Disappointing

The location was very good, appartment spacious and clean.

From the first day of our stay there were construction works going on (drilling) in the next building (same wall as our bedroom) starting as of 7 am till late afternoon. The noise was terrible. When we spoke to the manager, he managed to convince the workers to start 1 hour later the next days. It was our family vacation and we were hoping to have longer sleep. These construction works have been going on for quite some time (we checked) and we should have been warned by the apartment owners and alternative accommodation should have been offered.

Perfectly located and well equipped apartment.

The apartment was very well laid out and furnished. We all had our personal space, but weren't isolated either. Having two bathrooms and toilets was luxurious and the kitchen was well equipped. Public transportation was easily accessible and most places of interest were within walking distance. Picking up the keys from the hotel across the street was ideal since we arrived much later than expected. The host was very accommodating, flexible and easy to contact.

Great place for two independent couples travelling together

Spacious apartment in the heart of Pest, close to metro station. Extremely comfortable, with 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Keys picked up and handed over to the hotel reception on the other side of the street

Nothing really, one thing not dependant on the host: there is a major renovation project in the next door building, hence some vibration noise from early morning

Excellent location. Nice host. Fully equipped kitchen. Staff from Bohem Art hotel are friendly ,and helpful.

Door locks are a bit difficult to use.

on our last day, a water pipe broke in the buildings and we didn’t have water to shower. the owner offered a breakfast in a nearby hotel.

Excellent for a family visit in Budapest

the location is amazing, the apartment is huge and very clean. Getting hold of the keys was very easy and the host helped every time we needed anything

Location is great, near all view points. Flat is clean and good for 6 people stay, all kitchen equipment available for cooking.

highly recommend, would definitely stay here again!

The property was spacious and exceptionally clean. The design of the apartment was beautiful, and it was a pleasure to stay here.

there wasn't much I didn't like, but I should mention that I wish there would have been some paper towel in the bathroom and some Kleenex. However, when I brought this up to the staff, they immediately brought paper towel to us, which was wonderful service and sincerely appreciated since we were travelling with a baby.

Fantastic stay in a lovely property.

It was a lovely property and very well equipped. It was in a great location for restaurants/shops and sightseeing.

The property didn't get much light because of the proximity to other buildings.

I really liked the pick up and drop off of the keys at the near hotel reception. The apartment provides enough privacy for all people. We will definitely be back on our next vacation. We love this apartment

A Great value for money option, we had great time.

The location is very convenient, behind the quite part of Vaci Utca so you're close to the shopping area but still enjoy from quite during the night hours. The house is big and suitable for family, you have 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms (separate to 2 units) so you'll have your privacy. The house is renovated, and the facilities are in very good condition.

Exceptional apartment - elegant furnishings, bathrooms are beautiful and it’s huge! It was spotless throughout and the location is so central.

Very large and spacious apartment, almost in the center. Within walking distance of public transport, metro, shops, market, good restaurants and the central walking street. Everything in the apartment is thought out, beautiful, comfortable, soundly done. Absolutely matches the photos. Very clean and stylish.

I loved this place very nice. The location is great many restaurants near this apartment. Also the traditional mall is few steps away.

Bordering on perfect!

it’s just a stunning building and apartment. it makes you feel like you are living and breathing the city. wonderful art and wonderful owner

we didn’t dislike anything. I can’t recommend this place enough and fantastic location one or two block from the Danube.

Overall a beautiful and spacious apartment, just a shame about the traffic.

We were a little uncertain of the exact location of the property, as it is not advertised on the outside of the building. However, once we contacted the host we were able to collect our keys from a neighbouring Hotel.

Very noisy thoroughfare of traffic as the property is off the main road by the river Danube.

Really nice apartment, very clean and spatious.

The windows do not isolate street noise, and I woke up every night when the garbage was collected, or noisy cars passed.

We had such a great stay, everyone very helpful and polite . Absolutely loved the apartment , such a great find .

Extremely well designed and equipped, very comfortable, feels like home away from home

The property is absolutely amazing! To start from the begining - getting there from the airport is very easy and comfortable (bus 100E for about 3EURO takes about 30 mins and then a quick 10min walk down a wide pavement). We arrived very early, before the check in time, so it was arranged that we could leave our luggage in the Bohem Art Hotel directly opposide the apartment (literally a few meters distane) and go explore the city, to come back at a pre-arranged time to pick up keys and get a tour of the apartment. I say "tour" as the apartment is huge, beautifully designed and very well equipped. The beds are very big and comfortable, the bathrooms are spotless and have a nice minimalist but classy design, the kitchen has everything one may need to prepare food, the living room has an insanely comfortable sofa, lots of pillows, blankets and a tv with hundreds of tv channels, both local and foreign. High speed WiFi. Despite it's size and large old windows, the apartment has great temperature control, with a central dial to set up a comfortable temperature in the entire flat. Speaking of the windows - I was a little afraid that we would be woken up in the mornings by garbage trucks, but overall the sound insulation is also very good and we could barely hear any sounds from the street. Finally - location, location, location! The flat is right next to the Liberty Bridge, close to the Gellert Hill, the Baths, the market hall (with the best prices for souvenirs compared to many central shops, and a big ALDI in the basement), 3mins walk from trams, busses and metro, 1 min walk away from Vaci street, a main pedestrian zone with bars, restaurants and shops and then also a comfortable walking distance to all of the other great Budapest attractions (Basiilica, Synagogue, Castle, Parliament etc...). At check out we also used the luggage room services of the hotel.

Great trip!

Everything was great, we liked it from the moment we stepped first in the apartment. It is very nice designed, exactly as it can be seen in the photos, very clean and it had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back to this apartment and to Budapest!

There was not a thing we didn’t like.

Well equipped, quiet and great location

Great location, the host took care very fast for all problems we had. Big rooms, well equipped kitchen. Very quiet.

The host didn't meet us and the apartment wasn't ready for 6 people. There weren't plastic bags for trash. Although the apartment on ground floor there still stairs to get there. No shelf in the showers. Only one key

Very comfortable apartment in a great spot just a very unorganised check in.

Lovely spacious apartment in a great location.

Check in was difficult - the receptionist at the hotel we were to pick up our keys from was very rude and unhelpful - no fault of the host.

Exceptional

The apartment we got was beyond our expectations. In an old fancy building, probably used by the “haute bourgeoisie”, the apartment was very big and confortable. We regretted we stayed only one night. The location is also very nice, really close to almost all of the iconic places of Budapest.

It can be a little bit noisy early in the morning, when many vans come to the hotel found in front of the Urbano Style building.
