for trips for about 6 years now and this house has been the best one so far! Great price with linens included! Home owners were soooo nice and accomidating! The view is amazing! I gave the location a 4 star because it was a little difficult to find due to closed roads and missing road signs but overall this is a great place to stay! I will definitely stay here again and i would recommend it to my friends!

Remarkable amenities, easy check in, great for families as the layout allows for privacy for everyone and the beds are so comfy! Very reasonably priced in this area for the space provided! Will definitely be back!! Mr. Child was excellent to work with and in constant communication!!

Spent the weekend on the lake with over 10 people. The house was perfect, large kitchen, deck overlooking the lake and dock for the kids to go paddle boating. 10/10, I hope we get the chance to stay again.

This was the perfect property to suit the needs of myself and family, while seeking refuge from Hurricane Dorian. This beautiful one level lake front home, housed 4 adult seniors, in which 3 had serious medical issues, my husband and myself, along with our 2 children. The home is spacious, handicapped friendly, and a great getaway for kids. One of the children bedrooms features a super cool loft with comfy bean bag chairs and tv. It gave my children their own separate getaway. The sunsets are amazing and the back deck was a great eating and meeting space. The homeowner was extremely accommodating, welcoming, and considerate. My family and I are truly appreciative that this evacuation became a vacation!

I cannot begin to describe what a wonderful time we had at this beautiful property! Owner was so wonderful to work with and we tried to make his first experience a good one! The home itself is just perfect! We did not have enough people to fill up all the rooms, but I'm sure we can find extra for next time! It has just wonderful living spaces and gives guests so much room, keeps everyone from being on top of each other. We spent most of our time on the back deck, which is very large and has seating for so many. This is in the area we are very familiar with, near Shaw Rec., just directly across the lake from there and Clearwater Marina. Beautiful views and great water! If you are blessed to rent this property, please take all the care you can, so that it remains such a beautiful retreat. The owners have taken great care in their furniture choices and decor, I have taken ideas home with me! Their neighbor Matt has a very friendly Golden that may come visit, if he has decided to jump his fence, just pet him and love him and walk him down the hill, he's still a puppy LOL! You will not be disappointed in your stay here! We will be back!
