We enjoyed our stay . Great size for a large family. Dryer was a little scary, pool could have used a little TLC.

Great place for large groups. Had to call maintenance about a chirping smoke detector and they were out within the hour. It was within walking distance of beach, restaurants and amusements. Close to airport making it easy for those flying in. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was as advertised, location perfect, pool area even was clean. Balcony was a nice perk, and the dining table was enormous and gave us plenty of space to play games and visit!

We had a wonderful family vacation. Easy walk to the beach and the younger kids loved the pool being 3 feet.

We have a large family and wanted to have us all together. The rooms were decent size and the kitchen well-stocked. We donated a short stick for the pool table because my boys wanted to have some “serious” competition. Only challenge (as noted by the renter) was the dryer. It took many cycles to dry a load.

The condo was very clean. Any issues( there weren’t very many) were addressed easily. There was loud music but when we spoke with security the problem was resolved.

Long weekend annual golf trip for 8 older guys. Perfect size condo with great kitchen and living space. Nice outdoor patio as well. Would stay again.

We chose this apartment for a family vacation - grandparents, children, grandchildren, and close family friends. We had a big group, and this apartment was comfortable for everyone. Very close to the beach - just cross the street and you’re there! The kitchen was easy to use - very well equipped. And there was room for everyone around the table!! The apartment was very clean and the manager was quick to respond when we had questions.

The place was big enough for our group of friends. 7 couples total. The place was nice and location was excellent. One down side was not enough parking. Only allowed 4 parking spaces and we had 14 people staying there.

Our whole family said "Thank you"! It was a very nice 50th Anniversary/ family reunion and the VRBO worked very nicely. It gave us a place to be together and provided enough rooms for privacy. We look fwd to next time. M&M

The villa was in the perfect spot. The beach was just a 2 minute walk up the street. There was an ice cream store, restaurants, and a liquor store across the street. That was a perfect combination right there and more stores close by. Everyone loved the rooms they stayed in. Every room in this villa was PERFECT. The parking spots were a little tight to get into, but the elevator was just feet away. The check out time was 10am wished it was at 12pm (some flights didn't leave until after 3:30pm). Wished I could have stayed few more days there. The group decided to return again to this awesome property.

Everything was great. The entire family had fun, and we can't wait to come back. It was a clean home. Was a great experience. Thank you

Very spacious and convenient!

Had 2 Leaks in Unit checked in July 16, 2022 Checked Out July 20,2022 1. 1st Leak in the middle of the Kitchen coming out of the Kitchen Light Fixture Called Building Manager Marlysa at 2:53am July 17,2022 and asked her to have someone come out and look at it also tagged Property Manager Andy C Marlysa responded again at 6:06am and asked if the ceiling was still leaking and if it was alt of water or just a drip At 8:38am Marlysa emailed and sad Maintenance will be out shortly after 10:00am At 9:32am I informed Marlysa that the bottom of the shower had a Crack Maintenance Showed up about 10 30-11:00and I informed them that the shower was cracked so he went to Home Depot and got a patch and patched the shower floor and asked us not to use the shower for 24 Hours and I informed him that I deal with those type showers everyday at my job. We those showers those patches don't seal those showers so I informed my family not to use that shower and I put a do not use sign on the shower. 2. At 9:32pm July 17,2022 called Marlysa again to inform her that we had another Leak in the ceiling in the upstairs bathroom ceiling Marlysa I formed me that they did not own the property above them and that they would have to get I touch with the HOA Property Manager to have them cone out to repair the leak in the property above sha also informed me that they had previous Leak from the toilet some that is why they never repaired the ceiling in the bathroom At 10:27am July 18,2022 Marlysa emailed me again to inform me that the HOA Property Manager would be there in about an Hour to look at the leak Also got a Message from Andy C on the 18th that read - They are working Today" which was the last message I received from him At about 12:00pm July 18, 2022 the Person showed up and took a look at the leak and said he was going to call out a plumber to take a look at the leak He was there for a couple hours back and forward from their unit to my unit and informed me that he turned the water off to the toilet and basically he did all he could do for the moment and gave me a number to call after hours if needed After he left Marlysa called me to Inform me she was going to send Maintenance out to cut out the ceiling in the bathroom Maintenance showed up July 19,2022 and cut out ceiling in the Bathroom and found out leak was coming from their dryer vents in the ceiling he was informed to tell me ot to use dryer I have filled complaint thru Vrbo for compensation no

This property worked out great for our trip, we had a baseball tournament. The other reviews are accurate about the dryer taking a long time to dry. The toaster took forever to toast and was smoking when cooking but talked with management and they approved us to purchase a new one and reimbursed us. We loved the short walk to the beach. Would stay here again.

There were 16 of my family at the condo. Everything was as expected ,beautiful. And we all had a wonderful time

Property was in a good location, a lot of things for kids to do in walking distance. We choose this property because I thought it was a "family" place to stay, which it was if you are ok with people smoking pot on their balconies constantly, and having to explain to your kids why if smells like skunk all the time. The lazy river was super crowed

My wife and I brought 4 of our adult children and 8 grand children to MB Villas for one week and had an absolute blast. Outstanding location to the beach and shops. On site pool was perfect for wrapping up our busy days and just hanging out. The property was perfect for our large group and very accommodating. Thanks again for an excellent experience.

Great space for our group of 8 guys. The pictures and description don't do it justice in terms of size. Huge dining room table, double fridge, double balcony were all nice touches. Clear communication beforehand and during with Marlysa, the manager. Cleaning staff forgot to restock dishwasher pods, so Marlysa made sure they were dropped off before we left. Shared hot tub and lazy river were also unexpectedly great amenities. Location is right across from the beach which you can't beat. Not the best part of Myrtle Beach, but close enough to everything that it didn't really matter. Overall very happy with our stay.

Great stay, we had a group of 7 where everyone had own room, steps from main-strip. Food w/in walking distance. Pool and foosball table was great.

Property was in a very convenient location both to the beach and local ammenities; door very heavy and slam hard, very noisy; some "neighbors" were rather loud after hours as well. Pool water too cold. Property was not very well maintained. Plenty of room for everyone. Property manager very responsive. Several appliances were not up to par as far as cleaniness and operations.
