Beautiful hotel and spa, fabulous location! Relaxing garden with a gorgeous view. Really enjoyed the outside thermal pools. Definitely want to return and can gladly recommend this hotel.
Room was perfectly clean but greater attentiveness to cleanliness in some common areas of the hotel could be just a little bit improved, in order to be perfect! Breakfast was OK, not great.

Spa

The spas are divine, the property itself is beautiful, full of art and beautiful spots inside & out to relax. There were lovely surprises, too - like a games room in the evenings, where we were able to have cocktails and play Monopoly or dominoes. The staff couldn't have been lovelier - they made my daughter feel like a princess.

This is a magic place, of another era, old but very well cured and charmant. Rooms are very elegant. Staff is extremely gentle.
The restaurant and the view was exceptional well as the the natural pools.
Nothing at all

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. The room was wonderful; amenities excellent. The spa/pools were lovely and relaxing and the outdoor area around the pools was kept extremely clean and tidy...adding to the relaxing atmosphere of the place. The furnishings in the common areas are lovely (and again add to the ambience of the hotel). The food and dining staff were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished it could have been longer.

Absolutely fantastic hotel with friendly staff, nice design, good location, tasty breakfast. We love this place. Large garden with three swimming pools. Relaxing spa area. All attractions of the village within walking distance.
Dog policy could be less strict and price for dog 15 € / dog is a bit too much. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and swimming pool area.

we needed more hooks to hang bath towels, towels for Spa, swimsuits.. but it’s not a big thing.

Overall all very good stay, clean rooms, friendly staff. Really enjoyed the natural geothermal spa.
I felt that the room wasn't just what I thought it should be, given the amount of money spent. I requested a king-size bed and got two singles pushed together. Not much of a view and lacking some of the luxury of other 4 star hotels.

The hotel is very nice and the pool is exceptionel. Also the graden is very fine. The room was fine
The evening dinner was not good. The menu could have to be at another level that matches the Hotel Exclusive brand.
The food was not good The tomato soup with bread was not good. The hotel should have higher level of gastronomic experience. There should also be offers for allergic or vegetarian people. We was not pleased with the food.

the location is stunning and the thermal baths are very comfortably accessible from the hotel.
the most upsetting episode was probably finding a lot of hair in the shower as soon as I arrived. also, upon arrival it was impossible for me to book a treatment as all the spots had been filled up. i found it absurd that guests did not have the opportunity to even book an appointment advertised. i also found the taste of the hotel overall not very up to date.
2.5
the thermal pools and the grounds are amazing. really incredible, and this is 100% what you are paying for. The rooms are kind of mediocre at best; beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are terrible and decor is lacking.
watching the sunset over the Tuscan hills from thermal pools is a bucket list moment.
there is an amazing little green bar that is retro, think 1950’s Italia with a record player, pink velvet cushions, dark wood and a rad bartender named Lucrezia. this may be one of the best bars in Italy?
the rooms: for the price, I expected way more. the rooms are vapid of charm or joy. honestly it feels like a Marriott in the middle of Wisconsin (sorry Wisconsin). they need some elevating especially if you are going to charge these prices. but again, you are paying for the thermal pool
it’s a big hotel with lots of older couples. which is fine if that’s your thing. I wish I did more homework because I prefer small boutique hotels and this is opposite.
also the breakfast is mediocre. staff is awesome but the selection and quality of food was so mediocre we didn’t waste the calories on morning number 2.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. honestly I wish I stayed in a small BnB, paid for the day pass to the thermal pools (which they offer) and stayed for drinks and music at the bar. that would have been a win. I was thrilled to leave that intensely unromantic room. at first sight I tried to cancel my reservation (which I could not).

Breakfast and meals are superb. Location beautiful and staff very kind and polite.
Cleaning must be improved I found some hair in the towels

It was our first stay there and we absolutely loved it.
The pools, the idyllic setting, the views, the small square nearby, the decor(the minute attention to details), the food and the reception staff.
We will definitely want to go back again soon. We went to Orcia Valley before but this was an upgraded experience.
The room was quite small, especially the entrance where the wardrobe is set. Had we stayed for longer(a week or so -we would have definitely “fought” for a bigger room because in our booking it said “deluxe” room and I felt like the receptionist was found in a difficulty when we addressed the problem. The room was lovely painted and decorated, impeccably clean and it was what mattered in the end.
A bit pricey, we tried to look for rooms for winter and we can see that they are keeping the price quite high 🙃.
