We enjoyed our time in this beautiful house! If you want a quiet, pleasant, cozy stay, you're here. Hostess Soteria

My son and I lived in a cozy house with a balcony on the 2nd floor for 9 days. The rooms are clean, beautifully cleaned and pleasing to the eye and give a great mood. The bed was very good: an excellent mattress cover, fresh and pleasant underwear for the body, comfortable pillows in large quantities, there is a warm blanket. All utensils are available for cooking and storing food. There were cleaning products, so there were no problems with cleaning. The street is calm, many cats, few cars. It was comfortable to sleep, but on Sunday morning the bells of the Russian Orthodox Church woke up. Walk to the sea for about 10 minutes. Along the way there are many taverns, restaurants, shops for tourists. Next to the big Mall, where you can buy anything. There is always a parking space and a convenient exit to all sides of the city.

I would like to change towels for a fresher version

Beware

The AC

We booked for 8 nights, but we endured for three days and then found another nicer accomodation. The money for the last 5 nights was not refunded. What we had for the 3 nights was a tiny, terrible room (it is not an apartment studio as written). There was no space for our belongings to be placed, we had to keep everything in our bags. The room and the bathroom were dirty (spiderwebs everywhere, dust, mould in the shower).

My landlord was very welcoming and hospitable, she immediately responded to my messages. The location was perfect, 10-minute walk from the beach, near a mall and about 20 minutes away from the town centre. The studio flat was fully equipped, it also had an AC.

Excellent apartment, spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Apartment was very spacious and clean. There was plenty of room in the apartment with all the required facilities. We were well looked after from the owner who regularly checked in to see if we needed anything.

Nothing to comment on here. All positive.

It's a small room but has everything one would need for a short stay. Good wifi for online work. Close to the bus station for airport bus 612. Great bakery around the corner. Friendly owner.

a very nice apartment, everything was just fine, comfortable, enough space , a lot of kitchen equipment, even small snacks were provided and coffee/tea/water in a bottle. Nice balcony, bathroom with a normal size bath. Vert cute hostess met us and informed about everything. Good parking along the road next to entrance.

there were no any serious disadvantages. Maybe a specific smell in a room, but not everybody will even feel it

Excellent apartment for short and long-term stays, a place you wanna come back to

A very friendly and helpful hostess, Soteria was quick to respond to our messages before our arrival, agreed to let us inside earlier than the official check-in time, and generally made us feel very welcome. The apartment is spacious but cozy, nicely decorated, and very well-equipped. A comfy bed, small but sufficient bathroom, nice living room with a functional kitchen section, equipped with everything you need to make breakfast and lunch or dinner (there was a coffeemaker along with excellent ground coffee). You can have your meals at the table on the balcony, with a nice view of the neighborhood. Great location in a quiet street, close to a shopping mall and restaurants, the seafront and the Harbour Bus Station are a 15-minute walk away. We stayed for only 3 nights and wish we could stay for longer as it is a good place to make trips to other parts of Cyprus with a rented car, which you could park in the street outside the house. The WiFi and TV worked well. There was a heater but we did not need to switch it on (the bed cover was enough).

Thank you Soteria your great hospitality, we enjoyed staying at Charalambous Apartment.

We were very happy with the apartment, great location, wonderful and kind host. Separate bedroom, good sized bathroom, very well equipped kitchen. We spent just a couple of days in early december, so not sure how quiet the season is, but we had a great sleep, the street was calm at night on the weekend.

Good value for money

This is a review of the sub-basement apartment which I believe differs slightly from the other apartments. The apartment offers really good value for money. It’s location is great, it’s about 15 min walk down to the seafront/harbour or about 20 min to the old town (you can catch a bus if you prefer). The manager, Soteria, was lovely and very helpful, when I had issues with the hot water on the first day she immediately got the plumber out to come and check. Also gave me lots of advice on how to get around and things to see. There’s a supermarket about 10 min walk away. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is very small but functional. I would definitely recommend the apartments for your stay in Paphos.

The hot water pressure is very low so you don’t have a lot of water for the shower. The door has a glass panel in it and every time lights were switched on outside (not sure if someone would switch them on or if it was some sort of motion sensor), the light would shine straight onto my face while I was sleeping/trying to sleep. I did mention this to the manager before I left so maybe they’ll do something about it. it would be useful to have a plug point next to the bed for charging your phone as I had to keep unplugging appliances to charge my phone in other parts of the apartment and you would usually charge your phone next to your bed at night. For the price I paid though it was minor things (other than the light, that was really annoying).
