Overall 10-10 slight improvement could be made to make it better.

Really spacious apartment in excellent condition, we have pretty epic views from our balcony. Modern and very well-presented communal swimming pools and bar at the top of the development

The bedding was rather poor quality it could done with a bigger duvet and more hotel-standard linnen but other than that this place is highly recommended. The complex is located on a hill if you any problems walking you may want to consider this.

Ideal for a tranquil stay with excellent facilities

Quiet location in the hills (you will need a car to get to the nearest town). Very spacious, modern apartments with excellent facilities including large balcony. Pool lovely.

Steep steps as you enter the property which can be difficult with luggage. Rooms not cleaned daily and towels only changed once in a week.

Superb

The apartment was great, even though it was right in front of the pool and it was rather loud one day. Very clean, very quiet (except roosters and the mosque nearby). The hosts are very responsive and eager to help with an advice or even a ride to town when needed.

The kitchen is a little bit outdated. It would be great to have a real stove and more pots/plates/some basic condiments like salt, pepper, coffee, etc, to feel more like home. And yes, it's not superclose to the beach, so be prepared to walk. I did not mind, but I can see that it could be a problem for some people.

location and view is amazing;) the apartment was spacious, cozy and fully equipped for best experience of island and cooking at home;) especially manager Tan is a great and helpful guy, who helped us a lot while being there!

Would absolutely recommend them to others. We had a wonderful stay.

The staff was exceptional and made us feel at home during our stay. The room was taken care of each day, which was nice coming back usually after hours gone exploring.

It appeared the toilet or something was leaking, which produced a bit of an unpleasant smell and would soak towels or rugs in there. Honestly, that was our only complaint.

Exceptional

The house is great with perfect facilities and well maintained. It’s located on a hill (the slope to the house is more like 30-40degrees and it’s kinda scary whenever the cab driver tries to reverse the car on such a steep slope). The staff are very helpful and easy to communicate with. They can speak perfect English so no worries on communication here. The staff will come and clean the room for you everyday. There is a small pool (infinity pool kind) where you can have a good view of the hill and seaside and and a pool-side bar for you to enjoy some drinks while sitting in the pool.

Because of the location, it’s not very convenient to travel down the hill by yourself (unless you are willing to call a cab every time but it’s gonna be super expensive in Phuket, easily 300+ bhat for a 10mins ride). We tried it once and it took us more than 30min to reach from the beach side to the house on foot even though it looks like a very short walking distance. However, the staff provides complimentary transport by their own Tuk Tuk Car to the beach side at 10am, 2pm and 5pm (and you can ask them what time they will drop by again to pick you up back to the house from the beach). Luckily, we got two days free hitch to and back to the beach side so a big THANK YOU for the hotel staff for their excellent service!
