A perfect villa for a wonderful holiday in Kefalonia

Lovely villa in great location just 5 mins from the small seaside village of Agia Efimia with all its restaurants & shops. Villa has everything we needed for a wonderful stay & the owners are just great - nothing was too much trouble!

A home from home to make amazing memories in beautiful Kefalonia

The location was a perfect base for exploring the island. The villa was beautiful and Vaso has thought of everything inside. The pool was warm, the space was great, the villa was private and so peaceful. We had a hugely warm welcome when they picked us up from the airport and we loved everything about our stay. Really close to the local town, lots of places to eat and shops nearby and a short drive to some of the most beautiful beaches and villages. We would 100% recommend Forest Villas, we travelled as a family with 2 adults and our 3 year old and we all had a wonderful time. Really sad we had to leave!

Nothing - the holiday, villa and our hosts exceeded our expectations!

Family friendly retreat that makes you fall in love with life. Highly recommended.

Host - helpful, friendly, warm, personal, responsive, professional with exceptional attention to detail. Heartfelt thanks to Vaso and Peter for looking after us and taking care of everything. Villa - modern, spacious, well laid out / thoughtfully designed, good WiFi, and immaculately clean. Memorable highlights include early breakfasts on the terrace (picture attached). We also enjoyed lounging by the pool and a barbecue evening. Location - private, peaceful countryside with good local facilities (family restaurant, supermarket, petrol station), gorgeous walks, and ideally placed for exploring the island by car (Unity Kefalonia, organised for us by the villa). Beautiful coves, wild flower meadows, olive and citrus groves, the sounds of mountain goat bells, and jumping the waves at Myrtos Beach was fun :).

I can't think of anything that would make it better. We loved it.

Just Perfect

The location was perfect for us to be able to visit all we had planned during our stay. The Villa was exceptional with a beautiful view of the hills, the hosts couldn't have done more for us and maintained a lovely home for us.

Kindest hosts on the island

Super clean and spacious in a traditional setting yet close to some of main attractions on the island. Property had all the utensils you could ever wish for and a wonderful welcome basket (wine and even cheese etc). The pool is lovely and the large bbq area is great. Mostly the hosts are kind and cannot do enough for you. We were even given a delicious home cooked meal one day.

Only negative is the lack of a sea view. The traditional setting, walks and local restaurants made up for it. I can also recommend the Black Sheep restaurant for dinner.

Amazing Villa

Host was simply amazing. Upon our arrival there was a free bottle of wine, milk, orange juice, water, bread, butter, cheese and some fruits in the fridge. The owner preparded for us home made meal - Pasticcio. It was a very clean property. Pool was great and the outside are amazing, beautiful views... Absolutely a lovely quiet place.

Exceptional

Absolutely perfect! We were greeted upon arrival, conversation was friendly and welcoming - as are all the locals :) From the structural design to the interior design, this villa was lovely! The location wasn't too far from the main area of Logarata which meant evenings were ideally quiet and away from everything. We felt as if we were in our own home! Very comfortable and all required amenities were provided and easy to find/use. I accidentally left my trainers in the villa when we checked out but this was no problem, a solution was provided asap and a beautiful homemade dish of spinach and cheese pie was left for us upon return to collect my trainers!! - Mouthwatering and GORGEOUS pie! Our stay at the villa really did complete our trip, homely, comfortable and peaceful. Huge thank you :)

Lovely clean villa with everything you need!

Lovely clean, modern villa with everything you need for the week. The owners were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We were even left a homemade meal for the four of us one day and fresh tomatoes and oregano!
