It was very dog friendly. I wasn’t expecting dog bowels, a towel and a blanket get her as well as 2 different beds. The space was bigger then we was expecting.
The pillows were a little uncomfortable.
4.7
The location was great as it was close to all amenities.
There could have been a couple of more toilet rolls.
4.7
Spacious apartment, all the amenities that we needed for our stay were there as so well equipped. Modern and clean In a central location!
Some noise from the high street road did effect our sleep at night but nothing we didn’t like about the property itself!
4.7
It was a home away from home.
Nothing

Spacious bright modern well styled
very small double bed, resulted in one half of a couple sleeping in a single bed. No cork screw. parking bollards lying flat caused a split tyre. Stairs very steep and difficult to use by elderly or people with mobility issues

Quaint and clean. Spacious. Bathrooms good. Deck was lovely.
No dishwasher.

Spacious well-located good facilities

House was really spacious and clean with huge toilets and very comfy beds! Kitchen was also well equipped and Cath was really responsive to messages, also in bringing whatever we needed by the 2nd morning.
The dining room and kitchen lights were a little too dim.

I cooked the breakfast, so it was very good!!
The back of the property could have been better; due to parked cars, it was sometimes difficult to get into the parking space.
If bannisters could be fitted to the walls of the stairs, it would make it much better to get up and down them. The stairs are very steep and even the 40 year olds had to be careful especially going downstairs. It would make it easier to carry luggage/bags up too.
That was our only criticism.

Lovely spacious rooms, two bathrooms with 5 adults is always a bonus, especially when both bathrooms were so large. With 5 adults a house / apartment can easily feel cramped, but this still felt very spacious and had amble seating options. Nice clean apartment with lovely decor. Very comfortable and in a great location. Also liked that it was over two floors so bedrooms weren't off the main living area as expected with an apartment, great layout.
Couple of 'handyman' jobs - lock on one of the bathrooms was broken and the odd lightbulb was out. Also told that a few essentials would be provided, but only enough coffee for a couple of cups, also had to buy washing up liquid, pepper, washing up sponge. Only little things but would have made a big difference.

Superb and spacious accommodation, recently modernized and has all the facilities we could think of. Spot on, representative, and in a good location. Includes a free parking spot in a central area of Porthmadog.
Excellent support and fast communication.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and well presented - with two bathrooms and a great kitchen. The apartment is in an ideal location on the high street, only 5 mins walk from the Ffestiniog Railway station with plenty of facilities within a stones throw - including the Purple Moose brew pub "The Australia"!
Our hosts were kind enough to provide essentials such as milk, Bara Brith cake and loose tea and coffee was a great thing to be welcomed with! We look forward to staying again when in the area.
The stairs within the property could be a little bothersome for people with mobility issues, as they are quite steep.
The allocated parking space had a bollard protecting it, but as our car had a low underhang it was unable to park there due to insufficient clearance above the bollard, but we were able to park on the street.

One main thing was trust. This lady we had stayed with and knew that we could trust her. The price regardless, was much less important that to book with someone we could trust. That was the main thing.
The second most important thing was the parking, as always was a blessing. You do not want to be stressed on holiday especially with parking. So parking which we loved which was offered by this property is the second most important thing.
Everything else was perfect, save that the extractor hood fan did not have lights working. Please let her know that it is very simple to change the bulbs on the extractor hood lights. The extractor hood lights always burns out and we understand this is a common problem. The kitchen lights were a bit dark to cook with.

Only downside was slightly noisy at night but that was only because had windows fully open due to heatwave and inevitable trade off for excellent central location

Lovely Spacious apartment 😍
Everything you need on hand.

Very comfortable and stylish. Beds were excellent. The whole apartment was spotless. Appreciated the TV on a wet Sunday afternoon. A great stay
Not so much an issue for us but if there were 6 in the apartment I think more mugs etc might be appreciated. We struggled to cut the lime for G+T so maybe the knives need a sharpen.

Lovely apartment which I would highly recommend to anyone. Very spacious and immaculately clean. Jug of milk and a welsh cake there for us on arrival which was a lovely touch
There was not a thing we didn't like

Vendor very responsive when sent a message, replied instantly. Great directions and photo for clarity. Easy method for getting the key to the property. Welcomed with milk, tea, sugar and cake, essentials to revitalise after a long journey. Apartment beautifully clean and spacious with all amenities and more. Fantastic location right in the heart of the town (silent in the property you wouldn't know you were in the town with a bus stop outside) and the added bonus of a play park for the kids across the road and ice cream shop under the property. Beds super comfy with a selection of pillows, loads of extra blankets and tv's in each bedroom. Property warm and thermostat to adjust temperature, also an electric fire in the stylish living room. Parking space off road at the back of the property, secure and safe.
We loved it all however a note to consider (and not the fault of the vendore) there are two flights of stairs into the property which are pretty steep. This was fine for me and the kids (stair gates on each case for the little ones and pets) however I was there with my seventy years plus parents. They found the step narrow and steep and frequently went up on hands and knees. This property would not be suitable for anyone with difficulties with mobility. As I say this is by no means a criticism just an observation.

Everything it was simply perfect.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Convenience, comfort and location. The cake left as a welcome was a lovely touch.
Found the mattresses a bit soft (but personal choice!).

Spacious apartment, light, airy and very clean. Newly refurbished and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you.
Everything was perfect.

- lovely interior with all of the facilities and consumables that we needed. Particularly liked the big TV and comfy sofas, and the modern well kitted out kitchen. Dishwasher was ideal!
- very clean
- perfect location for us
- great for the dog
- minimal traffic noise despite being on the main road
- parking
- two bathrooms, both had a shower and one had a bath
- Teas and coffee, and Welsh cake!
Only minor points, which wouldn't stop me from staying again:
- The entrance to the house was not too appealing and smelled of sewage occasionally (but only in the downstairs entrance which is isolated from the rest of the apartment!)
- The first flight of stairs did not have a bannister
- hit head on low doorways

Kitchen had all the facilities you could ask for. Great central location with its own car park. Washing machine was also helpful.
Towels could have been cleaner.

WE SELF CATERED BREAKFAST
APPARTMENT WAS CENTRAL TO TOWN AND SHOPS
PARKING WAS MADE DIFFICULT WITH CARS PARKED OPPOSITE TO THE PRIVATE PARKING WHICH MADE MANOUVERING OUR CAR DIFFICULT AT TIMES

The property was extremely clean. It is spacious and perfectly placed in the town centre. The 20% off at cadawaladers was a bonus. Off road parking was available for one car, which was great.
Would have like a bedside lamp in twin bedroom and some more plates and cutlery so we didn’t have to put the dishwasher on so much.

Amazing place, we enjoyed our stay 😊

Exceptionally clean and modern apartment. Prompt responses to queries.
All good.
