This hotel was a second home for us ...all well.

You get what you are expecting. Excellent place !

Breakfast was a good spread of south Indian and the usual bread, jam etc. Eggs on order and provided lemon tea without a fuss. Right from the parking attendant everyone were curteous and friendly.

We had an amazing stay at While Pearl. Stayed for 3 days and it just felt like a home, such a beautiful experience! The

White Pearl is nothing but just complete! There is nothing that could be missed of not liking during by stay. Everything that we experienced through out during our stay was simply mesmerising! They offer a high quality stay such that no less than what is experienced from a 3-7 star hotels.

Excellent stay, Great Staff.

Excellent Hospitality and cleanliness. Better than I expected from a Residency type stay. The staff also communicate clearly on the limited hours of availability at the restaurant which helps us plan better. Best wishes to the staff for their future endeavours.

There’s nothing to not like. Just a couple of suggestions to make stay even better: (1) a small laundry will be immensely helpful, especially for those travelling with children. (2) think of a way to make the stairs accessible for the elderly.

It was a nice experience staying at White Pearl. Reception staff were courteous.

At reception Mr.Praveen welcomed with cheerful face and helped us an express check-in. His helpful behaviour at the beginning of the trip guaranteed a lovely stay at Pondicherry.

Air-conditioning was weak in suit room in 4th floor.

Room size and the beds were quite neat. Staff was supportive. Location is quite good.

The towels could have been better. Toilets and toiletries should be neater.Coffee inside the room should be from better brands.

Good and safe place.

it’s clean and spacious room, and food is okay. It’s near to the beach and pondy downtown. Earlier I received this is lodge, but actually not. This is safe place for family and kids.

Evening dinner time is short, other than that no complaints.

Enjoyed our stay completely

Very clean and modern hotel. Room facilities were absolutely amazing and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They speak Tamil, English and Hindi so can cater to customers from any part of the country or abroad.

Can't think of anything however for the sake of comments I would say they can work on making the rear side of the hotel a beautiful green patch with benches to sit rather than how it is in its current state.

stop misleading people with incorrect info

booking .com , the location is not in Pondicherry, it’s tamilnadu , Pondy is 3kms away . n I booked this property only because it’s 300 mts far from beach. , but beach accessibility is far from 1 km … please change the address . I am totally dissatisfied with this

Outstanding service by the staff, very warm and hospitable. I loved the breakfast.

My stay at the other places haha. If I visit Pondicherry again I'm definitely staying at White Pearl.

Accomodation was good. Liked the breakfast.

Restaurant serves only North indian food. Suggest to a have a South indian meals at least for dinner. It will be helpful for vegetarians.

Exceptional

Rooms are very spacious and hygienically maintained especially the toilets and shower rooms. The staffs were extremely polite and friendly. The wood fire pizza and the complimentary breakfast were very delicious.

Great Lodging and Boarding. When I go again, I am staying here

One of the best staff that I have seen in a long time. Also the food is excellent. The facilities are clean and well maintained.

The location is slightly away from Pondicherry town, 5km to be precise. But if you hire a scooty, you will not have any problem.

Wonderful stay

Very clean, spacious rooms and delicious food. Very comfortable yo stay with family and kids. All time hot water available, superb ac effect, comfy bed and provided with all essential toiletries. Complimentary breakfast was superb. Ordered prawn briyani for lunch it was also awesome. Loved the stay overall.

Its located near serenity beach, 4 to 5 kms away from white town rock beach area. As the hotel is exceptional in all other needs, this is not a big disadvantage.
