Easy check in, pleasant host. Appartment is clean.
Apparment is smaller that I thought, window without curtain from bedroom to kitchen
4.0 / 5.0
The simplicity of it all and the upgrade to a better suite nearby
It was cold at night and the walls are a bit thin so we didnt rest well
1.5 / 5.0
On a positive side the property is located in a sleepy leafy residential area with a fairly easy transport connection to the city centre. Reliable wi-fi. And above all it's cheap.
Very basic, not to say primitive amenities.
Though not mentioned in the listing the property is a converted groundfloor studio. Bedroom #1 occupies what used to be the kitchen, with a quirky addition of a non-curtained inner window. Bedroom #2 is everything else. The kitchenette in fact has been constructed by double glazing the balcony and fitting a hob. The dining table and the sink are placed at a fair distance from each other and the kitchenette. No condiments provided and the selection of utensils and tableware will make anyone planning to cook own meals to cry in despare. The local kebab place though is happy to cater for less demanding guests. Combined WC/bathroom of the size of a small en suite with the shower cubical that can accommodate a toddler, not an adult person. Worth to mention there is a very busy pedestrian pathway immediately outside the property windows. Keeping the windows open for a night is out of consideration due to safety concerns and noise. Overall the place is in dire need of a deep clean and at the very least a cosmetic facelift. An upgrade to dated and dull furniture and beddings should be high on the hosts to-do list too.
