About this house rental

Enjoy this renovated 3 bedroom 2.5 bath duplex with outside shower. Very flexible checkin/out times offered in offseason! Brand new kitchen and living space with hardwood floors through out bring luxury to the beach. Granite counter tops and large farm dining table complete the functional space. The outdoor space is an added bonus with a screened in porch off the living area and large 2nd floor deck facing the street. Steps to the beach and local restaurants round out this fantastic rental. Large bedrooms with closets and dressers makes this rental property feel like home. 2 guaranteed parking spaces make unloading a breeze. Street parking available with pass or Park Mobile. Large shed and 8 backpack beach chairs added in 2021.

Outside shower and foot washing station provided to limit sand getting into home. Consciousness guests only please. Excess sand ruins pipes, sliding glass doors, carpeting, ability to clean homes efficiently in allotted time.

Owner and assistant reside within area making issues or repairs solvable within hours.

No more than 7 guest! Do not use couches for sleeping.

June - August Rentals are Saturday to Saturday only 7 day required. Off season weekly rentals are Friday to Friday, discounts for reservations over 7 days in offseason: 23DeweyBeach Leigh

We had an incredible time at Dewey Beach and loved the location and amenities of this house! Plenty of room for a family of four. We would love to come back and stay another week for many summers to come! I'd recommend Vrbo add a payment reminder alert for second payments due after you have rented through their site. My second payment was delayed to the property owner and where I accept the bulk of that responsibility, I was anticipating a reminder from Vrbo of when payment was due; given I received numerous emails stating my vacation was upcoming. .

Our family loved staying at this beach house in Dewey. It’s the perfect location - walking distance to both the beach and all of the restaurants. The screened in porch and the rooftop deck were very nice amenities. Very good communication with the owner.

Overall the house was great. It was very easy to communicate with the owner. The location is amazing and there are very nice neighbors. The outdoor shower was helpful for removing sand. The beds in one of the rooms were smaller than advertised, but overall, we had a really good stay

We had a great stay! This duplex is in the middle of downtown Dewey, walking distance to everything, oceanblock, we also took a short drive to Big Fish, outlet shopping, and downtown Rehobeth. It is very nice and clean inside and out, you can see the ocean from the front deck. The only thing missing from this property that was listed is a hot tub. There’s no hot tub, but it is walking distance to the beach. We would stay here again for sure. Enjoy!

Had a great time. House is supremely located right next to the beach, close to dining in Rehoboth, and outdoor activities at state parks. The house was a perfect size and super comfortable for 5 people and our dogs.

My family and I stayed here and had a great time. The location and property are great, its walkable to everything! We especially loved the front screened in porch to sit with our morning coffee. The property was clean and well maintained. We would choose this property again if we come back to Dewey! Thanks so much for a great stay

Very conveniently located in the heart of Dewey Beach. House offers nice screened front porch and 2nd story deck. Short walk to beach, restaurants, brewery and shops. Several restaurants/bars offer live music. Planning to come back!

My family absolutely loved this property. It’s a perfect location for those looking for easy beach access and a short walk to restaurants and little shops. The bunk bed was both sturdy and a total hit with my kids and we really enjoyed the open-concept kitchen/living room. Highly recommend!

This is a home away from home - there isn't anything they didn't have that we needed. It was so nice to have beach chairs provided in lieu of having to bring them with you - Thank you! Beautiful home and very clean Thank you for a great week and we plan to come next year, it was a perfect fit for my husband, daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter and last minute we decided to bring the dog.

I’m debating writing a glowing review so this property doesn’t get more popular and we can book it every year for the 4th! We were here with two couples and two infants under 1. Plenty of space, clean, great location, awesome decks, stocked kitchen, a few steps from the beach, 1-2 block walk from all the great Dewey beach spots. You get a lot of foot traffic and can hear some music from the bars but that’s what you should expect in Dewey and our noise machines were more than enough for peaceful sleep. We would 100% book this spot again, you won’t be disappointed.

Recent high quality renovation makes it one of the better places we have stayed in Dewey/Rehobeth/Lewes area. completely updated top to bottom. Easy access to beach and restaurants. Spent a lot of time using the screened porch and sun deck above screened porch. 6 parking spaces for the duplex.

We spent two nights with a son and daughter-in-law celebrating their announcement of our first grandchild in the spring. The place was just right for us and felt very comfortable even with freezing high winds outside. The downstairs especially seemed fresh and newly updated. We couldn't figure out how to start the brand new dishwasher so maybe directions for that would help others who will need it more than we did. Overall, we're excited to return on a warmer weekend once the baby arrives.

EXCELLENT location, so close to beach (2 minute walk) and close to all the restaurants, shops, and bars as well. The house was great. We loved the screened in porch and spent a lot of time out there. Loved that beach chairs were provided. Could use some more towel hooks or over the door (back of door) hooks to hang towels after showering. We loved this house and would go back!
