About this house rental

This lovely 3 bedroom townhouse is spread across 3 floors and comes with a back yard patio. The home benefits from a bright kitchen right on the ground floor. The first floor features the living area and the master bedroom and the second and last floor hosts two additional bedrooms. Each floor has its own bathroom as well (one en-suite)

We are located just next the beautiful South Park area and close the restaurants and grocery stores - all within walking distance!

Early Check-in and Late Check-Out Policy
We understand that sometimes circumstances require a little more flexibility when arriving or leaving, so we offer the possibility of an early check-in and/or late check-out, subject to availability. However, please note the following charges apply:

Early Check-In Fee: £15 for every additional hour or part thereof before the standard check-in time (3pm).

Late Check-Out Fee: £15 for every additional hour or part thereof beyond the standard check-out time (11am).

The house is spacious, generally well appointed, and warm, in a convenient location for most of the city centre and Cowley Road. The decor is nice although quite tired in places (the wallpaper is peeling in one bedroom, for example, there are some stains on the sofa and the walls of the second-floor bedroom, and the second floor bathroom also has peeling paint and woodwork that could do with a freshen). My main criticism of this property would be the standard of cleanliness. When I arrived, it was clear it had not been properly cleaned since the previous occupants. The fridge and freezer contained food stains and crumbs, and various other kitchen appliances and implements were dirty. There was what appeared to be urine on the downstairs toilet seat and there was hair on there too, as well as on the floor of one of the bathrooms. Furthermore, the living room bin had not been emptied and contained used lateral flow tests, which was not only unpleasant but posed a potential covid risk. Lastly, if you're sensitive to noise, don't sleep in the double bedroom at the top of the house - it has significant issues with noise from the street, particularly from one of the neighbours.
