Relajante

El desayuno bastante completo, no una gran variedad, pero con detalles de calidad como el zumo de naranja natural y licuadora para hacerte batidos. La cena a mesa puesta, muy buen servicio, atención permanente del personal y la calidad de los platos fabulosa. Todo el tiempo te sientes a gusto, relajado y con interés del personal en que disfrutes del momento. Además la recepcionista no facilitó una habitación de mayor categoría. Una atención de agradecer.

Nada que decir. Hubo un pequeño problema porque el día que entramos estaban llenando la piscina, pero la pudimos usar enseguida. Con la habitación superior que nos dieron se superó cualquier inconveniente.

Joya en Gran Canaria

Lo principal que me gusto es el persnal que tienen:Nadia siempre con una sonrisa y ganas de que la estancia te sea agradable, Cristian con su ayuda en las bebidas y por supuesto Begoña en recepcion que te lo hae todo amigable y calmado.

Que no tengan todo Incluido seria otro punto a su favor. Pero si que volvería aunque no lo tuviera.

Sehr erholsam!

Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich, Blick von oben und weitem auf Maspalomas und das Meer. Von karger Wüste umgeben , hat das Hotel den Flair einer Oase, sehr schön. Sehr angenehme Mitgäste erfreuen auch!

Essenszeiten für den Süden sehr früh, aber wohl geschätzt von den meisten Gästen. An einem von drei Abenden hatte der Koch wohl keinen guten Tag!

Kleiniod auf Gran Canaria

Sehr aufmerksames und freundliche Personal. Auch das kleine aber feine Kursangebot passt gut zum Konzept. Die Lage, inklusive Aussicht, ist phantastisch.

Wünschenswert wäre eine Kaffemaschine auf dem Zimmer und eine Salz- und Pfeffermühle auf den Tischen im Restaurant.

Obwohl ich selten zweimal an den selben Ort gehe, werde ich das hier vermutlich wieder mal tun.

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Abendessen war immer Spitze. Super zum Relaxen. Schöne Aussicht, ruhig.

A real oasis nestled amongst stunning scenery

The staff are absolutely amazing. It is like staying with good friends. They are obviously very happy working there and take pride in this beautiful hotel. They always take time for a chat. The hotel itself is very lovely. An amazing infinity pool with jacuzzi, everything spotlessly clean. There is also an open fire to sit comfortably around when the evenings get a bit chilly. The food was excellent. Nothing more you could need for the breakfast with friendly Sarah making sure you had everything you needed and even supplying extra cushions for me. Lunch also great and the evening meals were very very good, especially the barbecues of different cuts of meat and lovely fresh fish. Cannot fault it!

I found the double bed too large and not a fan of two beds together to make one. A mattress topper may have helped. The rooms were enormous but the bathrooms out of proportion as they could have been much larger and included a bath tub. I also enjoy hotels with coffee and tea facilities in your room. There was plenty of space to have this but they didn’t.

A blissful week in a wonderful sunny location, with a good mix of exercise and total relaxation.

Breakfast was excellent (some things weren't available on our last morning). The hotel and location are beautiful, and peaceful - only a short drive to the coast, but away from the crowds. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The yoga and other fitness sessions were great, and the pool is lovely (big enough to swim in properly too).

There was a slightly unpleasant smell around the lower terrace at times. More vegetables at dinner would have been appreciated.

Heaven!

Beautiful hotel! We wanted peace and quiet and that's exactly what we got. The staff were amazing. Food was very varied and good quality. We had a lovely room with balcony

Jul med besvikna förväntningar

Läget och lugnet. En mycket bra och underhållen polanläggning

Bokade havsutsikt och erhöll ett rum met 90 procrnt utsikt över bergen. I badrummet fanns ett spräckt handfat. Och rummet saknade minibar. Terrassen Var vänd mot öster varför solen under eftermiddagen lös med sin frånvaro. Terrassens räcke såg slitet och utan finnish. Ingen hållare för tork av badkläder.

Rigtigt dejligt sted til 3 overnatninger. Flot udsigt og meget roligt.

Dejligt stille sted og god mad. Vi havde en suite og et udsigtsværelse. Suiten lån desværre over køkkenet hvilket gav en del støj i aften- og morgen-timerne - samt en af nætterne hvor ee havde glemt at slukke et eller andet.

Musikken i poolområdet er misforstået. Ville ønske de slukkede den. Alle sidder og læser og er stille og musikken virker blot irriterende.

The peace and quiet, the beautiful swimming pool, jacuzzi and surrounding gardens together with the comfortable rooms and friendly, professional staff made our stay extra special. It is the perfect place for a luxury retreat.

A place to leave relax and happy

Excellent customer service, the staff is friendly and very helpful. They always find a way to make you smile. The hotel is secluded and perfect to relax. There are great facilities, gym, pool, giant chest and the food is delicious. Will go back and take full board. Worth it.

The hotel is designed to chill and thus if you need more active holidays, you ll need to organize those though the staff will help. No kettle in the bedroom.

Perfect relaxing retreat

We liked everything about the place. Amazing complex , relaxing garden with many lovely hidden spots , great swiming pool . Lovely restaurant , elegant were we had breakfast and dinner with hight quality food . The staff were very professional and friendly especially Nadia the hed of the restaurant who took great care of us .She did an excellent job , going beyond what is expected.

Superb

The location, the views, the staff, the ambience, the swimming pool & jacuzzi,, the yoga and the beautifully kept gardens. Food was lovely, nice variety and great breakfast omelette station! The shuttle bus service was good, giving us easy access to Maspalomas.

Could have done with better English T.V channels. Netflix or a similar streaming service would have been appreciated in the room.

perfect place to relax and recharge your batteries. we will definitely return!

the staff were all amazing nothing was too much trouble . it is surrounded by beautiful mountains with sea views. great facilities, delicious food, beautiful pool, tennis court and gardens with secluded areas to relax! large room with great views . we arrived late due to flight delays but greeted by the lovely Nadja (who works so hard always with a smile! ) with a large platter of delicious food !
