Great location, charming with good vibes and lovely team.

Cosy, well equipped, practical with nice decoration. Super conveniently located in front of the beach and short walk to beach restaurants.

After being there for one hour, I extended my stay from 7 nights to 10. I think that says it all!

Talaya is a beautiful oasis of super clean, very pretty, modern apartments and studios located just in front of a stunning stretch of beach, with views of the sea from most rooms. Lovely grounds with chill out areas and a fantastic apartment that is fully equipped with literally everything you could need and even things you didn't even know you needed. The staff were brilliant - friendly and unobtrusive. Gabrielle, the manager was super helpful and arranged a car (to my specific requirements) for me. There are little chiringuitos nearby and the local big hotel has a great shop for food/drinks/general supplies. I visited on my own, off-season and would recommend hiring a car as there wasn't an enormous choice of restaurants open (during the period of my stay) within easy walking distance at night - although you could of course cook in the fully equipped kitchen. Talaya exceeded my expectations and I had a blissful 10 night stay there.

We would have loved to stay longer than nine nights!

20 meters from the beach, surrounded by palm trees, fantastic location! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is nicely decorated and clean. We loved going for a swim right after getting up in the morning and the relaxing on the comfy sunbeds in the garden of Talaya. We had a wonderful holiday!

The apartment is rather expensive but the setting makes it worth it.

Great location and comfy apartments

Everything was great about the property, the room and the people! We used the beach “facilities” of Playa Real restaurant you need to be there before 10h30 to get an umbrella and sunbeds!) 200m from the hotel, where the water is great, and Lucky, one of the best chiringuitos in Formentera to watch the sunset was only additional 200m. it could not be better located! we’d definitely stay there again! The staff was also really nice and helpful!

What a gem! This place is simply outstanding! The apartment are spacious, super clean, and the views of the sea from your own terrace are breathtaking! The staff is extremely nice, sooo helpful! Tons of nice amenities in their common grounds like huge cabanas, all free to use, and tons of sun-loungers. The pictures do not do it justice, the area is amazing. The apartments themselves are very spacious, comfortable and full of amenities. It is even possible to cook as the kitchen is fully equipped. The location is extremely good, there is a great beach (Migjorn) right outside the commons grounds, and a great beach restaurant 100m away. Its so comfy that can easily go swimming, and then back to your apartment to rest 😄 Overall this is one of the best places I have stayed in ever and I highly recommend it!

Beautiful Talaya, somewhere we will return!

Absolutely stunning place to stay. Incredibly peaceful and superb location next to the beach with restaurants and bars in easy reach on foot along the beach. Hire car was useful for exploring the rest of the island but really everything you need is right there. Gabriel was a great host and helped us with any request we had. Definitely want to return!

Wonderful Holidays at Talaya

We stayed at Talaya for 14 days. It was a great experience. Talaya is a small secluded hotel, made up of various small apartments. The Location is amazing, situated right in front of migjorn beach and the Apartments are really nice, with self Catering opportunities and get cleaned on a daily basis by very caring and friendly staff. The location also hast plenty of comfortable chill out areas and every other nice beach or restaurant is within 15-20min driving distance per car. Everyone at Talaya is so helpful and friendly, to make your stay extra special. A Lot of thanks to Gabriel who helped us whenever we needed him and always tried to make our stay more comfortable for us. We can definetly recommend Talaya and are looking forward to coming back sometime!

we had a wonderful time at talaya and absolutely recommend it for its silent and relaxing atmosphere. Gabriel and the ladies fulfilled all wishes we had and are wonderful hosts!
